Shut Your Brain Up When It Won’t Stop Screaming “BUT HOW??”
Alright, listen up. If your brain is acting like an annoying little know-it-all, constantly throwing logic at you when you’re manifesting, it’s time to put it in its place. You didn’t sign up for a debate club—you signed up to get what the hell you want.
Your logical mind? It’s a product of conditioning, fear, and societal programming that taught you to “be realistic” and “follow the rules.” But guess what? The rules don’t apply to you anymore. You’re in a whole different league now.
Recognize That Your Brain is Just a Parrot, Not a God
Your brain doesn’t actually KNOW anything. It just repeats what it’s been fed. So when it’s throwing “BUT HOW???” at you, it’s just parroting all the limiting beliefs society, school, and your overcautious family shoved into it. That’s not wisdom, that’s just noise.
Think about it—when you order food online, do you sit there panicking, wondering how the app will physically get the food to you? Do you question whether the delivery guy exists? No. You just trust it’s coming. So why the fuck would your manifestation be any different?
Talk to Your Brain Like a five year old
When your mind starts running its mouth, treat it like a kid throwing a tantrum in a grocery store. Stay unbothered. You don’t negotiate, you don’t explain yourself—you just shut it down.
Brain: "But how can this even happen? It doesn't make sense!"
You: "Oh, that’s cute. Shut up."
Brain: "But what if it doesn’t work?"
You: "What if it does? Now sit down."
Stop feeding your doubts like a stray cat. The more attention you give them, the more they keep coming back.
Make the Universe Your Problem-Solver
Your job is not to figure out the “how.” Your job is to decide what you want and assume it’s yours. The universe is the one with the infinite intelligence, quantum physics, and divine connections to make it happen. So why the hell are you trying to micromanage it?
If you placed an order at a five-star restaurant, would you go into the kitchen and start yelling at the chef, demanding to know how they’re going to cook your meal? No. You’d sit your pretty little self down and wait for your food to arrive. That’s the energy you need to have with your manifestations.
Brainwash Yourself, But in a smart Way
Your brain has been programmed to doubt, so now you’re gonna reprogram it to believe. Every time doubt creeps in, flood your mind with affirmations, subliminals, and reminders of your power.
“Everything I desire is already mine.” “The how is not my business.” “My manifestations are inevitable.” “Shut up, brain, we’re getting rich.”
Listen to people who GET IT, not those who are stuck in the cycle of disbelief. Watch success stories, read about people who manifested insane things, and let that be your new reality.
Keep Manifesting Like a Delusional CEO
You think billionaires sit around questioning if their next million is gonna come? No. They assume it’s already theirs. You think people in love question whether their person loves them back? No. They just know.
Be that level of delusional. Assume it’s already done. Because once you stop letting your logical brain run the show, you’ll realize that your manifestations were never the problem—your doubt was.
And babe? That doubt is officially evicted. Now go manifest your dream life and tell your brain to sit the hell down, cause delulu is solulu?

your SUBCONSCIOUS DOESN’T CARE if it’s a “positive” belief or a “limiting” one. it just stores what’s repeated, what’s emotional, what feels like truth.
so when you keep repeating that story of lack, unworthiness, or struggle, guess what your 3D is gonna do? mirror it right back. not because it’s punishing you, but because it literally thinks that’s what you want to be true.
BUT GUESS WHAT? 🤭
you just have to stop defending them like they’re relevant.
because they’re not anymore. why are you spending your time and energy fighting for a story that you don’t want? you can’t step into your new reality if you’re still gripping onto the old one like it’s still your identity.
let the limiting beliefs go. drop the old story. and you don’t necessarily need some big rebuttal or a whole healing arc to justify having the life you want.
you just have to choose again.
start affirming from the version of you who already got what they came for.

How To Finally Shift If You’ve Been Trying For 2+ Years
⚠️ Little warning before we begin: don’t get scared off! I might sound a little negative at first, but that’s not the point of this post. My goal is for you to reach the end of this and think “Oh, I’m definitely going to shift to my DR now!”
