Shifting Tips - Pt. 1

I'm going to start posting some reality-shifting tips on my blog. These are tips that help me, and if you want to, you can give them a try as well!

Okay, so, Here It Goes:

My first real tip is to practice meditating. Now, will this make shifting instantly easier? No. Will this make you shift the first time? No. So, what is the point of this tip, you make be asking. I will tell you:

Practicing meditation will make shifting easier in the Long Run.

Remember that there are a couple different components to shifting, and each of these components is a skill that you must learn, much like swimming, painting, or playing an instrument. It is hardly ever the case that someone can do these things first try with no practice (or even low-quality practice).

One of these components is meditation. Getting into a meditative state is a huge first step in shifting in most cases, and for most people, it is also the biggest hurdle.

It is crucial to practice meditation, especially outside of a shifting attempt, especially if it does not come easy to you during a method.

My suggestion is to do a guided meditation at least once a week at first. Then, you can move it to twice or even three times a week. When you practice meditating, it gets easier, because it is a skill. The goal is to build the meditation skill so that when you go to do a method, the first meditation part is easier for you and less of a hassle.

Doing a meditation-heavy shifting method without meditation practice is like trying to do 50 burpees when you can't even do one push-up.

I know this is not what most people want to hear as a shifting tip, but I promise it can help in the long run. I know everyone is different, but in my case as a person with pretty bad ADHD, practicing meditation has made things much easier for me when it comes to shifting.

Hi loves! I am back with another in-depth post. Today, I will be talking about Sleep paralysis, one of the most amazing phenomenas a human can go through and is one of the best methods that can be used to manifest,shift, respawn etc. in my opinion! This is a repost of my post on Amino ๐Ÿค

Before commenting, โ€œwhy do you want sleep paralysis??โ€ or โ€œwonโ€™t you see demons during sleep paralysis?โ€ etc. , educate yourself on it first or just read the whole freaking post. Sleep paralysis is known to be one of the easiest ways to shift/respawn, traced back all the way back to the history on this community. Yes, if youโ€™re asking, this could yeet you out of here tonight even.

FULL DISCLAIMER! These methods are what works for me and others but it might not work for you. Mix it up and try setting up a routine intuitively.

Cited from NHS (2019), Sleep paralysis happens when you cannot move your muscles as you are waking up or falling asleep. This is because you are in sleep mode but your brain is active. Itโ€™s not clear why sleep paralysis can happen but it has been linked with: insomnia.

Many people would often suffer sleep paralysis due to an unhealthy sleep hygiene, stress, alcohol-consumption, even inheritance in genes. When in sleep paralysis, people tend to see โ€œscary facesโ€, shadowy figures standing in their room,sounds such as someone calling their name clearly, feeling the sensation of heaviness on their chest and not being able to breathe properly, strong vibrations etc. These symptoms doesnโ€™t apply to everyone so donโ€™t be alarmed!

Are there really demons during my sleep paralysis episodes?

No. They are just a fragment of your mind since you are half awake and asleep. Many tend to see these โ€œdemonsโ€ since it is a common thought for people who goes through sleep paralysis that it is associated with โ€œhorror experiencesโ€.

Can we induce sleep paralysis anytime?

Yes. But in my experience and many others, it is easier to induce sleep paralysis in your REM cycles. This is highly recommended if you are a beginner or someone who does not experience sleep paralysis regularly.

You will be in REM sleep every 90 minutes so it is best that you set an alarm for 3-6 hours after sleep or intend to wake up in your REM cycle. This is also known as the Wake Back to Bed technique (WBTB), often used by lucid dreamers and astral projectors.

Other than that, inducing sleep paralysis during naps are amazing too, since most of our naps are made out of REM cycles. Make sure to give yourself at most 90 minutes of nap time to induce sleep paralysis.

There are 101 ways to induce sleep paralysis and it is not only limited to the ones I will be listing down. Once again, experiment with each technique and if none resonates or works for you, switch it up and make a method of your own. I will be sharing the WBTB method again, for the sake of this guide.

Wake Back to Bed technique (WBTB)

Like I said previously, set your alarm 4-6 hours after you sleep, timing can be adjusted according to your liking. If you are good at setting an intention, set an intention to wake up at your desired timing. If you are a heavy sleeper and would easily fall back asleep after switching off your alarm, place your phone on the opposite side of your room. Then you will be forced to push yourself out of bed and off it.

Once awake, you are required to stay awake for about 10-60 minutes. Again, customise it to your own liking. I would recommend 15-30 minutes though but it all depends on the individual. If you feel as though you are still very sleepy, add another 5 minutes to your timing. During this time, walk around, go to the washroom, repeat affirmations, read your scripts, etc. Do anything you would like but try to avoid activities that would increase your heart rate excessively. The goal here is to only wake your mind up and not your body.

