Truly so sorry for the extreme late answer but AAAAAAAAAA THIS IS AMAZING!!!! đŸ©”

Morse code??? The codes???? Them representing both of their "gods" voices??? That is so smart i'm deciphering them N O W!!

Also omg, Stan's fez symbol being broken D"": oh lord, really shows Aster's descent in his grief and the fall out of their family (completely comprehensible, poor boy). Stan was the only thing keeping them from killing eachother, now that he's gone?? There's no reason to play civil or house anymore, the only reason Aster even let that man into live in the house is gone, there's nothing worth fighting for in his universe anymore.

"They're still similars in different ways" AAAAAAAA EVEN IF HE HATES HIM HE'S STILL HIS FATHER'S SON. Omg the thought of having to accept that you and your piece of shit dad aren't that different. They both made deals, they both were willing to risk everything in order to gain (be it knowledge or vengeance, justice or "utopia", omfg both of them willing to lose their "humanity" if it meant for the "supposed better good". And Stan seeing them if he was alive MY GOD--). Also, Ford and Aster crying but both of them having different reasons??? Ford crying either for being possessed, regret, fear, or for Stan's death??? Aster grieving for his mother and father in one, the person who was always there for him, dying from a broken heart because of his father's ego. Thinking about him grieving for the father he never had - the same father who was their family's doomfall, I don't blame him one bit I would've crashed out too king.

I can't help but think, when he sees the other Stans and Fords, those who are happy and completely in love with eachother, with HIS counterparts in them, happy and secure, knowing that they're loved by their parents. Does he feel happy? Relieved? A bit envious because out of all these universes he was cursed to lose his family?? Does he think about his own Stan?? Does he think about the life his own Stan deserved and should have had?? Does he think about how Stan would've reacted/felt if he saw him now?? Does he think about how his mother would recognize him as his little boy or would he grieve him for what he's become?? Will he only get his happy ending after he dies (IF he dies)?? Does he ever reunite with his mama??

I can't help but feel so fucking sad for him bc omg, he just wanted his mom, he literally did everything that he did for him. He didn't even care about his dad or the portal, he did everything for his mother and he clearly misses Stan. Omg he just wanted his mama, he's travelling the multiverse to make sure his other versions are happy, he still wants his mama!!! ïœĄâ :(;Ž∩`;):â ïœĄ (â àŒŽàș¶â Â â à·Žâ Â â àŒŽàș¶â )

Incredible and beautiful work as always Angel :"") and so sorry for my ramblings but omg, Aster and his story are so well thought I can't help but feel so excited about it whenever I see him (I need to draw him someday omg) it's truly a delight and experience seeing your posts and I can't wait but to see more of them (╄ïčâ â•„)

My most normal reactions when I think too much about Aster:

"The Final Confrontation Between Son And Father. Slaves To The Celestial Monsters. Regrets Had Been Made,

"The final confrontation between son and father. Slaves to the celestial monsters. Regrets had been made, but blood has been split. Only one must triumph, and it is not the wicked deceiver."

I remember an ask that I have answered from @iluminated-goat and I want to show how the possessions of Ford and Aster would look like during Weirdmageddon.

As different as they claim to be, they are similar in different ways. I enjoy researching the secret codes and showing how they represent the voices that were locked away when Mama and Bill took over their bodies.

If Stan were to see them at this state, he'll never forgive himself and it'll end not in a good way for the entire family.

Try and decipher the hidden secrets within this picture! ;)

Had an extremely random thought about Filbrick Pines that escalated way too quickly and i wanted to share. Also this is extremely scrambled writing so i apologize if i sound confusing

TW: canonical and implied child abuse

Ever since his first appearance in Dreamscapers, it’s clear that even after everything he endured from the man, Stan extremely respects him (even when he sounds uncomfortable when Ford compares him to their father at the “you look like dad”). Considering they were children in 1950, gender roles dictated that the men were “the owners of the house”, “the breadwinners” aka the main order and assertiveness of the house. Seeing that Ford was more “favoured” over his intelligence, no wonder Stan constantly tried to reach his father’s approval (Stan seems to have a very close bond with his mother, but that was what women were “expected" to do with their children, and both of them clearly suffered from the want of trying to fit in society’s standards in the year - especially with their father’s and peers pressure).

