Whenever you are put down or broken, just go and give yourself a tight-tight, loving hug...Don’t expect anyone else to do that for you...
Present is so boring. Past and future are interesting stories ;/
I feel very small. I don't understand. I have so much courage, fire, energy, for many things, yet I get so hurt, so wounded by small things.

“Learn to be alone, and to like it. There’s nothing more freeing and empowering than learning to like your own company.”
— Mandy Hale (via meineluft)

I feel like writing all the time! It helps lot..pouring out your feelings literally help a lot.carrying this baggage is extremely difficult, where you feel like a bone is stuck in your throat, neither you can gulp it down your throat, nor vomit it out to someone. But penning them down helps a lot. Also, it makes you realize a lot that was completely useless. So ya.. it really really helps!

Highly sensitive people are too often perceived as weaklings or damaged goods. To feel intensely is not a symptom of weakness, it is the trademark of the truly alive and compassionate. It is not the empath who is broken, it is society that has become dysfunctional and emotionally disabled. There is no shame in expressing your authentic feelings. Those who are at times described as being a 'hot mess' or having 'too many issues' are the very fabric of what keeps the dream alive for a more caring, humane world. Never be ashamed to let your tears shine a light in this world.
