i feel like people are under the opinion that it’s ok to purposefully trigger a psychotic person IF. IF they’re a bad enough person. IF it’s funny enough. IF you’re friends with them. Hey, Tumblr needs to be a lot more. Story system, blue tick profiles and many more features. It's really painful to use Tumblr without them. I see this place not as a website, but as social media.

i agree that tumblr needs to be more. but i’d go the opposite direction, and make tumblr less like other social media sites. i want a tumblr that’s more unique, safer, weirder, less prone to fostering the behavior that other platforms promote that end up making people addicted and depressed and questioning their self-worth.

i wouldn’t invest a dime in any now-traditional social media platform these days, like twitter/facebook/instagram/tiktok.