If we only watch the show we only get some snippets of their parents and how they act, but we still think that the decision of him disowning Stan and kicking him out was excessive (especially considering he was just 17 and didn’t even finish highschool). But if we read Lost Legends and “thisisnotawebsite.com” we get a broader vision of their childhood and-

Look at this shit.

He always seemed to have a dislike towards Stan ever since he was born, calling him “Extra-Stan”, “screwup”, “riding in his brother’s coattail” and making him take the blame without even hearing out first (which in this case, is true, but still). Considering it was only in 1958 that ultrasounds managed to visualize better the pregnancy and the thought of “one more mouth to feed” (which is actually ironic, considering that in the 50s, middle class families could - surprisingly - afford a lot of things and that was when the inflation was minimal and workers wages were rising). But if we look at it at a religious point, twins can be seen as a form of good or bad luck; or in some cases, embody the dualistic nature between good and evil.

Which when you compare it to the main teachings of Judaism (from what i researched, please tell me if it's wrong and I'll immediately edit/delete this part) is that:

“Judaism values children and childhood as perhaps the most pure form of being created in God's image” and “Parents who hit their younger children risk injuring them both physically and emotionally, and injuring a child is forbidden by Jewish law. Doing so also constitutes an offense against common decency” – x

“Parents teach their children by setting a worthy example of commitment to family, community, and to the sacred tradition of Judaism for them to follow in their own lives.” - x

Ofc there might’ve been some elements that might have made him “raise his hand” or “be tougher to his children” (which is a really bad excuse from abusive parents). The thing is that, when Stan and Ford give him back his golden watch, when Ford gets an opportunity to go to West Coast Tech, when Stan starts defending himself; he genuinely looks fond of them, impressed and even slightly “happy” for them in his own way. Which just makes this situation even worse. It’s common in dysfunctional homes for a parent to verbally/physically hurt their children then claim to love them; either as a form of gaslighting, control or the fact that they genuinely think that they’re helping you (it isn't. It really isn’t. Cut these people off immediately when you can). The worst thing is that you can have “good moments” with your abuser, which might make you think that it isn’t “that serious”. Especially in the age of the 1900s and in-between, the amount of legal issues and cases that were easily dismissed because of the conservative upbringing only helped these types of behaviour and abuse to not be taken as seriously as it should - especially when it came from the so-called “community man”.

Had An Extremely Random Thought About Filbrick Pines That Escalated Way Too Quickly And I Wanted To Share.

However, that brings up the question of his past. Considering he was in his forties in 1960s (according to the wiki) he was probably born between 1920s and 1930s (and holy shit the cases of child neglect because it wasn’t seen as a “real concern”, and when they started making law for this they were usually ignored or not able to reach them. And the rise of feminism too!). He would’ve been born right after WW1, it would explain why he’s so obsessed with money (postwar America suffered from the loss of money and resources) and why he acts the way he does (generational trauma or the “children copy their parents” thing).

AND THAT FINALLY BRINGS ME TO THE MAIN QUESTION OF WHAT SPIRALLED ALL OF THIS.

Did Filbrick treat Stan that way because he reminds him of himself??

Think about it. Unfortunately, I didn't find the study that said it, but some parents tend to favour other children or the “better twin” in this case, because their/the other child reminds them too much of themselves and their worst parts. Some relatives even want you to repeat their actions just so you can suffer the same life as them - steaming from jealousy and envy at your “freedom”. Imagine little Stanley, with chubby freckled cheeks, reaching his father’s midtigh, who is so curious and adventurous about the world, who loved drawing and reading comics, showing off his tooth gap when he smiled. Imagine that as Filbrick - before whatever happened to him, or the way he was raised, or he’s just the fucking bastard that he is.

