I love Anne Niece. Girlie just started existing some hours ago but I absolutely love her. Her lore and her relationship with Aster, her design (she looks so cute omg), THE FACT THAT ASTER TRUSTED HER WITH CLEOPATRA, THEM GOING TO HER REHEARSALS I AM CRYING

Also her parents lore hit me like a sledgehammer to the face holy shit, Aster is not fucking around when it comes to his mom and his half-siblings (which is so cute and so sad, because even if they're not connected in these timelines he sees them as his siblings omg, dude really just wanted his family).

And the fact that she paved her way to fame??? As a ballerina??? To the point of getting her name known?? Which is something really hard to do?? Especially in a secluded town like Gravity Falls?? Holy shit this woman is STRONG and RESILIENT. I'm so curious about her and the snippet that you're writing!!! (But also take your time my friend!!)

AND MAMA??? BEING BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL ONCE AGAIN??? IN MY CELULAR DEVICE??? She looks so cool omg, I can't help but remember the Black Swan in her design (especially when you talked about the wings). The roses, the thorns, I can't help but think that she has a bit of the "uncanny valley effect" in all her forms (especially when you said she can walk while on pointe, ma'am your FEET–). I'm absolutely eating these designs and their stories, the way you wrap them around is amazing and I'm so curious for whatever else you are producing my friend :D 🩵

Today is my birthday (2nd April to my foreign followers) so I decided to treat myself with some additional Aster lore with some art as I promised @muchmallows @iluminated-goat !

Meet Anne Nieve Ramirez-Pines. She is the younger half-sister of Aster whom he has saved. Her name means 'graceful snow'.

In her timeline, Ford had kidnapped Stan to Gravity Falls and forced him to be his teen bride. But due to the mistreatment and neglect, she was supposed to be a stillborn. Aster saved the heavily pregnant Stan and killed off that Ford, but the stress triggered an early delivery, so she was born at the cost of her mother's life.

She was then left at the Ramirez household front door, who then raised her and Soos together as her own with the same amount of love in any universe. Possibly out of guilt, he watches her from afar, which then turn into secluded meetings where she lovingly calls him her 'Guardian Angel'.

She grew to be a professional ballerina dancer, paving her own pathway to opera stardom. And anytime she performs on stage, Aster and Cleopatra will be there among the audience watching her with a large bouquet of flowers.

Aster loves all of his half-siblings, but she was the one he is the closest to, so much that before he died, he entrusts her to care for his Cleopatra.

I am currently writing a snippet where she learns her true past after a scuffle with the Time Police, which she also meets Mama when she was unconscious.

Like I previously said, Mama changes her appearance depending on who is seeing her. So this is how Anne sees Mama in this AU.

She also has an alternate form where her ballerina outfit changes into a large ball gown, but the colours were reversed. I'll design it later when I have the time.

Also omg, Stan's fez symbol being broken D"": oh lord, really shows Aster's descent in his grief and the fall out of their family (completely comprehensible, poor boy). Stan was the only thing keeping them from killing eachother, now that he's gone?? There's no reason to play civil or house anymore, the only reason Aster even let that man into live in the house is gone, there's nothing worth fighting for in his universe anymore.

"They're still similars in different ways" AAAAAAAA EVEN IF HE HATES HIM HE'S STILL HIS FATHER'S SON. Omg the thought of having to accept that you and your piece of shit dad aren't that different. They both made deals, they both were willing to risk everything in order to gain (be it knowledge or vengeance, justice or "utopia", omfg both of them willing to lose their "humanity" if it meant for the "supposed better good". And Stan seeing them if he was alive MY GOD--). Also, Ford and Aster crying but both of them having different reasons??? Ford crying either for being possessed, regret, fear, or for Stan's death??? Aster grieving for his mother and father in one, the person who was always there for him, dying from a broken heart because of his father's ego. Thinking about him grieving for the father he never had - the same father who was their family's doomfall, I don't blame him one bit I would've crashed out too king.

