♧How I Induced the void through SATS
And i know, I've wanted to and said that i'll induce the void through lucid dreaming, but here's the thing. Sats is actually so easy and effortless to do, lucid dreaming feels like a chore now (to me). And the thing is, I, ironically took break from tumblr and void because void state was starting to be viewed "too hard" (💀) to get into, literally induced it unintentionally through sats, it was THAT easy. Let's get right into it, I'm gonna start from the very basics, so you can know how sats works and how to actually utilise it :)
It's a deeply relaxed state, a state where you're groggy and drowsy. Like, yk before going to sleep, you hit this one point where you're half dreaming, half awake ish? like you can't (or don't want to) open your eyes, and you're just halfway through drifting off to sleep. That's exactly it! Your subconscious mind is HIGHLY suggestive to literally anything you tell it in this state. You access right before sleeping and right after waking up, and if you use it carefully you could really benefit from it :)
I actually did not realise relaxing was subjective to everyone until this experience. Let me tell you what happened.
It was a normal day. Like I mentioned above, I had taken a break from tumblr so I just scrolled through youtube. I was tired that day and wanted to sleep, but yk me and my phone addiction lol. So long story short, I saw some video about a beach, and then I just decided to go on pinterest, look at some comforting dark stormy beaches (💙) and some more peaceful shit and just imagined scenarios that RELAXED me. I like visualization and I'm good at it so imagining the scenarios was extremely peaceful. Basically I just looked at them pictures and just imagined sitting or laying there peaceful and relaxed, and other stuff.
Then i re-downloaded tumblr because I couldn't resist, and the first thing I saw was bunch of void success stories from a tumblr blog. They motivated me a lot and improved my mindset towards void, one of them being like "I was tired, so I affirmed, relaxed, felt a sucking feeling and entered", which to me was crazy because I was already tired and relaxed. So I laid down, relaxed, and almost immediately got into the SATS because of how relaxed and tired I was. Then in the sats I started to affirm for the void. And guess what? I felt a sucking feeling, something pulling me in, and then it was total black. I couldn't feel, hear or see a thing. I didn't affirm anything because of how peaceful it felt and forgot I had to do that (😭). When I woke up it motivated me a lot because I just realised how EASY it was and that I proved myself wrong.
Now, how is relaxing subjective? because to me, relaxing was like blindly following a guided meditation. Almost every blog i saw told me to meditate to relax (NO HATE TO ANYONE!!), and I thought meditation was just meditating to some guided meditation on youtube or the typical high frequency breathe in breathe out shit, which made me alien to the idea of meditating, because for me honestly following some youtube video on how to relax just didn't sit with me, because I wasn't even "relaxing". After the experience I realised what relaxing or meditating actually is. It's about discovering your own peace. It doesn't matter what it is.
(p.s. from the same concept I Induced the alpha state, lmk if you want a post on that. And no I did not count from 13 to 1 then 12 to 1, or even count at all).
and that was literally it. Imagining some peaceful scenarios, lying down, immediately getting inside sats and affirming, then inducing. I even entered 1-2 times after in two consecutive nights which boosted my confidence. Guys, it really is that easy.
DON'T KEEP YOURSELF STUCK 'WAITING' FOR YOUR MANIFESTATION
Some of the mistakes people don't notice they are making when manifesting include:
1. Checking the 3D without realising. (The 3D doesn't matter at all, why are you checking?)
2. Acknowledging the time it has taken. (Time is just a circumstance and an illusion. Why are you worrying?)
3. Constantly asking different coaches and people why it's not here yet. (By asking this, you're just affirming you don't have it yet!)
4. Letting other people's success make you feel unsuccessful. (If you had your desire, you'd be happy for everyone else for getting theirs too, because you are ONE of the success stories as well.)
5. Constantly researching the law of assumption, overthinking, asking question after question, watching a bunch of videos, and reading everything you can ALL THE TIME! (Sis, you should be using your time actually APPLYING THE WORK and TESTING IT OUT!)
6. Giving external things power over you getting your manifestation. (Don't block yourself. Nothing will stop you or make it harder for you unless you decide it will.)
7. Looking for signs that it's coming. (The only sign that you need is YOU TELLING YOURSELF THAT IT IS HERE, NO MATTER WHAT YOU SEE!)
It's already done.
Simple.
You just have to think like you would if you already had your manifestation - consistently -and it will come.