Imagine him being a twin, too. Holy shit, either as a younger or older brother. Either being compared to his older brother who was the same as Ford, or getting distant from his sibling because of their different treatment, or his parents doing what he did to Stan to their siblings and thinking that this was “normal”. It brings so many questions to his character. With this in mind, it would make sense why he’s so “”””hard and tough””” on Stan (not that Ford escaped the abuse, maybe not physical, but definitely the pressure of trying to keep their father calm or doing well for the family; and perhaps the slightest hint of being responsible for his brother at a young age as he was the most “mature” out of them). It brings such another layer to their relationship.

And for my fellow Stancest enjoyers (i did not forget any of you!), i feel like him having a twin would make the situation so, so much worse. Him seeing his sons being as close as he was to his siblings on their childhood, him trying to slowly separate them, constantly dismissive of Stan because of how similar they are, only listening to Ford when it was worth it or necessary because he also reminds him of his other half, hating any kind of affection between them because “they’re men” and “what would people think” (the same words someone once said to him), how they need to be more independent, reminiscing and resenting every single moment he spent with his twin or outright blocking him from his family and/or memory, imagine if his twin was kicked out of their house because of their relationship? Or what if it was him that got disowned from their family? Him taking all the brunt of their family’s abuse and how “it’s for your own good”. The amount of scenarios this could cause and bring, if anything, he would’ve been so much harsher to them. Not only would they suffer their father’s wrath, they would suffer social prejudice and be a permanent stain to their family. (I apologize for the few scenarios, or else this would get too long.)

The more i think about this man the more I disliked him, if he had or not a bad childhood, he is an adult. Yes, you can sympathize with his (extremely hypothetical past that i created) childhood - especially with the time he was born, it was shit dude - but your actions after are yours and yours alone. It doesn’t excuse how you act in the present. You don’t get to be an asshole or let your past define you (of course, healing isn’t an easy path and not everyone is able to do therapy, but i think you’ll get what i’m trying to say here). Much less with your own children, you might have been a child once, but so were they; and they’ll live with the same pain you suffered and that you now inflicted on them. THAT is your fault and your responsibility alone.

And that’s what makes Stan and Ford growth on the series so satisfying to watch, the both of them clearly care for the kids and for each other, and now that they’re on the Stan’o’War there’s going to be so much learning from each other, getting close again, there’s going to be healing. They chose to do good by the people around them, and that’s so nice to see them letting go of their insecurities and the internalized hurt caused from their past.

I just read the thread and @mirrorworldangel MARK ME DOWN AS SCARED AND ABSOLUTELY EXCITED FOR WHAT YOU'RE PLANNING!!! also the "we Stan an insensitive king" absolutely took me out lmao. Parallel!Ford being jealous of Ford omggg this person absolutely cooked with this one I'm so excited to what's going to stab and twist the knife this time!!!

What do you think was Stan's fate in the Better World Timeline?

Ooh, very interesting question! Thanks for the ask and sorry in advance for the enormous answer you’re about to get, hahah ❀

So, to begin answering that (I promise I will eventually!), I have to first point out that what always caught my attention in Ford’s Better World description in the journal is that not once he meets his parallel self. On that hangs my entire analysis.

Instead, he gives us a reason why they didn’t meet: parallel!Fiddleford explains that he had been leading a portal expedition to a certain dimension, but one of the security officers ran into his parallel self and as soon as they touched hands, the entire dimension started to warp and fizz with static. Fiddleford and his team barely escaped alive!

But that’s the thing: as soon as they touched hands, only! Not as soon as they saw each other, or as soon as they were in the same room together, or as soon as they talked to each other, like you sometimes see in fanfic! No, it very much required actual skin-to-skin contact. You would think that Professor Stanford Pines, celebrated star of the scientific community, founder of the International Institute of Oddology, and our Ford, 12 PhDs (or a few less PhDs at the time) would have enough sense and self-control to... just not try and touch each other? Or, for security reasons, stand at least a few meters away from each other? If they feared an accidental touch so much, they could have talked through a glass panel or some kind of physical divide. I do believe every Ford must be a deeply curious individual, and you’re telling me that parallel!Ford, known genius, wasn’t capable of creating a way to enable himself to interview his parallel selves safely? Wouldn’t you be very curious to meet your parallel self? I think it’s more likely than not that other versions of Ford would end up pushed through the portal, so our Ford might not even have been the first Ford to visit that dimension.