Method 01

Perform the WBTB and get back to bed. Lay in your back and in a corpse position.

Make sure that your limbs arenโ€™t intertwined with each other to make this method work better. Switch on a subliminal, binaural beats, soft music etc. to help distract your mind from your body and to prevent yourself from sleeping pre-maturely through the method. If you arenโ€™t relaxed enough, try doing a progressive muscle relaxation technique, which I will be explaining at the later part of the guide.

When you have completely relaxed yourself, close your eyes and focus softly into the void behind your eyelids. You can also watch the hypnagogic imagery that happens before your closed eyelids. Let yourself sleep, but make sure to maintain a sliver of awareness to induce sleep paralysis. This might sound hard but that is why the background sound, subliminals etc. , would help you to maintain a little of awareness. If you want to scratch or swallow, just do it without giving it any thought.

If it is hard for you to stay aware, repeat a mantra โ€œmind awake, body asleepโ€, to fasten the process. Once you feel the symptoms kicking in, do not passively try to interact or try to manipulate sleep paralysis! Wait for it to completely engulf you before doing the next step to shift/respawn yourself.

Method 02

This method is commonly known as the DEILD/CanWILD technique in the lucid dreaming community. It is used to spontaneously induce sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming, but it takes a little more effort to master.

The hardest part to master for this method is to wake up completely motionless and without opening eyes. Even though it is not necessary to do that, it helps to fasten the process of inducing sleep paralysis and re-entering your dream. I would usually affirm to myself that I would wake up in sleep paralysis, and that would usually happen to me. However, there is a shortcut to this method that I constantly use when my intentions does not consistently work.

Use a touch-less alarm clock. One that I love is โ€œLucid Wakerโ€. It is available on the app store but Iโ€™m not sure if it is for android users. I would set an alarm after 3 hours of sleep and let the alarm play for 20 seconds, since Iโ€™m a heavy sleeper. There is a feature for โ€œdream chainingโ€ so I clicked on that one too and set it to automatically go off again every 30 minutes, so I would have a higher chance of inducing sleep paralysis in one night. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ON THE NEXT DAY!! Doing this will make you feel sleepy and not well-rested.

I would lay on my back, like the picture above and sleep until my alarm goes off. Once awoken, I would instinctively remember to not move and about 10 seconds or so, I will be in sleep paralysis. A way that could help you prevent from opening your eyes is by using a sleeping mask.

Method 03

Following method 01, as you are about to fall asleep, open your eyes slightly and close it again. Repeat it as many times as you can whenever you feel like falling asleep. At one point of time, your body will automatically shift into sleep paralysis.

Method 04

This method consists of using the SSILD method, also known as the Sleep senses induced lucid dreaming. You can read it up [here|https://www.reddit.com/r/LucidDreaming/comments/18h2bi/ssild_official_tutorial_20/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf] if you want to know more about it.

What works best for me to induce sleep paralysis with SSILD is to wake myself up 3 hours after sleep, since โ€œinsomniaโ€ could be a problem when you use this technique. It wonโ€™t apply to everyone, so do experiment with this technique. I would get straight to doing the cycles and since Iโ€™m barely awake, I would induce sleep paralysis half-way throughout the method. I found out about this on accident while intending to use this method for lucid dreaming.

Method 05

Of course I had to include FILD into this too. FILD, also known as Finger induced lucid dreaming, is a usually used as WILD anchor in lucid dreaming. It is not so well-liked by lucid dreamers, but it still dish out results. So why not use to to your advantage right?

When you are at the verge of sleeping, move your fingers ever so lightly and slowly reduce the movement of your fingers. At this point, you should be imagining your fingers still tapping onto the surface of your bed lightly. You will feel a sudden shift of energy and sleep paralysis will take over very quickly.

Method 06

Following method 01, once you have done everything and is currently laying on your back, try not to move at all. It should not be a problem since you have already relaxed your body. If your body jerks, just let it be. It is known as a hypnagogic jerk and that means your body is falling fast asleep. Try to stay on your back until you have that extreme urge to move. If it is super unbearable, switch your sleeping position to the side and โ€œfall asleepโ€. Relax yourself as a whole and feel yourself falling into sleep paralysis quickly.

Method 07

This method is commonly used to induce hypnagogia but could also be used for sleep paralysis. Perform the WBTB technique and when youโ€™re back on your bed, place your arm up 90 degrees to your bed OR bend one of your knees up.

As you fall asleep, your arm or knee will drop as well. If it does drop, wake up slightly and hold your arm or knee back into itโ€™s original position. Do this until you canโ€™t stand it anymore and place your arm or knee down. Relax and sleep paralysis would take over after a few minutes or so.

Progressive muscle relaxation technique

Since Iโ€™ve seen this question floating a lot throughout the community, here is what have worked very well for me.

