♧How I Induced the void through SATS
And i know, I've wanted to and said that i'll induce the void through lucid dreaming, but here's the thing. Sats is actually so easy and effortless to do, lucid dreaming feels like a chore now (to me). And the thing is, I, ironically took break from tumblr and void because void state was starting to be viewed "too hard" (💀) to get into, literally induced it unintentionally through sats, it was THAT easy. Let's get right into it, I'm gonna start from the very basics, so you can know how sats works and how to actually utilise it :)
It's a deeply relaxed state, a state where you're groggy and drowsy. Like, yk before going to sleep, you hit this one point where you're half dreaming, half awake ish? like you can't (or don't want to) open your eyes, and you're just halfway through drifting off to sleep. That's exactly it! Your subconscious mind is HIGHLY suggestive to literally anything you tell it in this state. You access right before sleeping and right after waking up, and if you use it carefully you could really benefit from it :)
I actually did not realise relaxing was subjective to everyone until this experience. Let me tell you what happened.
It was a normal day. Like I mentioned above, I had taken a break from tumblr so I just scrolled through youtube. I was tired that day and wanted to sleep, but yk me and my phone addiction lol. So long story short, I saw some video about a beach, and then I just decided to go on pinterest, look at some comforting dark stormy beaches (💙) and some more peaceful shit and just imagined scenarios that RELAXED me. I like visualization and I'm good at it so imagining the scenarios was extremely peaceful. Basically I just looked at them pictures and just imagined sitting or laying there peaceful and relaxed, and other stuff.
Then i re-downloaded tumblr because I couldn't resist, and the first thing I saw was bunch of void success stories from a tumblr blog. They motivated me a lot and improved my mindset towards void, one of them being like "I was tired, so I affirmed, relaxed, felt a sucking feeling and entered", which to me was crazy because I was already tired and relaxed. So I laid down, relaxed, and almost immediately got into the SATS because of how relaxed and tired I was. Then in the sats I started to affirm for the void. And guess what? I felt a sucking feeling, something pulling me in, and then it was total black. I couldn't feel, hear or see a thing. I didn't affirm anything because of how peaceful it felt and forgot I had to do that (😭). When I woke up it motivated me a lot because I just realised how EASY it was and that I proved myself wrong.
Now, how is relaxing subjective? because to me, relaxing was like blindly following a guided meditation. Almost every blog i saw told me to meditate to relax (NO HATE TO ANYONE!!), and I thought meditation was just meditating to some guided meditation on youtube or the typical high frequency breathe in breathe out shit, which made me alien to the idea of meditating, because for me honestly following some youtube video on how to relax just didn't sit with me, because I wasn't even "relaxing". After the experience I realised what relaxing or meditating actually is. It's about discovering your own peace. It doesn't matter what it is.
(p.s. from the same concept I Induced the alpha state, lmk if you want a post on that. And no I did not count from 13 to 1 then 12 to 1, or even count at all).
and that was literally it. Imagining some peaceful scenarios, lying down, immediately getting inside sats and affirming, then inducing. I even entered 1-2 times after in two consecutive nights which boosted my confidence. Guys, it really is that easy.
*.˗ˏˋ DEILD- The Quickest And Easiest Method To Lucid Dream That I know ´ˎ˗.*
Listennnn, I love the lucid dream method down. It is AND ALWAYS WILL BE my favorite way to shift, apart from the void state.
BUT I know I cannot be the only one struggling to get lucid😩😭 At least I used to struggle before I found DEILD. I found other techniques tedious, having to do constant reality checks during the day felt like a chore and lying completely still in bed for 30+ minutes waiting for my body to fall asleep was quite literally torture to me. IF I could stay awake through it because most times I couldn’t or just rolled over and gave up because nothing was happening and I was très uncomfortable.
I’ve tried mild, SSILD, fild, ALL THE “ILDS” every single one and while they are effective, I’ve finally found the technique that works best for me and takes the least amount of time so I thought I would share, just in case it may help someone else!
With this technique you…..
Go from being awake directly into a lucid dream without falling asleep (this is called a wake initiated lucid dream and in my experience I feel more aware and in control with these vs when I randomly become aware in the middle of my dream. They are also easier to remember if you have poor dream recall. )
Are able to start the lucid dream scene in the privacy of your own room so you don’t have to worry about trying to shift in the middle of distracting dream scenes or dealing with distracting dream characters
You can save a Lucid dream that’s been cut short or even have several lucid dreams in one night using this method
Don’t need to do reality checks during the day if you don’t want to or do any other daytime prep
The whole thing takes 10-30 seconds START TO FINISH!