But instead Fiddleford goes so far as to detain our Ford and hold him captive without even attempting to explain things first! A bit overkill, no? You could say, “but Bunny, Fiddleford just didn’t want impulsive, reckless Ford to go and run to his parallel self upon seeing him for the first time!” But herein, my friend, lies the crux of the matter: even after Fiddleford explains things to our Ford, even after our Ford understands he couldn’t touch his parallel self... He still doesn’t meet or talk to parallel!Ford. Wasn’t he trusted enough/allowed to do so, even then?

My Doylist explanation (that considers what led the author to choose a certain path) to that is: the writers just didn’t want the two Fords to meet and wanted to leave it ambiguous. It’s really not that deep 😭

My favorite Watsonian explanation (in-universe headcanon) to that is: Fiddleford didn’t want them to meet 😏

Now, would Fiddleford ever lie to Ford? Yes. In fact, he already did, in our original timeline! Ford asked him to destroy the memory gun, Fiddleford apparently agreed. “He was crestfallen by my advice, but after some discussion he came to see the wisdom in it. He said that he didn’t want to risk forgetting his wife and son. I ordered him to destroy the gun, and he did.” (“Ordered”... Oh, Ford, never change...) Reality: Fiddleford hadn’t destroyed it at all, and in fact used it on Ford to erase his memories without Ford’s consent or knowledge.

So even though I don’t think this was, necessarily, either Alex’s or Rob Renzetti’s intentions, I like to think parallel!Fiddleford was bullshitting our Ford a bit. To which extent, I don’t know. The thing about the parallel selves touching and causing a dimension to end might very well be true (in fact, according to Alex’s Word of God, it is! he has said on Twitter that parallel selves really can’t meet in their home dimensions, but can meet in the in-between spaces!) BUT because of the reasons I explained above, it’s my headcanon that it wasn’t the main reason why Fiddleford didn’t want the two Fords meeting.

I just love, love the vibes of A Better World. I love how utterly smitten with that world our Ford is. He describes himself as “drawn” towards the Institute “like a moth to a flame,” and mentions his desire to “revel in [his] parallel self’s success.” He’s utterly smitten it with it despite never once meeting his parallel self. He imagines his parallel self as the happiest man on Earth despite never once meeting his parallel self. He leaves that dimension sighing wistfully despite never once meeting his parallel self. I love how parallel!Ford is just... shrouded in this very ambiguous mystery. It all sounds a little bit ominous to me. Is he happy? Is he satisfied? Does he like what he accomplished?

Our Ford, of course, imagines that he is. Our Ford doesn’t even wonder about parallel!Stan, because that’s who Stanford Pines is: self-centered as all hell, hahah. His brother doesn’t even cross his mind, since he’s too busy being dazzled by his apparent great success and the fulfillment of his dreams! I think he subconsciously assumed parallel!Stan must have been fine.

What do I think happened to parallel!Stan? Oh, well, he’s very much dead đŸȘŠđŸ’ And parallel!Ford, the man Ford believes to be so lucky, is actually miserable. Fiddleford was merely protecting our Ford from the truth.

If you want to get a bit darker, just look at this excerpt from the Not What He Seems script:

What Do You Think Was Stan's Fate In The Better World Timeline?

Meanwhile, in the Lost Legends comics, Ford is saying shit like this:

What Do You Think Was Stan's Fate In The Better World Timeline?

We stan an insensitive king who is utterly and blissfully oblivious to his brother’s dangerously low self-esteem and borderline suicidal thoughts ❀

Before TBoB, I might have been reluctant to think something so dark could happen in GF, since it still is, after all, a cartoon for kids, and Stan’s a main character! But then TBoB went and revealed to us that Dipper and Mabel died horrible deaths in all the other timelines! 😭 And while I do take that with a grain of salt because it was revealed to us by Bill Cipher and Bill is not trustworthy but a professional liar, just the fact Alex acknowledged and played with the possibility of the two protagonists dying horribly is already pretty telling in and of itself...