Having said that:
If you’ve been on your shifting journey for two or more years, doing methods, reprogramming your mind, consuming advice, maintaining a mental diet, manifesting, forcing assumptions, trying to create assumptions, etc, etc⏤and you still haven’t shifted your awareness to your DR, maybe it’s time to stop trying to make yourself shift.
Stop trying to shift.
Stop trying to trigger a shift.
Maybe the thing you need at this point in your journey is to stop trying to make yourself shift.
And I’ll explain why by asking you a question:
In these two, three, four, however many years of effort, don’t you think you would have shifted by now?
Think about it. You’ve oversaturated your mind with the intention to shift. You do all your methods correctly. You try to convince yourself that you're already in your DR. You feel symptoms. Sometimes you even "mini shift." And yet… you're still here. Doing the same things. Searching for advice that leads you right back to doing the same thing:
Trying to shift. Trying to trigger a shift. Trying to shift your awareness.
Trying.
Trying confidently.
Trying hopelessly.
Trying angrily.
…Trying.
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, triggering a shift, or successfully shifting with a method, it would have happened by now.
“But Clover, I still have a lot of soul-searching and work to do! I just need to put in more effort!”
Awesome! Then click away, because this advice isn’t for you. I’m not talking to you.
I’m talking to the person who is tired. Who is drained. Who, despite applying all the sage advice on the internet, is just burnt out from the process of shifting.
And if that sounds like you, let me repeat: Maybe you need to stop actively trying to shift.
Your work is done. And that’s a good thing.
You’ve spent years ingraining the idea of shifting into your subconscious. You’ve impressed the intention to shift so deeply that it’s already there. Congratulations! You did all the mental work. It’s done.
Your DR is already yours. You already have the ability to shift.
So stop trying to trigger it. Stop trying to make yourself shift.
Let go of the “making yourself shift” process.
“Oh my god, she’s going to tell me to take a break.”
LMAO you thought.
Yes, breaks are excellent. They help reset and recharge your mindset. I always encourage taking breaks if you need them. But let’s be honest. Sometimes, even the thought of taking a break feels just as mentally exhausting as staying on your shifting journey.
“Oh no, she’s going to tell me to do nothing at all.”
Once again, you thought.
Instead, you’re going to capitalize on the fact that you’ve already done all this work. The intention to shift is always, always, always in your mind. Your subconscious knows you want to shift. Just like it knows how to shift your awareness.
So, the next time you lay down to do your shifting process...
Instead of trying to shift…
Instead of trying to induce a shift, induce the void, or force an outcome…
Give yourself exactly what you want.
Give yourself the feeling of being in your DR.
Drop the conscious, active intention to shift because your subconscious already has it covered. You don’t need to keep hammering it in. Instead, focus on inducing the emotions you would feel if you were in your DR.
Imagine waking up in your DR. Imagine being there. Imagine spending time with your DR friends, your S/O, whatever makes you happiest. Personally, I lean toward wake-up scenarios. You can listen to music, meditate, visualize, even do a shifting method if you enjoy it—but instead of doing it with the intention to shift, you’re doing it just to give your body and mind the feeling of being there. The happiness, the calm, the excitement, whatever it is for you.
This does not mean you’re lying there thinking, “Okay, this is going to make me shift.”
No. No, no, no, no, no.
Drop the idea of shifting entirely. That process is done.
And I’ll say it one more time:
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, making yourself shift, or triggering a shift, it would have happened already.
So let it go. Drop it.
Induce the emotions of being in your DR, and then let go. Once you do that, go to sleep. Or go about your day. That’s it.
Because feeling is the language of the subconscious.
Think about it: The moments in your life that shaped you the most weren’t just things you thought. They were things you felt deeply. Joy, fear, excitement, grief. Emotions imprint on the subconscious. That’s why certain smells, songs, or places instantly bring back vivid memories. Because your subconscious records experiences based on emotions, not logic.
So when you stop trying to shift and instead just focus on feeling like you’re in your DR, your subconscious responds by aligning your awareness to match that emotional state.
