Yes you can have that million dollars, that dream apartment, that desired appearance, that SP that hasnโt texted you in fifteen years, that dream life, that fame and EVERYTHING else you may want or have been wanting for ages by just ASSUMING you already have it. hey guess what. no one deserves to shift. not you, not me, not anyone. no one deserves it.
because it's not something that you can deserve in the first place!!! it's just a thing that you can do. it's a neutral thing. there's no built-in morality system connected with shifting. you don't need to worry about being a good enough person, you don't need to worry about the things you hate about yourself, you don't need to feel like you're worthy of living your dream life because shifting doesn't require you to deserve it!
to say that you "don't deserve to shift" is like saying you don't deserve to experience emotions, you don't deserve to process food in your digestive system, you don't deserve to have fingernails, you don't deserve to have synapse connections, you don't deserve to experience consciousness, etcetera
these are all morally neutral things and so is shifting
and i'm not saying this to demotivate anyone, let me make that very clear, i'm sure you do deserve to shift, but like even if you didn't then that wouldn't stop you from being able to. some people on this planet don't deserve to breathe and yet here they are clogging our air with the co2 they exhale, because breath itself doesn't have any morality!! and neither does shifting!!

iโm not sure if this is a widely applicable question but how to deal with canon plot causing intense hurt when youโve revised it in your dr but you watch and indulge in the media in cr ?? and do you think this could be from your soul missing your dr in a way?
Remember that every feeling you experience here is your current reality self's experience. That self is the one aware of the canon material and how it differs from the desired reality you chose to experience. Your cr self (not your awareness) is the one going through those feelings of hurt and yearning because that's all they know of their Dr. They don't get to experience it, they only fantasise about it (pre shifting) or remember it (post shifting)
What I suggest is either stop consuming canon content if it upsets you so much, or treat it as a parody of your dr. Something that's widely inaccurate but still entertaining.
As for the soul thing, do we have multiple souls across infinite realities? Or is it like our awareness, one that shifts based on our perception of our 3d?
Maybe one day I'll figure that out, but until then, take it easy on yourself and happy shifting โค๏ธ
How To Finally Shift If Youโve Been Trying For 2+ Years
โ ๏ธ Little warning before we begin: donโt get scared off! I might sound a little negative at first, but thatโs not the point of this post. My goal is for you to reach the end of this and think โOh, Iโm definitely going to shift to my DR now!โ
Having said that:
If youโve been on your shifting journey for two or more years, doing methods, reprogramming your mind, consuming advice, maintaining a mental diet, manifesting, forcing assumptions, trying to create assumptions, etc, etcโคand you still havenโt shifted your awareness to your DR, maybe itโs time to stop trying to make yourself shift.
Stop trying to shift.
Stop trying to trigger a shift.
Maybe the thing you need at this point in your journey is to stop trying to make yourself shift.
And Iโll explain why by asking you a question:
In these two, three, four, however many years of effort, donโt you think you would have shifted by now?
Think about it. Youโve oversaturated your mind with the intention to shift. You do all your methods correctly. You try to convince yourself that you're already in your DR. You feel symptoms. Sometimes you even "mini shift." And yetโฆ you're still here. Doing the same things. Searching for advice that leads you right back to doing the same thing:
Trying to shift. Trying to trigger a shift. Trying to shift your awareness.
Trying.
Trying confidently.
Trying hopelessly.
Trying angrily.
โฆTrying.
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, triggering a shift, or successfully shifting with a method, it would have happened by now.
โBut Clover, I still have a lot of soul-searching and work to do! I just need to put in more effort!โ
Awesome! Then click away, because this advice isnโt for you. Iโm not talking to you.
Iโm talking to the person who is tired. Who is drained. Who, despite applying all the sage advice on the internet, is just burnt out from the process of shifting.
And if that sounds like you, let me repeat: Maybe you need to stop actively trying to shift.
Your work is done. And thatโs a good thing.
Youโve spent years ingraining the idea of shifting into your subconscious. Youโve impressed the intention to shift so deeply that itโs already there. Congratulations! You did all the mental work. Itโs done.
Your DR is already yours. You already have the ability to shift.
So stop trying to trigger it. Stop trying to make yourself shift.
Let go of the โmaking yourself shiftโ process.
โOh my god, sheโs going to tell me to take a break.โ
LMAO you thought.
Yes, breaks are excellent. They help reset and recharge your mindset. I always encourage taking breaks if you need them. But letโs be honest. Sometimes, even the thought of taking a break feels just as mentally exhausting as staying on your shifting journey.
โOh no, sheโs going to tell me to do nothing at all.โ
Once again, you thought.
Instead, youโre going to capitalize on the fact that youโve already done all this work. The intention to shift is always, always, always in your mind. Your subconscious knows you want to shift. Just like it knows how to shift your awareness.
So, the next time you lay down to do your shifting process...
Instead of trying to shiftโฆ
Instead of trying to induce a shift, induce the void, or force an outcomeโฆ
Give yourself exactly what you want.
Give yourself the feeling of being in your DR.
Drop the conscious, active intention to shift because your subconscious already has it covered. You donโt need to keep hammering it in. Instead, focus on inducing the emotions you would feel if you were in your DR.
Imagine waking up in your DR. Imagine being there. Imagine spending time with your DR friends, your S/O, whatever makes you happiest. Personally, I lean toward wake-up scenarios. You can listen to music, meditate, visualize, even do a shifting method if you enjoy itโbut instead of doing it with the intention to shift, youโre doing it just to give your body and mind the feeling of being there. The happiness, the calm, the excitement, whatever it is for you.
This does not mean youโre lying there thinking, โOkay, this is going to make me shift.โ
No. No, no, no, no, no.
Drop the idea of shifting entirely. That process is done.
And Iโll say it one more time:
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, making yourself shift, or triggering a shift, it would have happened already.
So let it go. Drop it.
Induce the emotions of being in your DR, and then let go. Once you do that, go to sleep. Or go about your day. Thatโs it.
Because feeling is the language of the subconscious.
Think about it: The moments in your life that shaped you the most werenโt just things you thought. They were things you felt deeply. Joy, fear, excitement, grief. Emotions imprint on the subconscious. Thatโs why certain smells, songs, or places instantly bring back vivid memories. Because your subconscious records experiences based on emotions, not logic.
So when you stop trying to shift and instead just focus on feeling like youโre in your DR, your subconscious responds by aligning your awareness to match that emotional state.
Because to the subconscious, thereโs no difference between imagination and reality. When you visualize something vividly enough, your brain fires the same neurons as if you were actually experiencing it. Athletes use this trick to enhance performance. Musicians use it to refine their skills. And guess what? It works for shifting too.
When you let go of the effort and just immerse yourself in the emotions of already being there, you bypass the resistance that trying creates.
And thatโs when the shift happens.
It happens because you stopped forcing it.
It happens because your subconscious already knows how to shift, you just needed to get out of its way.
So, again, drop the struggle. Drop the effort. Stop trying to shift.
The more precise or perfect you want the shift to be, the more pressure you put on yourself. Your brain rebels against that because rigid control drains energy.
Remember this:
When you feel something strongly but arenโt clinging to the result, your subconscious has room to act. This is why sometimes, when you care less or focus on something in a passing, emotional way, it manifests easily.
This is why people can give up on shifting entirely and shift. This is why people let go of the need to shift and shift. This is why you shift without meaning to.
You: โNo, I canโt do this! I need to keep trying to shift or else my subconscious will think I donโt want to shift anymore!โ