I think that once parallel!Ford called Stan after a decade, unwittingly gave him hope, and then ripped it out from his hands... Yeah. We know how Ford is important to Stan. Reconciliation with Ford might very well have been what was pushing Stan forward. Stan can be very, very stubborn — working on a portal for 30 years — when Ford is involved. But having no Ford at all...

Parallel!Ford might have planned to call Stan back, but by then it was probably too late. So yeah. I like to imagine that parallel!Ford would be, ironically, so, so jealous of our Ford’s happy ending with Stan.

What Do You Think Was Stan's Fate In The Better World Timeline?

Actually, as I type this, the funniest idea occurred to me. The real reason Fiddleford didn’t allow the two Fords to meet is that parallel!Ford, upon listening our Ford praise his accomplishments and shit-talk Stan (“I can’t believe Stanley listen to you! He’s so stubborn, so selfish, he never listens!”) would disregard all reason, all training, and all self-control just for the precious chance to punch himself in the face. Dimension ending catastrophe? A minor detail.

My friend Angel!!!! I apologize for my late reply, but don't worry about your lack of responses, I too disappear from time to time. I'm so glad you liked them (and I plan to make more >:D pregnant Stan). AND THANK YOU!!! Once I'm done with my assignments I'm gonna become a beast just you wait!! And take care of yourself too my friend!! đŸ©”

Also: Angel đŸ€ Me when it comes to Ford suffering

Gaaah the McGuckets making Stan Tate's honorary uncle I'm gonna cry, imagining him carrying little and chubby toddler Tate in his arms; kissing his hairful of curls and pressing him closer to him when he laughs (Ford almost having a heart attack when he sees them together because they look alike - and no he is NOT jealous at this fact, not at all).

Also Fidds and Emma's relationship getting better and Fiddleford actually getting some help and not emotionally cheating on his wife (something I rarely see people talking about??? Also??)

Your entire paragraph of Bill just made me laugh. Yes gazillion year old demon, behave like a bratty teenager with someone who couldn't care less about you. He's definitely even abusing his manipulation (which aren't even that strong?? Like man just reads minds and that's it??) over Ford. Fiddleford kind of left, Emma-May would definitely throw hands with him, they both take care of their son and Stan is leading with his life. They're close but not that close, so he's definitely feeling lonely, which is fucked for him and a blessing to Bill (until Stan started visiting his twin constantly).

AND MAMA AND AXOLOTL JOINING FORCES WAS SOMETHING I DID NOT KNOW I NEEDED. The chaos these two would cause, Axolotl being the baby's "dad"!!!! That's such a good idea/theory!! The "Little Fish" is something from here where I live, a funny nickname for babies and because of Stan's fez symbol too :D these two are definitely watching everything happening like a telenovela (Axolotl laughs at Bill's attempts, Mama is going to rip her eyes once these two emotionally constipated losers start talking omg)

My Friend Angel!!!! I Apologize For My Late Reply, But Don't Worry About Your Lack Of Responses, I Too

I had some ideas for it for a while but I didn't have the motivation or time to do them, but coming back made me want to get on the flow again! I want to thank my friends and all the people that liked my posts :) I truly appreciate you all

NOW TO THE LORE BABY! I wanted to explore more of Stan's relationships here, and how he ended up getting them (since he's living in Gravity Falls

I Bring Doodles! And- *I Grab The Can Of Meads Mid Air, I Fumble With It And It Falls On The Ground,
I Bring Doodles! And- *I Grab The Can Of Meads Mid Air, I Fumble With It And It Falls On The Ground,

Begrudgingly allies to queer platonic Fiddlestan my beloved. Ford and Fiddleford's fallout doesn't start outright with the portal, rather than Fidd's apprehension about it and Ford's "Muse". Needless to say, they have some arguments and discussions about it, some harsher than normal. At some point, Fidds just goes away from the Shack and goes to Stan to distract himself/calm down; mostly bc Stan's the closest and they're on deeper speaking terms. Not friends, but not strangers either; Fiddleford just need someone relatively normal now.