If you are doing any of the above things, you need to know that I understand why you are doing it, and I get that you're losing patience and you want some reassurance that you are on the right track, BUT AGAIN, the only person who can tell you 100% that you are on the right track is YOU! Why? Because YOU are the God of your reality and what YOU believe is what is true, therefore, if YOU say it's working, then it IS. If you say it isn't here yet, then you're right, it isn't here yet. You don't need anything external from you to confirm that it is coming.
The above list is filled with habits that people get into without realising, and these things unfortunately can actually make your manifestation take LONGER to come. How? When you are 'doing everything right', (affirming/visualising & keeping a mental diet), but THEN you go and check the time and notice it's been X amount of days/weeks/months, or you go and complain to someone and desperately ask 'Why isn't it here yet? What am I doing wrong?' you are CONTRADICTING all the good work you have been doing, and you are essentially reaffirming that it isn't here yet, thus manifesting MORE of not having it yet and WAITING FOR IT TO COME!
You need to be completely living in your imagination! For real, you need to live in your dreamland in your head where you have your desire and perfect life. Do what you need to do in the 3D to get by and live your life, HOWEVER, don't give it ANY power. Your 3D is irrelevant when you are manifesting something new, because it is going to only reflect old thoughts and the old story until you have persisted enough that your old thoughts have run their course in your 3D and your new story completely shows up and manifests.
Additionally, yes, it is important to know what you're doing, and it can be encouraging and motivational to watch videos and read blogs about the law of assumption, HOWEVER, stop using ALL your time doing these things, when you could just use your time to actually DO THE WORK TO GET YOUR MANIFESTATION! Constantly learning about the law isn't going to manifest your desire, THINKING AS IF YOU HAVE YOUR DESIRE DOMINANTLY and VISUALISING and KEEPING A MENTAL DIET is what is going to get you your manifestation.
Once you know how the law works, that's all you need. You know what you need to know, so go DO it!
You don't need signs, you don't need anything in the 3D to show you your progress, you don't need to worry that some circumstance will slow you down or make it harder for you to get your desire, you don't need to worry about time, you don't need to compare yourself to anyone else, you don't need to ask a million coaches. If you are thinking as if and living in the end, and most importantly, PERSISTING, then you ARE doing it right and IT IS COMING, FOR SURE! But if you are constantly checking the 3D and breaking out of your mental diet to complain about the time and that it isn't here yet, you are keeping yourself stuck in 'waiting' for your manifestation and are only manifesting more of being in the state of 'waiting' for it.
Instead, just live in the state of HAVING it!
If you have something, you aren't going to sit around thinking 'why isn't it here yet?'
If you have plans with your friend and they are coming over, once they actually come over to your house and are sitting with you, are you going to think or ask 'why aren't they here yet?' No! Because they ARE already here!
Living in the end and thinking as if is literally just thinking what you would be thinking if the desire was already here! SIMPLE!
No more waiting, we ain't doing that anymore. We don't wait on this blog, we HAVE! We ARE! We ALREADY HAVE OUR SHIT! We are ALL ALREADY SUCCESS STORIES!
Once you decide that you want something, it's automatically yours, you just need to get it out of your head that there could be any possible circumstance that could stand in your way, because CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T MATTER. JUST STEP INTO YOUR POWER! STEP INTO THE VERSION OF YOURSELF WHO ALREADY HAS YOUR DESIRE, AND IT WILL BE YOURS IN THE 3D!
Don't get yourself stuck in wondering why it isn't here yet and asking if you're doing something wrong. The only thing you're doing wrong is thinking (affirming) that you're doing it wrong.
Do you know why you’re ugly ass circumstances don’t matter? Because your thoughts created them in first place! So if you created them, guess what babes? You can uncreate it into your absolute ideal circumstance.
Spiritual law cannot be broken. It is always working. Your thoughts are always manifesting. So as long as you are affirming and persisting in what you desire, your circumstances have no choice but to change into a desirable circumstances.
It doesn’t matter how bad you think your circumstances are, they have nothing over you and your limitless power. It doesn’t matter if it takes one hundred or one million people to shift their actions in order to make you get what you desire. Your circumstances will change. As long as you are persisting in what you want, everything else that doesn’t align will be eliminated. Anything between you and your manifestations will be eliminated.

