03/01/2024 So glad to be back at it! I have to weeks to hit the gym with all I’ve got before my vacation! I started getting stench marks by my chest and arms which I think is results of gained muscle but not sure cuz i dont see much pomp 🤷🏽‍♂️😂 hopefully! 💪🏽

10/11/2024 woke up shitty (feeling like starting a cold) but pushed myself to hit the gym this morning, hoping i sweat out every before the long weekend!