When in sleep paralysis, rage shifting/respawning affirmations in your mind. For example:

- I have fully shifted to my Dr

- I am in my Dr

- I have manifested xyz

What works best for me is to use past/present tense. Try to avoid continuous tense such as โ€œI am shifting to my Drโ€ or โ€œI want to manifest xyzโ€. It might still work for you so do experiment. When I say rage, means just shout the affirmations in your head angrily! It actually works really well since it helps to strengthen my sleep paralysis vibrations and I would actually shift in a minute or two.

If this doesnโ€™t work, you can also incorporate 5 senses with affirmations. If you have aphantasia and canโ€™t visualise, just use your other 4 senses.

A copper coin? How the hell is it supposed to help me reach sleep paralysis faster? I know it might sound stupid but I will tell you why. Copper is known to stimulate energy flow and enhance your psychic energy. It is an energy conductor that will move energies and amplify thoughts.

It will also help you in channeling and communicating higher dimensional beings so heads up to anyone who channels here <3 Copper can also ground and move a wide array of vibrational frequencies from the spiritual realm to the physical realm.

Not to mention it can help you by sending healing energies around your body and encourage you to achieve physical and emotional alignment, resulting you to think clearer and less aggressive behaviour.

Warning! Copper activates your third eye so stop doing this method if your third eye chakra becomes too over active.

The method

Find yourself a copper penny or if it is unavailable, you can use a copper wire etc. as long as it its flat. Once you find one, clean it thoroughly. I would recommend that you do this method after a few hours of sleeping (wake back to bed) but do it whenever you are comfortable.

Lie on your back and prop a pillow under your head so that it will be slightly elevated. Arms at your side and feet separated. Use your right hand to press the penny on your forehead, between your eyes but slightly above.

Carry out the progressive muscle relaxation technique.

Be aware of your consciousness separating from your body and imagine your body floating gently in a boat on a slowly moving river. You should try to trick your mind into thinking that your body is asleep. Your body will start to vibrate like hell and no matter how hard you tried to move, you canโ€™t. This is an indication you are already in sleep paralysis.

- Worrying and tensing your body too much. The main goal to reach the state of sleep paralysis is to RELAX. Do not worry about swallowing, moving your eyes, limbs etc. Instead try this. Pretend to be asleep. Let your mind wander and after every few minutes, bring your focus back to your body and ask yourself, โ€œAm I asleep?โ€

- If you are someone who sleeps too fast even after turning off the alarm, place your phone across the room and wake up to switch it off. Walk for a bit, go to the washroom etc.

- If you are someone who has a hard time sleeping when you move to switch off your alarm, I would recommend you to use a touchless one instead such as Lucidity or Howtolucid. I am using an iPhone so I am unsure if it is available on Playstore.

- If you do experience pre-symptoms of sleep paralysis, it is best if you do not control them. Trying to intensify them would only dissipate the symptoms. Instead, allow them to do whatever they want: the less you act, the more intense it will become by its own means.

- Looking up at your Ajna, or also known as the third eye. When laying flat on the bed, close your eyes and look subtly up at your third eye, somewhere between your eyebrows. Do not strain your eyes since you will have to stay like that for quite awhile! Continue meditating and sleep paralysis would happen quicker since your eyes naturally roll up as you sleep.

- Do a third eye meditation before sleeping. I have not tried this yet but many said that it could help you achieve sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming and even astral projection way quicker.

- Listen to frequencies, binaural beats or maybe even guided meditation. I never tried guided meditation to induce sleep paralysis because at some point, I will be distracted as hell hehe. - Do not get too excited when you finally induce sleep paralysis. Donโ€™t be like me seriously. I got too excited the other day and it faded away :( Just lean back and let sleep paralysis take over and then start affirming to shift/respawn to your DR or to manifest!

- Tilt your head slightly to the side and slightly forward in a corpse position. Rest your tongue on the roof of your mouth so your mouth would not randomly open while inducing sp.

- A method that was recommended by my boyfriend, he said to prop pillows under your head. Make sure to have your head higher than your body. This always made him have sleep paralysis. You could also use a heavy blanket when you want to induce it.

Sleep paralysis is a gateway to other states such as lucid dreaming, astral projection and even the void state. Here are some ways you can transition sleep paralysis to lucid dreaming etc.

Lucid dreaming

Once you are in sleep paralysis, just let yourself slide deeper into it and affirm that you are lucid dreaming. It usually works for me since I would transition into a lucid dream in a minute or so.

Astral projection

When you reach the vibrational stage, you can start doing an exit technique. I will list some below:

The widely known, rope method

When in sleep paralysis, you can start imagining a rope directly above you and your astral arms pulling you up. The trick here is to feel the rope and yourself getting pulled out of your physical body. Continue this until you hear a โ€œpopโ€ sound or a shift in awareness.