Because to the subconscious, there’s no difference between imagination and reality. When you visualize something vividly enough, your brain fires the same neurons as if you were actually experiencing it. Athletes use this trick to enhance performance. Musicians use it to refine their skills. And guess what? It works for shifting too.
When you let go of the effort and just immerse yourself in the emotions of already being there, you bypass the resistance that trying creates.
And that’s when the shift happens.
It happens because you stopped forcing it.
It happens because your subconscious already knows how to shift, you just needed to get out of its way.
So, again, drop the struggle. Drop the effort. Stop trying to shift.
The more precise or perfect you want the shift to be, the more pressure you put on yourself. Your brain rebels against that because rigid control drains energy.
Remember this:
When you feel something strongly but aren’t clinging to the result, your subconscious has room to act. This is why sometimes, when you care less or focus on something in a passing, emotional way, it manifests easily.
This is why people can give up on shifting entirely and shift. This is why people let go of the need to shift and shift. This is why you shift without meaning to.
You: “No, I can’t do this! I need to keep trying to shift or else my subconscious will think I don’t want to shift anymore!”

hey guess what. no one deserves to shift. not you, not me, not anyone. no one deserves it.
because it's not something that you can deserve in the first place!!! it's just a thing that you can do. it's a neutral thing. there's no built-in morality system connected with shifting. you don't need to worry about being a good enough person, you don't need to worry about the things you hate about yourself, you don't need to feel like you're worthy of living your dream life because shifting doesn't require you to deserve it!
to say that you "don't deserve to shift" is like saying you don't deserve to experience emotions, you don't deserve to process food in your digestive system, you don't deserve to have fingernails, you don't deserve to have synapse connections, you don't deserve to experience consciousness, etcetera
these are all morally neutral things and so is shifting
and i'm not saying this to demotivate anyone, let me make that very clear, i'm sure you do deserve to shift, but like even if you didn't then that wouldn't stop you from being able to. some people on this planet don't deserve to breathe and yet here they are clogging our air with the co2 they exhale, because breath itself doesn't have any morality!! and neither does shifting!!

All we have to do to manifest ANYTHING is assume we already have it… 💀 like it’s crazy we can have anything on this earth and all we have to do is assume it’s already ours and then we get it physically💀💀…. But people still want to ask “but how do I manifest this thing” “or tht thing” or complain about their circumstances… or ask how many times a day to meditate or what subs to listen to or how to do sats or how to script or what affirmations they need to use 💀 Its so silly when you realize it’s just us placing self imposed limitations on ourselves… I think some people cling to methods because they don’t want to believe it can be THAT easy to have their desires. They treat methods as work and a task so that they can have their desires… like sorry not sorry but you don’t need the method, you can just have your desires. Yes you can have that million dollars, that dream apartment, that desired appearance, that SP that hasn’t texted you in fifteen years, that dream life, that fame and EVERYTHING else you may want or have been wanting for ages by just ASSUMING you already have it. Yes it is that easy!!! Why wouldn’t you want it to be easy? Why make it hard for yourself! Anyway. Thank you for running such a good page and keeping the law simple.

OLIVER STARK as EVAN ‘BUCK’ BUCKLEY 9-1-1 - S08 E11 · Holy Mother of God
I haven’t liked Eddie for a long time, I will admit that, but this has taken things to a whole new level of hatred for that character. The friendship and supposed brotherly relationship between Buck and Eddie has always been somewhat one-sided but this episode has escalated how toxic Eddie is towards Buck and I am well and truly done with his character.
He yet again has been invalidating Bucks feelings, but given that he is grieving someone who was like a dad to him and he was one of the last 2 people to see him alive, telling him he is making it all about him is particularly cruel. And considering Eddie’s complaint that Buck didn’t take a moment out of his shock and immense grief to ask about how it’s affecting him, how dare he claim that Buck always things about himself, talk about projection. Of course he is allowed to be grieving in whatever way works for him, how dare Eddie try to use Bucks grief and the way he’s been grieving as a weapon against him. Then to also have backed Buck into a corner with a very aggressive stance and go to hit him… fuck that. With friends like Eddie who the hell needs enemies. And as if that isn’t bad enough instead of apologising for his actions he gets in Chris and Pepa to basically sweep it under the carpet, that is so fucking emotionally manipulative.