Stan's awkward as hell about it, he doesn't know much about Fiddleford, being on arms length with the man. Having someone breaking down in front of you and in your home while you're trying to sleep with someone kicking your bladder is... Hard. But listen, he's been on the far end of the stick too many times, and he knows that being alone with your thoughts is a dangerous thing - much less in that state. So, hesitantly, he lets him stay for the night, which turns into a week, which turns into when he's actually stable to leave-

So slowly, they form this camaraderie, slowly getting to know each other (mostly on the left foot bc Stan's still too hesitant to open up/casually meet people and Fiddleford is just too... nice).

I Bring Doodles! And- *I Grab The Can Of Meads Mid Air, I Fumble With It And It Falls On The Ground,
I Bring Doodles! And- *I Grab The Can Of Meads Mid Air, I Fumble With It And It Falls On The Ground,
I Bring Doodles! And- *I Grab The Can Of Meads Mid Air, I Fumble With It And It Falls On The Ground,

Needless to say, Stan is not having that shit. He may or not be projecting but he is not letting this fact just fly away to the sun and evaporate like nothing, he has Fidds almost hound his family to come to Gravity Falls or to at least make sure to visit them (not just calls). Fuck him, Stan will take the risk of having his throat slit while they stay in his house just so they can be together (Ford is definitely NOT clawing at walls with jealousy and envy that Fiddleford got closer to Stan first)

And also because I'm a firm believer and lover of Stan having girl/female friendships, no I will not elaborate. And because I love Emma-May and Tate (I definitely need to draw them more), idk why but I feel like they would be a cool team these two (and because they have fluffy hair, but that's another story). Stan becoming an honorary uncle to Tate and taking care of him whenever his parents have to work or rest (plus, he's kinda preparing for his little one too, and Little Tate is just too cute for him to handle).

So while he has a somewhat established relationship with the McGucket's (and then slowly adopting him in their circle), Ford and Stan are still... tolerable, rough on the corners. They talk, but it's not the same. Both of the want to reconnect, they feel that want to be close again, even if it's not the same as before. The thing is that both of them are too stubborn/afraid to do so, plus, they're both leading their lives in different ways, how would that work? Plus, they don't even know each other anymore after their separation, how much did they change after there 10 years?

And Bill isn't helping the case, at all. Stan doesn't even know the guy, but the dude just decided that he wants him dead. Stan doesn't trust him. For as much as he respects and loves his brother, nothing will ever make him want to be in the same room as that thing. It makes too much promises and says just the right things to make you fall right on their hands, it makes him uneasy and bring back memories he'd rather not discuss.

A bit of info: the astronaut comes from the phrase "your mother's an astronaut", which means she was a drug addict while pregnant and her child came out with birth defects. Yeah, those two fucking hate each other - the problem is that Stan will bite back and not take his shit (he can insult him all he wants but the moment he even talks about his baby the restraint is out the window). As much as he wants to hit him, he doesn't want to injure his brother (as hard as that is) and Cipher doesn't harm him physically because Ford would lose some trust in him and that would attract too much attention, so verbal jabs it is.

The thing is that after some time, Stan just see Bill as this... Bratty kid. Throwing a tantrum anytime things don't go his way, and that's simultaneously terrifying and hilarious considering he's a god-knows-how-old demon with the power to bend their reality. Sometimes he can't help but just, lock him in place or speak to him in this tired voice because "dude I just want to raise my kid and I'm trying to sleep, you're making noise, you're not being scary you're just being an asshole. And quit hurting yourself I'm the one that's doing your bandages and that's not even your body your asymmetrical bastard".

I Bring Doodles! And- *I Grab The Can Of Meads Mid Air, I Fumble With It And It Falls On The Ground,

So while Ford doesn't wake up to Bill's true intentions, someone has to keep the reins in the Shack and occasionally, MYSTERIOUSLY, slow down the construction of the portal. He has Bill fuming while angrily flipping medical book pages to see what could cause a miscarriage or birth defects (it doesn't work and that makes him want to scream).

Also I want to explore more of Stan's psychologic with his pregnancy and the horrors of getting accostumated to it (he's happy but listen his dick changed to a vagina, his entire body is changing, that's kinda wild to think about) but it'll definitely take some time before I start bc I have upcoming tests (〒ïčâ ă€’) but once again, thank you all for your attention and reading this far :D!!