Levitate, sit up or roll out from your body

Like what I stated, once you are in sleep paralysis, attempt to levitate, sit up or even roll out from your body. Remember that this is your astral body doing the tasks and not your physical body!

Once you are out of your body, remember to seek for protection from your angels or higher ups before spawning a portal to your wr/dr. Once there, just merge with your dr body and you have shifted/respawned.

The void state

Just like lucid dreaming, when you are in sleep paralysis, just affirm that you are in the void state and you will be thrown into it.

This is mainly for lucid dreaming and astral projection since I have not experimented with other methods to sleep paralysis huhu. You could use this if you really want to use sleep paralysis as your shifting/respawning method OR have troubles shifting/respawning with lucid dreaming and astral projection.

Lucid dreaming

When in a lucid dream, what I would usually do is to find or spawn myself on a building or a cliff. If you are afraid, you could use the next method. Then, I would affirm that I would wake up in sleep paralysis and jump down from there. It would work 99% of the time.

If youโ€™re scared, you can just affirm to wake up in sleep paralysis in your lucid dream. It still works as well.

Astral projection

When I astral project and I want to induce sleep paralysis, I would affirm that I would induce sleep paralysis. Not long after, I will be pulled back into my body and wake up in sp.

As most people donโ€™t know I just want to say Iโ€™m definitely more into shifting than any other spiritual practice as that is something very much apart of my life and Iโ€™m indulged in. Not to say I donโ€™t care or want to talk about other stuff but I know way more about shifting and stuff related to that than the void state !!!! I love dicussion about quantum jumping, the multi verse, time, 3D vs 4D, chakras, plus I have so many shifting stories hehe. Donโ€™t get me wrong, I love void discussions, itโ€™s a fascinating thing and other Loa inquires but I also want to talk about shifting more because thatโ€™s something Iโ€™ve actually mastered ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Iโ€™ve also been in the shifting community for way longer than the void community so I have more years of experience, and have met so many people who have educated me so much more than for example the void state!

Anyways here are my reality shifting tips that I talk about often and can also be applied to manifesting (for those who separate the two concepts) and even the void state or whatever you desire

1. You are limitless.

When I first started I had a bunch of questions about limits and what I can and canโ€™t do, and what are the boundaries I canโ€™t cross after learning about this phenomenon. Now I can say, you make to own rules because you quiete literally are god. If you can intend and imagine it, you can make it your perception and reality. This can be applied to anything, shifting, manifesting, even something as minuscule as playing a sport or passing a test. Society did use to tell us we can do anything if we put our mind to it and to dream big and reach for the sky, but it truly is a real concept I wish they ingrained in us a little more. Unfortunately for society, us being prepared to work 9-5s to give back to the government is more important. You donโ€™t have to follow that path though, you found this for a reason so utilize it to live your dream life. Itโ€™s your life and your rules

2. this ties back with point one but the universe doesnโ€™t shift you, because you are the universe

every time I browse shifting communities itโ€™s someone saying you have to shift like this or that.. for the universe, or other false concepts like divine timing Well, the universe doesnโ€™t care respectfully, because we are the universe. You can ask for help from the universe if thatโ€™s your belief and manifest your environment to help in your biddings but at the end of the day, itโ€™s all you. This is why when people try to enforce cutting karmic ties, doing shadow work, learning about chakras, giving back to the universe, etc, it can be counter productive to your journey. While that can help SOME PEOPLEโ€ฆ itโ€™s not what everyone needs or should even do. Iโ€™m not methodical at all and that stuff didnโ€™t mean much to me and when I tried to force myself to care and it honestly slowed me down and was a waste of time. You know yourself and what you need. So follow your heart and intuition!

3. if I could tattoo this in everyoneโ€™s mind I would but feeling is much more important than visualizing or affirmation.

The feeling is the single-handed most important concept that everyone can utilize. A lot of people are bad visualizers and think itโ€™s the end of the world when the feeling is what changes your visualizations into reality. Iโ€™m a maladaptive daydreamer so trust me when I took the visualization part and only did that, I got super sad when it didnโ€™t help me shift since itโ€™s something everyone preaches is so important. I wish it was the key to shifting because I would have done it in seconds. But our subconscious canโ€™t tell the difference between images we see in our heads/daydreams and reality, so itโ€™s the feeling that changes the perception and awareness successfully. Someone asked me how to successfully โ€œfeelโ€ so Iโ€™m just going to explain it here because I think it gets to the point.