I discovered shifting when I was 19, and even though I still haven't shifted, I absolutely love it. From the moment I learned about it, I never doubted its existence. I'm the kind of person who has always believed in magic, even when others told me it wasnโt real.

I'm really shy.
I'm studying to become a writer or screenwriter (yes, I'm still in school).

I also used to have another Tumblr account, but I deleted it because of toxicity. My mental health is what matters most to me, and I'm not afraid to leave a platform when it becomes too much. That's one of the main reasons why I now only use Tumblr and Pinterest (and Instagram, though I only check it once a month).

hey how to point your subconscious into believing something that's clearly not in 3D ( for beginners)
Repetition repetition repetition
Your brain forms new pathways through repetition, memories are solidified by repetition, it's how you learn and how your beliefs are solidified.
Through all ways available to you repeat repeat repeat what you want it to know
Ways you can do this:
Affirmations (repeated internally or verbally)
Visualizations
Grounding in the idea that your desire is fact
Subliminal messages or affirmation tapes
Mediation
Your subconscious takes everything at face value. It believes everything you tell it. When you repeat something to it it will believe you.
Think of it as a glass of water. It starts out muddy and filled with old thoughts. When you fill it with fresh water the mud and grime will be pushed out of the top of the glass as it overflows. Eventually, the glass will be filled with only clean water.
How long will that take? That depends on how much mud (what your subconscious beliefs are and how dedicated you are to those beliefs) is in the glass and how much water you are using.
If you only do a drop a day the cup will eventually be cleared of the mud yes, but it will take much longer. If you continue to add mud (negative thoughts) it will overshadow what little water you add.
But if you use a power washer and blast the cup with more and more and more water, bam, it's clean.
We are creatures of habit
We think thousands of thoughts a day, most of them are thoughts we've thought before. That's why it's so uncomfortable to change a thought pattern, it's a habit.
How do you start a new habit? Repetition and consistency.

some of you guys need to realise there is a difference between your consciousness and your brain
your consciousness is you - your awareness, your essence - but your brain is just the physical organ processing experiences in each reality. when you shift, youโre moving your consciousness into a different version of yourself, one with a different brain shaped by different life experiences. that means some things wonโt feel exactly the same. your thought patterns, instincts, even personality might be different because they were formed by a different life. maybe a food you dislike here is your favorite there, or a skill you struggle with now comes naturally.
โwhen i first shift iโm gonna be so freaked out!โ well, no. the moment you shift, your consciousness seamlessly integrates into the brain of that reality, making it feel completely natural. It wonโt feel like some sudden, jarring experience; itโll just feel like youโve always been there, like a natural continuation of your life in that reality.
โiโm gonna be so awkward around my friends at firstโ nope. thereโs nothing to โget used toโ because your brain in that reality already knows them. their mannerisms, inside jokes, and history with you will feel completely natural - just like any other day speaking to your friends.
so lets cut out all of the โomg i met them and they realised something was offโ or โomg i almost had a panic attack when i first shifted i was so shockedโ because thatโs just not how it works. thereโs no dramatic reveal, no awkward adjustment period. youโre simply there, living as if you always have been.
I know we got this thing... You call me "Pops," and I give you a hard time for being a dumbass kid, we went to a Springsteen concert together. But this is not a family.