I can't help but think, when he sees the other Stans and Fords, those who are happy and completely in love with eachother, with HIS counterparts in them, happy and secure, knowing that they're loved by their parents. Does he feel happy? Relieved? A bit envious because out of all these universes he was cursed to lose his family?? Does he think about his own Stan?? Does he think about the life his own Stan deserved and should have had?? Does he think about how Stan would've reacted/felt if he saw him now?? Does he think about how his mother would recognize him as his little boy or would he grieve him for what he's become?? Will he only get his happy ending after he dies (IF he dies)?? Does he ever reunite with his mama??

I can't help but feel so fucking sad for him bc omg, he just wanted his mom, he literally did everything that he did for him. He didn't even care about his dad or the portal, he did everything for his mother and he clearly misses Stan. Omg he just wanted his mama, he's travelling the multiverse to make sure his other versions are happy, he still wants his mama!!! ｡⁠:ﾟ⁠(⁠;⁠´⁠∩⁠`⁠;⁠)ﾟ⁠:⁠｡ (⁠༎ຶ⁠ ⁠෴⁠ ⁠༎ຶ⁠)

My most normal reactions when I think too much about Aster:

I remember an ask that I have answered from @iluminated-goat and I want to show how the possessions of Ford and Aster would look like during Weirdmageddon.

As different as they claim to be, they are similar in different ways. I enjoy researching the secret codes and showing how they represent the voices that were locked away when Mama and Bill took over their bodies.

If Stan were to see them at this state, he'll never forgive himself and it'll end not in a good way for the entire family.

had an incident with a Book of Bill, but with the help of Esme Morgen and an alternate Darlan, he is free from Bill's possession

Also to add in context, they all hated the colours yellow and triangles due to personal reasons and experiences in their careers, so here's their context:

For Clarence, the colour and shape reminds him of the many fires he had to put out and the sharp edges of broken glasses and bones that he had to patch up. He also accidentally stepped on a small triangular broken glass as a kid and did not like that experience

To McClinton, he hates those two like how you hate an ex by calling them a bitch from hell. Yellow because it's one of the many common colours to indicate a poisonous plant, that includes pink, purple and white. And he curses whenever he gets hurt, so with prickly triangular thorns, he made Northumberland ring with his swearing once a day.

For Eliott, an arts lecturer failed his individual assignment because 'he didn't feel the soul within the art'. Mind you, he used literal trigonometry calculations to support this project. Turns out the lecturer was wrong, but his grade simply raised to a B-. Yellow is the hardest colour to use in art, so the artist inside him feels irked when the colour highlights it's flaws despite how beautiful it actually is. After his Book of Bill incident, that hatred intensified and he bonds with Ford about that hatred.

Gaaah the McGuckets making Stan Tate's honorary uncle I'm gonna cry, imagining him carrying little and chubby toddler Tate in his arms; kissing his hairful of curls and pressing him closer to him when he laughs (Ford almost having a heart attack when he sees them together because they look alike - and no he is NOT jealous at this fact, not at all).

Also Fidds and Emma's relationship getting better and Fiddleford actually getting some help and not emotionally cheating on his wife (something I rarely see people talking about??? Also??)

Your entire paragraph of Bill just made me laugh. Yes gazillion year old demon, behave like a bratty teenager with someone who couldn't care less about you. He's definitely even abusing his manipulation (which aren't even that strong?? Like man just reads minds and that's it??) over Ford. Fiddleford kind of left, Emma-May would definitely throw hands with him, they both take care of their son and Stan is leading with his life. They're close but not that close, so he's definitely feeling lonely, which is fucked for him and a blessing to Bill (until Stan started visiting his twin constantly).

AND MAMA AND AXOLOTL JOINING FORCES WAS SOMETHING I DID NOT KNOW I NEEDED. The chaos these two would cause, Axolotl being the baby's "dad"!!!! That's such a good idea/theory!! The "Little Fish" is something from here where I live, a funny nickname for babies and because of Stan's fez symbol too :D these two are definitely watching everything happening like a telenovela (Axolotl laughs at Bill's attempts, Mama is going to rip her eyes once these two emotionally constipated losers start talking omg)

I had some ideas for it for a while but I didn't have the motivation or time to do them, but coming back made me want to get on the flow again! NOW TO THE LORE BABY! I wanted to explore more of Stan's relationships here, and how he ended up getting them (since he's living in Gravity Falls

Begrudgingly allies to queer platonic Fiddlestan my beloved. Ford and Fiddleford's fallout doesn't start outright with the portal, rather than Fidd's apprehension about it and Ford's "Muse". Needless to say, they have some arguments and discussions about it, some harsher than normal. At some point, Fidds just goes away from the Shack and goes to Stan to distract himself/calm down; mostly bc Stan's the closest and they're on deeper speaking terms. Not friends, but not strangers either; Fiddleford just need someone relatively normal now.