Itโ€™s hard to feel something youโ€™re not feeling. As for shifting.. thatโ€™s the content of knowing youโ€™ll wake up in your dr, but then again if you havenโ€™t shifted yet how would you know what it feels like. To us, it would be pure bliss, and a state of fulfillment, the same as accomplishing a goal. But itโ€™s hard to feel the fulfillment while trying to fulfill it if it makes sense? Thatโ€™s why most people utilize other things like music, to get to the happy feeling and pretend with that by using methods like the sunny or Estelle method but to me, that stuff is distracting so I just had to practice and enhance my โ€œsmelling, hearing, and tastingโ€

I think itโ€™s easier to pretend to feel and see (as in the sense of feel) but itโ€™s harder to try to feel like youโ€™re smelling your dr, tasting food in your dr, and hearing other people in your dr. I would try visual practices like pretending to eat an apple. For me Iโ€™m a great visualizer (again Iโ€™m a maladaptive daydreamer) but could you get yourself to taste the apple and hear yourself eating the apple. And maybe feel annoyed because to me the crunch of an apple is so annoying lol. Could you embody the state of being annoyed?

Oh, yea also practices using the first person. Thatโ€™s something I also struggled with because I like watching my visualizations but thatโ€™s not my feeling. Thatโ€™s seeing, and you should use all 5 senses together

In short donโ€™t just feel the happiness you know you would have, utilize your 5 senses in your imagination when trying to shift, it will bring you closer to your home.

4. stop running away from your problems under the guise of the law of assumption.

For a long time, I ignored my reality and would pretend oh โ€œIโ€™m going to shift anyways so it doesnโ€™t matterโ€ youโ€™re not assuming youโ€™re going to shift if youโ€™re hoping to do it. I would say I assume it will happen then hope and beg for the universe to shift me. you canโ€™t gaslight yourself to not have doubts lol and you may be saying youโ€™re going to shift but again feelings trump affirmations and you feel in your heart you wonโ€™t so thatโ€™s your reality. Now I know a lot of people on here have hard-lives, itโ€™s why and how a lot of people found shifting. But seriously try manifesting a better current reality youโ€™re aware of while trying to shift. Manifesting and shifting are two sides of the same coin and you can easily intertwine them to benefit you both ways. Find what works for you. Youโ€™ll have a better time assuming youโ€™ll shift when youโ€™re not clouded with stress from your cr and the sadness you get from it. (Not saying you canโ€™t shift if youโ€™re sad depressed or have doubts, You can) Iโ€™m saying it helps to not feel a weighing pressure to shift to escape, instead of shifting to escape for your eternal happiness.

5. There is nothing wrong with escapism

This is such a huge discussion in the community and such a stupid one at that. Every form of entertainment is a source of escape. Watching tv, vacations, having friends, sleeping. Itโ€™s a normal part of the human psyche, why should we be forced to only work, go to school, and sleep and have that be are only life. Shifting can be for escaping! It is, wether you do it temporarily or permanently, and THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. You shouldnโ€™t be forced to stay here with everything wrong with the world, especially after you shift once you just know thereโ€™s so much better life out there for you. You are not confined to any reality, nor are you forced to stay anywhere you are not happy and anyone who tells you otherwise can shut their mouth. There is nothing wrong with change, and finding what makes you happy. The only thing wrong is staying where youโ€™re not appreciated or happy when you have access to other sources. Please donโ€™t let anyone gaslight you into feeling bad for prioritizing yourself and well being.

6.Lastly this ties back to the last point but find a support group whether in real or online

I know not everyone finds this to be some huge journey but I think we can all agree itโ€™s become a huge part of your life. Find people to talk to not only about your journey but anything at all. Iโ€™ve made great shifting friends and theyโ€™re the only reason Iโ€™m coming back before I perma shift! I want to help them with their journeys before I go as well as all the amazing people on this subreddit who helped me.

Special note: All methods lead to shifting and manifesting successfully <3 behind every successful shifting method is a strong intention by the user of said method. All methods are doors to your desires, just choose which one you want to open, and donโ€™t over complicate it! If you think your method work it will work.

what is reality shifting ? ๐Ÿค”

reality shifting is simply moving your consciousness from one realty, the one you're currently in, to a reality that you want to be in.

reality shifting is not just dreaming. i know it can be confusing but there is a difference between lucid dreaming and reality shifting. with lucid dreaming, you are in a unique state where you becomes aware that you are dreaming and can sometimes manipulate your dreams/people in your dreams. reality shifting is different, as everybody in your desired reality is a real person with their own feelings, thoughts, and actions. with reality shifting, you're just another normal person in that reality, with no control over others/events (unless you script/intend otherwise.)

What Reality Shifting Is & How I Do It ๐ŸŒŒ

how i shift โœจ

1. i listen to a 5-10 minute sleep guided meditation on youtube to help get my mind/body relaxed.

