03/26/24 Today i was not able to complete my work out because of a 15 day detox im doing 🙄💩. Which means…next workout i have to finish what i didn’t get to do on this one!

03/12/24 had some leg workouts, going to start working harder on chest!
03/08/24 had a fast but great workout! Cant wait for tomorrow’s gym session! Going to volunteer at a homeless shelter before i hit the gym because is always an amazing feeling to be able to help or give back to the community!

03/01/2024 So glad to be back at it! I have to weeks to hit the gym with all I’ve got before my vacation! I started getting stench marks by my chest and arms which I think is results of gained muscle but not sure cuz i dont see much pomp 🤷🏽♂️😂 hopefully! 💪🏽