Before bed set the intention that when you wake up you will immediately remember to perform DEILD
Set a touchless alarm to wake you up anywhere from 3-6 hours after falling asleep. I like this one! Maybe put it in a playlist with a lucid dreaming subliminal or theta waves set to play after the alarm goes off to boost your chances of becoming Lucid🌙
Go to bed as normal. As I fall asleep I like to imagine myself waking up to the alarm and successfully performing DEILD. Then I imagine myself successfully entering the void from the LD and then successfully waking up in my wr. I loop this sequence until I fall asleep. I do this to help me remember to do the technique the second I wake up, but it is not at all necessary.
Immediately upon waking and hearing the alarm, I try to remember to stay still and not open my eyes. Minimal movement is fine, but we’re trying to convince our body that we’re still asleep! The alarm will shut off on its own.
Wait for what feels like 10 seconds without actually counting (Again, you don’t want to activate your Brain and wake yourself up too much )
After it feels like 10 seconds have gone by, do a reality check like the nose pinch test EVEN IF YOU FEEL WIDE AWAKE and don’t think you could possibly already be back asleep in only 10 seconds. Most of the time you’ll already be in what is called a false awakening-when you think you’re awake in bed but you’re actually dreaming
If you were able to breathe through your closed nose you are now in a lucid dream starting out in your room. You can proceed to shift to your dr in any way you like-some of my go to’s are:
-creating a portal
-entering the void and shifting from there
-entering the astral realm and shifting from there
-waking myself up from the dream but intending to wake up in my dr not my cr
Editors note:
If when you do the nose pinch test, you are still awake, repeat step 6 up to 2 more times. If by this point, you still have not entered a lucid dream, it is best to go back to bed and try again the next time you wake up. This method is very effective but fragile, as it is best performed in that very small hypnopompic window right when you are teetering on the edge of awake and asleep.
Why this method works…
When you wake up from sleep and don’t move or open your eyes, it tricks your body into thinking that you’re still asleep and it puts you back in a dream, even though your mind is actually awake! This is why a touchless alarm is helpful, or you can use natural awakenings.
Troubleshooting the method…
The hardest part about this method is remembering to stay still as soon as you wake up.
You can set the intention to remember to do so before bed
You can also use prospective memory training during the day (every time you look in a mirror/ drink something/ plug in your phone/ enter a different room etc you can affirm “the next time I wake up I will immediately remember to perform DEILD” )
And if you move by mistake or have to use an alarm that needs manually turned off, all is not necessarily lost. it’s still worth trying anyway as long as you think you’ll be able to fall back asleep! Just wait 30 seconds instead of 10 before doing a reality check and consider using an anchor to help keep you focused and awake (could be focusing on the sound of the subliminal if you made a playlist, or the sound of a fan etc)
TLDR OF THE TECHNIQUE:
Wake up either naturally or to a touch-less alarm. If you must use a manual alarm, keep movement minimal as to not activate your brain too much.
Lie still with your eyes closed and keep a blank mind for 10-30 seconds
Do a reality check to see if you are lucid dreaming

Once you decide that you have it, you have it.
Not the 3D, not your friends and family saying against it.
None can validate absence of your true reality. Your own validation is required to change your reality.
You don't need subliminals, affirmations, or any techniques for that matter.
Persist in the new fact that you have it. Not because it is needed.
Persist like how you persist that you are breathing. Persist doesn't mean reminding yourself but knowing to the point you don't have to remind yourself. Persist in the new assumptions because they are your true reality but not to get your desires.
Persisting is not a technique but a state of mind.
Again, state of mind is not a technique, its simply having. You already have it, you don't have to be in a 'state of mind' to have your desires.
Spare no attention to 3D because Imagination is truly your reality.

If you’re looking to manifest even more people, I recommend trying the list method. Here's how it works:
Create a list of people you want to manifest. You can mix it up! It could be a dream partner, a friend, a business connection, someone you admire, or even a random person you think would be cool to meet. Get creative with it—make this list long if you want!
For each person, decide on a specific relationship or interaction you want to manifest. Do you want them to text you? Compliment you? Ask you out? Imagine it all.
Each day, focus on one or two names from the list. Visualize them reaching out to you or interacting with you in exactly the way you desire. Get into the feeling as if it’s already happening.