2. once iโ€™m done meditating, i go on musi (an app basically like youtube where you can listen to music without staying on the app) and turn on a shifting subliminal with rain sounds (my fav is ethereal daydreamer subliminals <3)

3. once i turn on the subliminal, i get off of my phone and get in a comfortable sleeping position.

4. once iโ€™m in my comfortable sleeping position, i do a body sleeping method where basically you squeeze (not actually squeezing with your hands but like.. โ€œcringeโ€ each part of your body from your toes all the way to your face, holding each squeeze on each body part for ten seconds. once you squeeze every body part for ten seconds one by one, squeeze your whole body + face for ten seconds and then release.) youโ€™re body will start to feel so numb. youโ€™ll know you did it right if you start twitching or start feeling tingling sensations afterwards lol

5. after that, i visualize where i want to shift. i think about all the fun things iโ€™ll get to do and all the fun people iโ€™ll get to meet and the food iโ€™ll get to eat. after that i just fall asleep listening to the subliminal and i wake up in my DR. thatโ€™s it thatโ€™s all :)

Every time an attractive black or poc character gets introduced into Marvel, fans who are of the same race and/or culture as them has to deal with ignorant white authors taking that character and writing the most blatantly offensive and whitewashed fanfics.

Thereโ€™s no reason why Namor is speaking Spanish instead of his own native language. Itโ€™s not that difficult to do your research and itโ€™s clear yโ€™all have no problem doing it when it came to Thor or Loki. Yโ€™all donโ€™t even bother hiding it yet get defensive when someone points it out. Since weโ€™re on this topic, lets not act dumb about his dislike for white people and the LOW chance of him having a white partner like bffrโ€ฆ

Lastly, we need to be VERY careful on how Namor is written and not play into stereotypes thatโ€™ll harm his character (and also Tenoch himself) in the long run. Yโ€™all donโ€™t seem to know (nor care) how dangerous it is to have him being written as the โ€œaggressorโ€ pursuing the โ€œnaive and innocentโ€ white girl.

Your Options Are Never Limited

If you decide to waste all your time on a method (like the void state), asking people what they did, begging people to manifest for you, consuming tons of loa content/success stories, without applying or learning the Law then thats on you. If you don't find one thing that works for you or that you feel comfortable doing and stick to it, then you're not gonna get what you want. That's just the way the Law works.

Some of you seem to forget that this is your life. If you dont do something that works for you, then you're wasting tons of time and you might give up. Don't change up what you've been doing just because some user on this app says so. You do what works for you. The void not cutting it for you? Affirm. Affirming is no good? Try SATS. No SATS? Visualize. Don't wanna do any of that? Just be in the state of wish fulfilled and know it is done. Or even, make your own method. All the end goal is is just to fulfill yourself internally and persist in it.

Again, you are never limited to one thing. Some of you need to get that through your skulls. If your beliefs are so limited that you think this one particular thing is all that can work for you, or has more power than anything else, then that is sad. How can a method have power when you are the one manifesting? Is the method God? Or are you God?

OKAY SO!! just to clarify first -> i'm someone who's afab who identifies as genderfluid and non-binary and wanted to try something out bc i've used a strap and found MASSIVE gender euphoria with that (can't keep the strap though since it's a friends one ๐Ÿ’€). all i did to get that pp was just decide that i had it rn and i decided that i would be in the state of having a 12 incher by the time i woke up the next morning !! that's all!! and poof! in the morning I legit woke up with an 11.7 incher AND MORNINGN WOOD ๐Ÿ˜ (measured it akjngkrjasknng) IT WAS EXCRUCIATING TBHH

โ™ก STEP 1: Set an official date for when you are going to get into the void state. Once you've set the date you CANNOT change it. Once the date is officially set, it's set. But if you want to set a time, you 100% can, but once you've set a time you can't change it or remove it, just like you can't change the date.

Desired reality, or most people on the internet called it "DR", is a reality where you want to go/shift to. And the place can be anything you want like your favorite anime, movie, or just simply the reality where you can have fun and be free. Or it also can be the reality where you have everything you desire. Such as your desired body, hair, skin color, finance, significant other, life and the list goes on. Basically, your personal heaven.

But, in order to arrive in your desired reality and achieve the goal you want in that reality, you need to master the art of shifting. Shifting reality is easy. Specify which reality you want to go to, set your intention, visualize your desired reality, BOOM, welcome to your desired reality. Well, yes, it's easier said than done, but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy and you're gonna think "damn, this shit is easy. how did I keep failing back then?". For most people, it is hard for them to get the hang of it since they were not familiar with the idea of shifting, including me and probably you, the one who is reading this right now. This is why I made this post, giving you tips to get to your desired reality.