Ilumi, I'm having a dilemma since yesterday and I need your advice on this! While sketching some artworks, I suddenly have a realisation on Aster & Anne Nieve's relationship! The more I try to bury it down and deny it, the more it claws my soul!

As we both know, Aster is so traumatised by his parent's tragic relationship that he has vowed himself to make sure no other version will suffer the same way again. He never understood why they would risk it all and hurt themselves worse, even when both of them were aware of the risks.

And then he meets Anne Nieve. Now he understands why.

As they get closer, their affection for one another blossoms. The signs of love are obvious, and though Aster may try, his heart cannot ignore it.

Aster and Anne Nieve wanted the love they deserved, but they were aware of the horrible past of their parents that birthed them. They know their love for the other is reciprocated, but they cannot act on it.

Ilumi, I'm Having A Dilemma Since Yesterday And I Need Your Advice On This! While Sketching Some Artworks,

And now the history books of the shelves are repeating itself once again...

Holy shit this is becoming like the Time Traveller's Wife plotline here! Should I continue this or change it? Help!!! DX

Btw, to clarify the last ask, being Afterlife Retired means he's literally dead and cannot walk/interact on living soil. To get there, they must have something from that place in order to visit Aster (ex. a small vial of the beach sand)

Hello Mirror! I apologize for my late answer because i- may or may not have gone a bit overboard with my answer, but in my defense this was very interesting to analyze! I'm tagging you in case you don't see it @mirrorworldangel

Ilumi, I'm Having A Dilemma Since Yesterday And I Need Your Advice On This! While Sketching Some Artworks,

Hoooh boy where do i even begin with this one. My friend, I never ever considered these two together, so it was definitely a pleasant surprise when this brick hit me square in the face. And honestly? The more I think about these two together, they could actually work! Anne Nieve seeing Aster as her guardian angel, Aster trusting Cleopatra (his literal daughter-figure and longtime companion, mind you) to Anee; it’s obvious that these two possess a really strong bond. Not only that, the both of them share a similar past - which would have strengthened their bond significantly, they both understand each other on a deep level when it comes to that.

“He never understood why they would risk it all and hurt themselves worse
and then he meets Anne Nieve. Now he understands why.” Oh Mirror, as an avid angst lover, please allow me to join this wagon. Man, both of them being terrified of going through what their parents went through (a justifiable gear, Aster literally lost his dimension because of it). For some reason I feel like it’s Aster that would try to push down his feelings more. This man has seen and lived some things, not only does he have mental scars, he also has physical scars. One of the main factors of his character is how much he yearns and fights for his family. I wouldn’t exactly say that he sees Anne Nieve as a form of redemption or a “way to fix his problems” (hell no, he respects her a lot to even go into that territory), I'd say he’s
 apprehensive, a bit scared too.

Anne Nieve is a star (not only in ballet and celebrity world, but in his eyes too), she’s social and educated, she has a life and dreams, she has so much going on for her, she deserves better and everything - which just makes him not want to act on his feelings even more. Aster is old beyond his years, what does he have to offer to her? Even entertaining the idea only serves to make him feel worse. Anne Nieve is his little sister, someone he trusts and adores, so many things could go wrong and he doesn’t want to lose that bond. The possibility of tying Anne Nieve down or even passing down his cardiac problems to children is terrifying, even if he’s dead (for some reason. I can't help but remember Blade Runner 2049 at that). For him, those feelings were merely formed because of their shared trauma.

Ough, forgive me if I'm wrong, but Anne Nieve gives me the vibes to mull over her feelings. Not loud, but like internally (and because who would take her seriously? Her? Having romantic feelings for her half-brother? Anyone would be extremely worried about that). I feel like she’ll also repress but be more
I wouldn't say completely welcoming to them, but she’s more open to what she feels compared to Aster. Unlike Aster, I would argue that she does indulge in her feelings/fantasies, because that’s all they are, fantasies. Anne Nieve is observant, she’s assertive, and Aster knows that. So man, both of them hiding their feelings would be a hell of a conflict.