Once you’ve spent time imagining, let it go and trust that they’ll show up!
Now, for a challenge: Why not try manifesting 10 new people in 30 days? They could be anyone—SPs, new friends, mentors, or even random connections. Just make a list and go for it! The key is to have fun with it and not stress over the "how." Manifesting is all about enjoying the process and trusting your power!

Your current 3D is based on the old assumptions, beliefs and thoughts of your old self. Don't react to it because it's not true, you know what is true and it's that you have your manifestation now, you are living with it in your inner world, it's already done. If you put all your attention on what you don't want in your 3D, you are putting your energy on the same old patterns and everything will repeat again and again. That's why you don't have your manifestation yet or you can't manifest ! Everyone is manifesting, even though you are manifesting a miserable life, YOU ARE MANIFESTING IT ! It's YOU, you have the POWER to change and manifest your true desire or to repeat the same patterns. It's up to you and no one else. You have the power, you can change things, you can change your life, you can change your perspective, you can change your assumptions, you can change your reality !
To avoid it you can just turn your head and know that it didn't happen,it's not because you saw it that it is real ! Focus on your manifestation and KNOW that you already have it. That's all, and if it's complicated just take a deep breath, and do something that you want in the moment,maybe it's to read, scroll on social media, cook, take a walk, sleep....Anything just something that will make you happy, follow your happiness and you will not focus on your 3D.
if you have some doubt or something else just pick a technique that works for you and do it. Maybe it's imagining, affirming scripting... Just do that and know that you have the power to change your life and break old habits, it's only about you. Know that what you desire is already in your life, you don't search for signs in your 3D, leave your 3D it's just a reflection of your old assumptions. So if it doesn't match your energy or your desire, don't look up, just put your attention on your 4D, on what you consume, on what you live for, on what desire. PERSIST in this state of mind ! Keep persisting !
reminder that circumstances don't matter. i think this is the thing people have the hardest time understanding. i know how you feel though, if you've read any of my posts then you know i do.
but here's the thing; you CAN change your reality overnight. you can get things out of no where. you can get things without effort.
manifestation is not a process. things come into your hands instantly, the moment you decide it's yours, it's yours.
your manifestations can come from places you never even thought of. things can fall into place in ways you've never imagined. YOU don't need to worry about that. you have your desires, so why would you ever worry about "how it will arrive" ... it's already arrived. it's already here.
all you need to do, is choose what you want -> acknowledge it's yours -> persist in that knowledge. it's so simple; stop questioning.
What makes you think that you can't have it? Your so called unique circumstances? What makes you think that they won't change? Actually the question is what makes you think that if you can manifest these circumstances so perfectly then why not manifest exactly what you want?
Everything in your life, whether you know about the law of assumption or not, was made by you. It's like the law of gravity. The apple that falls from your hand is gonna drop to the ground no matter if you know about gravity or not. That's just how the law works. If you can imagine it you can have it. When you imagined not having/getting scared/being nervous about not having it you were just reaffirming that belief into your life. You were just assuming more on how this is the way things are and this is the way it would be. Things could be the way it is because how you were brought up or how things have always been. But knowing the law now, you can choose to change. You can choose to change your thoughts now and here. This is not a one time solution for certain things you want. This is your life. This is how you should be living.
Even if you quit because you just can't seem to manifest what you want, it just means you're accepting you can't have it because you don't have it at the moment right? So basically you're just manifesting perfectly on not having it. You get that right? It's alright if you don't want to but I wish you'd understand how easy it is -
You either have it or you don't. That's it. You can choose to understand that it's already done or you can choose to think that the circumstances are too bad and you can't have it. Either way you're exactly right. You're gonna have exactly what you say.
The law of assumption doesn't mean you get what you want. It means that you get what you think/assume you have. If you can understand this, there is nothing in this Universe that can stop you from getting everything you want.
You don’t have to earn it.
You don’t have to wait for it.
You don’t have to suffer first or “prove” yourself worthy.
You get to have it just because you decided it’s yours. not later. not when things “look better.”
RIGHT NOW.
Stop waiting for the 3D to give you permission to believe. you’re the one in charge here.
Every time you doubt, you’re just feeding the version of you that doesn’t have it and she’s tired. let her rest (forever).
The you who has everything? she’s not questioning. she’s not doubting. she’s chilling.
Because she knows.she has it
So choose her.
Choose the reality where it’s already done.
Because it is.