BELIEVE that you can do it. Believe in shifting is important in order to shift, but believing that YOU can shift, is the most important out of all the things that I'll mention after this. I suggest you to reprogram your mind to make it easier for you to believe that you can shift

Do some research about things that are related to shifting. Such as, Law Of Assumption, The Multiverse Theory, Quantum Jumping, and Theta/Void State. If you understand the thing that you want to do, as for right now it is shifting, it'll make you easier to do it correctly and get the result you want

Find a way to shift that is comfortable for you. If you want your shifting journey to be organized, write down a script of the things that you want to have and happen in your desired reality, use/make a shifting method, meditate afterwards, yada yada, do it. If you just want to shift raw, just think about what you want and set your intention, do it. Do anything that makes you comfortable. Because once you're comfortable, the chance for you to shift to your desired reality is higher

Meditate. It's not only making your chance to shift higher, but also really good for you in general. It can help you clear your mind so it's easier for you to set a clear intention and focused on the things you wanted

If throughout your day, your mind keep telling you that you can't shift or you can't reach your desired reality, THROW THOSE THOUGHTS AWAY and affirm to yourself that you can shift easily and you can shift no matter what because that's facts. You CAN shift

Visualization is not important since not everyone can visualize things, but it is recommend if you can visualize. Visualize yourself as your desired reality self doing things that you want to do in your desired reality, such as waking up in your desired reality, making out with your significant other, shooting monsters with a gun, cast a spell, etc. etc. and feel as if what you're visualizing is happening to you right now

Hey Angels, today I would like to explain the role of our subconscious based upon the method of " Waking up in the Void State " .

This post will include the following :

1. What is the subconscious ?

2. How's Does our subconscious wake us up in the void state ?

3. How to access our subconscious ( Tips + Advice ).

4. Commanding your subconscious to wake you up in the void state .

( I will also include success stories from Tumblr from blogs whom I saw their anons who woke in the void state by Commanding their subconscious, truly inspiring ๐Ÿฅฐ. Also I will post some pictures of people Commanding their subconscious not related to the void , but it will help you learn how to command the Subconscious with anything because it is fun tbh ^_^.)

1. What is the subconscious ?

Our subconscious is part of our mind that stores our memory, habits and feelings etc. Our subconscious is awake 24/7 taking care of our body. Your subconscious is very receptive and responds to the nature of how you think. Your subconscious hears what you think 24/7 and believes everything you tell it, even if its not true. It's your faithful servant that will do and believe anything you say it basically. The subconscious is extremely amenable to suggestion.

2. How does our subconscious wake us up in the Void State ?

Firstly, remember when you woken up the time you wanted, yep that was your subconscious. Simply by making an intention to wake up in a specific time . If you tell your subconscious mind that you want to wake up in the void state, it will faithfully wake you up. Remember nothing is too hard for our subconscious and because you doubting all the time , you making it hard yourself เฒฅ_เฒฅ.

You breathe air without effort; likewise, you should learn to let the intelligence within your subconscious mind fl ow throug h your intellect without tension. Your subjective mind perceives by intuition. It does not have to reason or inquire, as it is an all-wise and an infinite intelligence. If you say to your subconscious, sometimes referred to as the sub jective mind (it is sub ject to the conscious mind), "Wake me up at 6:00 o'clock," you know that you will awaken exactly at the time specified. It never fails.

You see if you tell your subconscious anything , it will believe you. Waking up in the Void State is easy Bae โ™กโ€ฟโ™ก.

3. How to access your subconscious.

Your subconscious is only awake when your conscious mind is suspended is a sleepy, drowsy state which Basically Sats( State of akin to sleep ) .

"Charles Baudoin was a professor at the Rousseau Institute in France. He was a brilliant psychotherapist and a research director of the New Nancy School of Healing, who in 1910 taught that the best way to impress the subconscious mind was to enter into a drowsy, sleepy state, or a state akin to sleep in which all effort was reduced to a minimum. Then in a quiet, passive, receptive way, by reflection, he would convey the idea to the subconscious. "

In Neville words, "Think of the subconscious as a tide which ebbs and flows. In sleep, it is a flood tide, while at moments of full wakefulness, the tide is at its lowest ebb. Between these two extremes are any number of intermediary levels. When we are drowsy, dreamy, lulled in gentle reverie, the tide is high. The more wakeful and alert we become, the lower the tide sinks. The highest tide compatible with the conscious direction of our thoughts occurs just before we fall asleep and just after we wake."

So basically, from the subconscious is only awake when we are sleepy and Drowsy when we are getting ready to sleep which before bed time.

But if you have trouble relaxing before bed, don't worry I got you๐Ÿ˜š.

Tips on how to access the subconscious :

1. First Relax before bed , wear comfortable clothing. Lay in a comfortable position, whichever is comfortable to you.

2. Take deep breaths in from your belly Counting to 150- 200. Or any number you choose .

3. Do a yoga Nidra exercise. I literally swear by this and i often fall asleep to lol๐Ÿ˜ญ. The best one is by Lizzy hill on YouTube . It'll make youu so relaxed.