Stan's awkward as hell about it, he doesn't know much about Fiddleford, being on arms length with the man. Having someone breaking down in front of you and in your home while you're trying to sleep with someone kicking your bladder is... Hard. But listen, he's been on the far end of the stick too many times, and he knows that being alone with your thoughts is a dangerous thing - much less in that state. So, hesitantly, he lets him stay for the night, which turns into a week, which turns into when he's actually stable to leave-

So slowly, they form this camaraderie, slowly getting to know each other (mostly on the left foot bc Stan's still too hesitant to open up/casually meet people and Fiddleford is just too... nice).

Needless to say, Stan is not having that shit. He may or not be projecting but he is not letting this fact just fly away to the sun and evaporate like nothing, he has Fidds almost hound his family to come to Gravity Falls or to at least make sure to visit them (not just calls). Fuck him, Stan will take the risk of having his throat slit while they stay in his house just so they can be together (Ford is definitely NOT clawing at walls with jealousy and envy that Fiddleford got closer to Stan first)

And also because I'm a firm believer and lover of Stan having girl/female friendships, no I will not elaborate. And because I love Emma-May and Tate (I definitely need to draw them more), idk why but I feel like they would be a cool team these two (and because they have fluffy hair, but that's another story). Stan becoming an honorary uncle to Tate and taking care of him whenever his parents have to work or rest (plus, he's kinda preparing for his little one too, and Little Tate is just too cute for him to handle).

So while he has a somewhat established relationship with the McGucket's (and then slowly adopting him in their circle), Ford and Stan are still... tolerable, rough on the corners. They talk, but it's not the same. Both of the want to reconnect, they feel that want to be close again, even if it's not the same as before. The thing is that both of them are too stubborn/afraid to do so, plus, they're both leading their lives in different ways, how would that work? Plus, they don't even know each other anymore after their separation, how much did they change after there 10 years?

And Bill isn't helping the case, at all. Stan doesn't even know the guy, but the dude just decided that he wants him dead. Stan doesn't trust him. For as much as he respects and loves his brother, nothing will ever make him want to be in the same room as that thing. It makes too much promises and says just the right things to make you fall right on their hands, it makes him uneasy and bring back memories he'd rather not discuss.

A bit of info: the astronaut comes from the phrase "your mother's an astronaut", which means she was a drug addict while pregnant and her child came out with birth defects. Yeah, those two fucking hate each other - the problem is that Stan will bite back and not take his shit (he can insult him all he wants but the moment he even talks about his baby the restraint is out the window). As much as he wants to hit him, he doesn't want to injure his brother (as hard as that is) and Cipher doesn't harm him physically because Ford would lose some trust in him and that would attract too much attention, so verbal jabs it is.

The thing is that after some time, Stan just see Bill as this... Bratty kid. Throwing a tantrum anytime things don't go his way, and that's simultaneously terrifying and hilarious considering he's a god-knows-how-old demon with the power to bend their reality. Sometimes he can't help but just, lock him in place or speak to him in this tired voice because "dude I just want to raise my kid and I'm trying to sleep, you're making noise, you're not being scary you're just being an asshole. And quit hurting yourself I'm the one that's doing your bandages and that's not even your body your asymmetrical bastard".

So while Ford doesn't wake up to Bill's true intentions, someone has to keep the reins in the Shack and occasionally, MYSTERIOUSLY, slow down the construction of the portal. He has Bill fuming while angrily flipping medical book pages to see what could cause a miscarriage or birth defects (it doesn't work and that makes him want to scream).

Also I want to explore more of Stan's psychologic with his pregnancy and the horrors of getting accostumated to it (he's happy but listen his dick changed to a vagina, his entire body is changing, that's kinda wild to think about) but it'll definitely take some time before I start bc I have upcoming tests (⁠〒⁠﹏⁠〒⁠) but once again, thank you all for your attention and reading this far :D!!