I guess I shouldn’t have been so surprised that Eddie has now gotten to the point he is willing to get physically violent towards Buck after how toxic he has been in the past. He has never had any development as a character and at this point, I think it’s clear he won’t ever have any character development so they might as well bin the character after this season ends and we can have someone new to watch each week, also an added bonus if the new person can actually act. Constantly having what are supposed to be emotional scenes be kind of shit because Ryan Guzman always just looks constipated instead of whatever emotion he is supposed to be doing got boring many seasons ago.
But aside from how bad Eddie has gotten, the thing that really bothers me is Ryan/Eddie Stans still defending this kind of behaviour, and some even portraying this toxic, manipulative and outright abusive behaviour as some kind of romantic thing. Please fuck off with that. There is nothing romantic about their relationship to start with, Eddie is canonically straight and that means he will never be in a relationship with any man let alone Buck. And even if that character had been either gay or bi, Buck would deserve so much better than that. But still buddies are determined to defend everything that Eddie does, but if you replace Buck with any of Eddies previous girlfriends would they still support it or do they really just support all abusive behaviour in general regardless of who the victim is.
Let’s go through some of Eddies previous toxic behaviour in no particular order (and I may have missed some);
Sleeping with his wife, but keeping her away from being allowed to see their son unless she just follows along with what he wants (which most of the time was just sex)
Joining an underground fight club and nearly killing a guy
Beats up some random bloke in a car par over a parking spot
Instead of going to see a therapist about his struggles he smashes up a room despite his son being in the house and how that would scare him (and then getting Buck to patch up the mess he made)
At the store during the lawsuit, Eddie again minimises and invalidates Bucks valid and appropriate feelings about being held back from work. And he does it in a way so deliberately humiliating for Buck. (One of his reasons being not having buck be able to see Chris, which let’s face it that’s all Buck has ever been to him, free and convenient childcare. And ironically, it’s him using Bucks struggles to make things about himself)
Throwing Bobbies past with the fire that killed his first family as well as so many other people against him as a weapon instead of accepting that bobby was just wanting to wait to make sure he was ready to come back to work.
Fucked a woman who was basically a clone of his dead wife without even stopping to think how that could traumatise Chris.
Treating his girlfriends as free and easy childcare solutions rather than respecting them beyond how they can be useful to him (particularly Ana)
Buddies like to pretend that Tommy is some evil abusive person and that Eddie would be a better partner for him, even though he is a straight man and he and buck will never be together in that way. But unlike Eddie, Tommy has never treated Buck like this. Instead let’s look at how Tommy treats Buck
Let’s Buck take the lead so as not to pressure him, especially in the very beginning of their relationship.
Takes care of him even if that means sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa all night just in case Buck needed something when he was injured.
He always shows up for buck, even if he’s on call or just finished a long shift.
The morning after they hooked up again, he took the time to go and get Buck some groceries and make him breakfast as a loving gesture, and at this point I am convinced that acts of service are Tommy’s love language.
If Tommy treated Buck the way Eddie has always treated him, they would suddenly see it for what it really is, but because it’s Eddie that is Toxic, Manipulative and abusive they gloss over it. In reality Tommy is everything they wish Eddie is but isn’t and that’s why there is so much forced hatred of Tommy.
Ideally this should be the point where Buck should realise that Eddie is never going to change and become a better person or a good friend. He needs to cut Eddie loose, Friends don’t treat people the way Eddie treats people and he absolutely deserves better friends, and it’s honestly long over due for Buck to stand up for himself and say enough is enough regarding the way Eddie treats him and other people around him.
Like I said earlier in the post, with “friends” like Eddie who the hell needs enemies.