4. Listen to Alpha waves, theta waves which one you prefer. While taking deep breaths .

You can choose anyone method from above for relaxation โœจ. You mix it up, do a a breathing exercise then do a yoga Nidra together or Listen to binaural beats .

How to know when your subconscious is accessible :

โœฟ when you feeling tired and Relaxed, drowsy etc.

โœฟ your body feels numb and you don't want to move .

โœฟ your eyes feel heavy etc .

Advice :

In my personal option it's extremely easy to access your subconscious . You just have to relax thats all โ™ฅ๏ธโœจ. Don't stop yourself from getting your dreams because if doubts. Persist, Persist!

4. Commanding your subconscious to wake you up in the Void State.

Finally, the important part. When you feel tired and sleepy and when there's Zero Thoughts in your head start commanding the subconscious. Command for at least 5- 20 minutes for the message to sink in. And Command with Conviction!

Examples of commands, you can choose one ( whichever resonates with you angel ) :

- Subconscious I command you to wake me up in the void tonight.

- Subconscious wake me up in the void .

- Subconscious I will wake up in the void state tonight .

- Subconscious wake me up in the void at 1am( if you want a timeframe or choose a time when you want it to happen , anything is possible).

Remember to command for at least 10 minutes and fall sleep to it!!

And boom you woke up in the Void!!!๐Ÿฅณโ™ฅ๏ธ

Void Method

Get into a comfortable position, close your eyes and relax

Start focusing on your breathing

Start affirming, I would use the affirmations " I'm pure consciousness", "I'm not attached to any reality", "I'm in the void state" until you get into the void state (I will explain the void state tomorrow)

You will now that you are in the void state if your senses "fade" (noises become quieter for example), you feel like you are floating and you feel like you have no attachment to anything

Once you are in the void state affirm that you are in your DR and start visualizing your DR (visualizing is optional)

Do this until you feel your surroundings change or until you fall asleep

The void method was the method, that I used, when I almost shifted and it is one of my favorite methods

Stranger Things shifting method!

this method can be used for awake or sleep.

Firstly, find a good song that gets you worked up or excited (preferably an 80s song- I chose Footloose by Kenny Loggins) and put that on loop somehow. If you want to be extra, you can add affs on top of it. If desired, you could also use a song that reminds you of a certain character! (Or a playlist)

Ok so if you want to before you shift, do some breathing exercises. I like to inhale for 3, hold for 3, then exhale for 3. Try to release all the stress and tension in your body. Keep breathing on beat, at this point itโ€™s ok if you wanna move around a little (or dance-)

This is where the actual method begins. (I took some inspiration from the official stranger things Rockin Robin book-) Try your best to visualize you either

A) Running through the halls of Hawkins High with your favorite character(s)

or

B) The song you chose comes on at homecoming or some type of dance and you dance with your favorite character(s)

If you want to make up your own scenario do that, these are just ideas!! Also it doesnโ€™t have to be a romantic character, you could be Nancyโ€™s age and dance with Dustin platonically like they do in the earlier season. Anyway-

Youโ€™re just going to want to really listen to the song. Push the visualizing until itโ€™s realistic (if possible oFc) Really pay attention in the visualization how you are your characters feet and hands move, and whatโ€™s happening. What do you hear? Who are you running from, or whatโ€™s your thoughts while dancing?

Now youโ€™re gonna affirm like hell while still visualizing as much as humanly possible. Are you singing the song in this scenario? If so, what does your voice sound like? Once again, just try and be there, realistic as possible.

Itโ€™s okay if you get distracted during this process, nuerodivergency makes it difficult sometimes -.-

โ€œI am dancing with ____ and itโ€™s ____ (fun, boring, etc.)โ€

โ€œI am running from ___ with ___ and itโ€™s ___ (exhilarating, impulsive, etc.)โ€

โ€œMy name is ___ and (another feature)โ€

Non Visualizing Option:

Basically what youโ€™re gonna wanna do is complete the first and second paragraphs, then weโ€™re gonna listen to the song for a second. Clear your thoughts as best you can, and get ready to affirm like crazy. (I hope this doesnโ€™t require too much visuals) Next, weโ€™re gonna affirm about either a friend or a partner- the main character (or one of them) you want to shift for. Describe them. Whatโ€™s their hair like? Their smell, clothing, music taste, anything? Next, describe yourself. What do you look like or feel like when youโ€™re with them? What makes you guys so good together?

I wann make it very clear that you can forget steps and change stuff. Everyone shifts different bro, stop worrying. Itโ€™s okay if you have to repeat a visual or if you want to stop visualizing. Please be safe while shifting and take care of yourself. I love you ๐Ÿ’—