The senses shift last

Focus on your internal experience. That is what matters. That is what shifts. Think as your DR self and no one else. If you enter the mental state of your DR self you will enter the physical state of your DRself.
It's ok if you don't feel it yet, it's ok if you hear a sound from your CR, it's ok if you can feel your old bedroom still. It's OK.
Shifting is not a physical process. Your physical body is not what's shifting between realities your awareness is. Your sight, hearing, taste, feeling, etc, are all a part of your physical body.
What the nerves in your body are experiencing doesn't matter because you are not the nerves, you are not the body, you are the awareness. Your body isn't trying to shift, your mind is.
You are trying to become aware of another reality and therefore what you are experiencing in this one is irrelevant. It doesn't matter what this body experiences it matters what your awareness is experiencing.
Shifting is internal focus on shifting internally.

If you still don't get it think of it this way:
If you are sitting down and thinking to yourself about everything see, hear, feel, smell, or taste from your CR, then you are LITERALLY applying the 5 senses method to your CR.
If your method is mainly affirming, so repeating to yourself that you're there, WHAT do you think is happening when you keep telling yourself you're not there? Everything you say is an affirmation. It's not that methods aren't working it's that you are literally applying them in reverse.
It doesn't matter what your senses are telling you because you will shift before they do. It doesn't mean anything unless you tell yourself that it does.
If your senses do not match your mental state stay in the mental state until they do. Do not compromise with shit you don't want.
STAY in the mind of your DRself. That's your only job. Continue to think as if you're there. Continue to think about your life in your DR, continue to occupy the mind of your DRself.
This is what so many people get stuck on. I don't expect you to magically stop experiencing it, it is ok that you felt it. All you have to do is continue to think as if you are in your DR anyway.
Your subconscious will believe what you tell it over what your body is experiencing. Your only goal is to keep telling it that you're in your DR.
Yes you might have heard a loud noise and yes you know it's not from your DR. That doesn't matter. The goal is not to magically un-hear it but to avoid returning to the mental state of your CR self.
It is ok if you can't make yourself believe you're there, you just have to think to yourself as if you are. Think as DR you and no one else.
Essentially, you shift mentally before you feel it physically. Before you experience your desired reality externally you experience it internally.