Aster technically saved her life, if it weren’t for him, she’ll probably be dead (which is, unnerving to think about to be honest, imagine how different their paths and lives would’ve been if they didn’t meet each other). That definitely would mess her up and how she feels about her feelings? Are they actually genuine or something formed out of the debt that she feels she owns to Aster? So many questions and little answers from both sides.

For some reason, she reminds me of a dove and a swan. Not just because of her dancing abilities and her calm personality, but also because most of the time, it’s the woman that chooses her partners. Not only that, physical touches actually strengthen their relationships, and they’re known for mating/staying together for life. So between the two of them, she wouldn’t outright tell Aster, but hell when it comes to them showing the barest form of vulnerability to this possible romance, it’s her (my girl kicked him out of her apartment in the middle of a snowstorm, she knows what she wants, but she wouldn’t corner him because of that).

Needless to say, the pining, yearning and a bit of miscommunication are going HARD on this one. My friend, I can't exactly or 100% say whether you should change it or continue as I don't exactly know much about the story that you’re writing

HOWEVER, this is one hell of something interesting to explore, be it in a one shot, an AU or analysis of their relationship and individual selves, I would tell you to continue it (because- i’m curious (â ă€ƒïŸŸ-ïŸŸâ ă€ƒâ ) and i want to see both of them suffering before getting to their happy ending - IF THEY EVEN HAVE ONE, THAT IS). God, it would take both of them so long to even allow themselves to feel they deserve this type of happiness with each other. Man this was such a fun question to wonder about, thank you for sharing it! Definitely curious with whatever you have planned for these two *i think with malicious intent*

As a rule of thumb, don't reblog donation posts or people asking for donations unless they've been vetted and reblogged by Palestinian bloggers. We usually go to lengths to verify this shit because we know scammers have been faking to get people to send them money, using the urgency of our genocide as bait.

It's disgusting this is what we're dealing with, but people are losing money because of some truly evil people out there.

Accounts don't just randomly spring up on tumblr without gofundmes while asking for someone to help them create a campaign. Fuck out of here with that shit.

Hi Ilumi! Hope you have a good time at uni! I got another inspiration to share with you and it's about Aster and Elliott.

So we both know that Eliott is a manga artist that mixes cute magical girls with Junji Ito monsters, imagine him sharing his first few manga volumes of his most popular series to Aster.

Aster, staring at the first 2 volumes of the manga hand-given to him by Eliott: There's no way in hell this man's most famous manga series is about horror magical girls.

Aster, now owning all of the ongoing 20 physical copies of the manga, 3 physical figurines, 2 thick cover volumes of the concept art books and 1 large poster-sized artwork of his favourite eldritch monster and magical girl personally signed & sketched by Eliott himself: Well, fuck me in th ass this IS his best manga series compared to the rest of his works! Eliott, I need to know if she's gonna survive in the next chapter dammit!!!

(Just for the context of Eliott's manga, think of it as a mix of Madoka Magica x Jigoku Shoujo x Junji Ito monsters crossover.)

Hello Mirror!! I'm getting through it but soon I'll be free for a while :D and omg I absolutely adore this idea. I feel like Eliott HAND-GIVING something to someone is the equivalent of a stray dog licking your hand, it's an immense show of trust. Also Junji Ito and Madoka Magic my beloveds (i NEED to read more of them omg, also this is my first time hearing of Jigoku Shoujo and it looks so cool from what I've seen, definitely on the watch list!)

Man considering both of them kind of deal with "out-of-world" monsters, psychological horror and the complexity of the relationships between the characters, Aster would eat that shit up 100% considering his past too, maybe he'll give some ideas if Eliott ever were to ask. Also Eliott sketching his favourite eldritch magical girl KSKDNFIFKRN

Hi Ilumi! Hope You Have A Good Time At Uni! I Got Another Inspiration To Share With You And It's About

Considering his missions too this man has CASH stored somewhere and he's using it to support his little brother's passion and work (he needs the chapters to come out faster dude). I know he's scrolling through theories and video essays or he's making them himself, he'd peel the stories and characters layers like an onion, he would not shut up if given the chance to talk about it.