Let me tell you just one thing. You have it now. I know you've heard that countless times but it's true. You don't have to force anything, it is true that you have it now. Accept it. Stop being obsessed and putting your desires on a pedestal. Detach from them, know in your mind that you have it and see them run to you without even lifting a single finger.
Don't bother searching for it in the 3d. It's just a mirror. Be the main character who is resolute, unwavering and resilient in believing that they will have their happy ending. Anything that opposes your desires being facts is just a hater. Think of it that way. Please just tell yourself gently that you have it regardless of everything. Be okay and just do your best to follow your happiness in the 3d. Just change self and silently and confidently know you have it in your mind and it's already done no matter what you see. Have faith in yourself and your desires, they're meant for you. You don't have to force things to manifest. Detach from the outcome and just be the person who has it without looking at outside validation. You don't need to do anything, you have it now. Just accept it. Don't do anything and just feel relief that you have it now.
Release control and know you have it the moment you want it. There's nothing to worry about, you just need to naturally feel how you would feel if you have it now. The basics of the law is once you assume you have it, it's done. Don't let yourself be swept up by the past. It's okay, everything will be fine. You have it now.
never wait or forget to assume u are ALREADY the desired version of urself in the NOW. dont think/assume: "ill buy this AFTER i manifest $1000" or "they would be crushing on me WHEN i get my glow up".
there is only the present and your job is to always claim your desire as done in the NOW.
DO NOT think/visualize from (embody/assume) the state of “waiting” for it!
DO NOT identify w the version of you who is not already experiencing it!
when you think about a desire, immediately see the world/think as the one who has it already. if not, (if you immediately think of it as the person who is waiting for it), dont stress, just shift into the state/embody the one who has it NOW. you manifest who you choose to be so thoughts never matter because they are part of the 3d, therefore they are always neutral. there is only the present so if you thought “im waiting until i get my sp to do this” 5 seconds ago, it doesnt matter because your job is to be the one who has it NOW. if you think about that thought you had 5 seconds ago, you are thinking about it in the NOW. there is only the NOW/the PRESENT. focus on getting into the state of having it already in the present moment. dont focus on what you thought of / assumed in the “past” because it has no effect on you unless you assume it does.
YOU DESIRE YOUR IDEAL BODY (as an example)
you go to the store and assume “when i get my ideal body, i will fit in all these clothes”
you stop and realize that by accepting / identifying with this assumption, you are voluntary being in the state of not having your ideal body yet and therefore, waiting for it.
since youre educated on the law now, you know that your job is to assume/know its done now! so you decide not to accept that previous assumption that implied youre waiting. you instead decide to shift into the mindset of person who already has their desired body.
what would they think? what would they do? how would they act? how would people treat them? how would they see the world? BE that person in IMAGINATION. visualize, affirm, do inner convos, use whatever technique you want to experience it in imagination. do it to satisfy yourself without worrying about the 3d. remove the 3d from the equation and focus on feeling good as you experience having your desire.
you imagine doing exactly what you wanted: buying pretty clothes from the store because you already have your desired body; feeling confident and free in your body and having fun trying out clothes and paying for them. once you are satisfied from imagining yourself confidently buying your perfect clothes to match your perfect body, you walk out of the store satisfied because you know you already have your desired body since you just experienced it and fulfilled yourself.
you didnt need to buy clothes in the 3d, you didnt need to physically walk in the store with confidence. you dont need to take any action in the 3d. you just need to know its done and fulfilled in imagination. once you are fulfilled, you will notice that nothing in the 3d matters because you really do feel that its done.
later on, you continue to embody the version of you who has that desired body. you imagine walking in school with those pretty clothes on your perfect body while your friends compliment you; this makes you feel confident in your body. you continue to be satisfied with this feeling, with this knowing.
make it yours instantly. assume it done NOW! manifestation is not a process, its a choice. you always choose to BE some version of you in the now. if you are waiting, its simply because you are being the version of you who is waiting. notice how you are always BEING a version of you? so assume it NOW, not in the future. there is no time like the PRESENT.

The 3D Isn't Proof. ︶⊹︶ ︶୨୧︶ ︶⊹︶
Your subconscious doesn’t have five senses. It can’t see, hear, touch, taste, etc.—it only knows what you tell it. So, even after a “failed” shifting attempt, tell yourself—and your subconscious—one thing: “I shifted just now,” or “I just got back from a shift, and it was so easy.” According to the 3D, you didn’t shift—but that doesn’t matter. Like I said before, your subconscious doesn’t know that. It can’t perceive anything physical it only knows what you choose to tell it.
When you’re looking at the 3D for proof of whether or not you’ve shifted, you’ve already failed. The 3D doesn’t dictate reality—your subconscious does.

start to learn a language that you've always wanted to speak
take more photos and videos
watch movies, documentaries, shows, read, write, etc etc..
practice your makeup skills and try different styles

start a blog (or just read mine hehe <3)
write essays on whatever interests you at the moment
make new playlists and update old ones
workout, stretch, go for walks
allow yourself to be bored sometimes; you don't have to constantly be doing things
talk to yourself with love and kindness
go thrifting and update your wardrobe
try new coffee shops and find your favourite one
embody the energy that you'd like to attract
dress up every day, you don't need a special occasion to wear your favourite outfits
decorate and rearrange your room until it feels like you
journal and write about your day, dreams, and ideas
manifest and visualise
reach out to your friends more often
visit more museums and art galleries
talk to the moon

Once you decide that you have it, you have it.
Not the 3D, not your friends and family saying against it.
None can validate absence of your true reality. Your own validation is required to change your reality.
You don't need subliminals, affirmations, or any techniques for that matter.
Persist in the new fact that you have it. Not because it is needed.
Persist like how you persist that you are breathing. Persist doesn't mean reminding yourself but knowing to the point you don't have to remind yourself. Persist in the new assumptions because they are your true reality but not to get your desires.
Persisting is not a technique but a state of mind.
Again, state of mind is not a technique, its simply having. You already have it, you don't have to be in a 'state of mind' to have your desires.
Spare no attention to 3D because Imagination is truly your reality.
