repost if you have baby syndrome!!
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, get a nice tall glass of water and practice breathing.
Find your favorite stuffie. Look at the fur. What color is it? Is it super soft, or only a little soft? Can you find your stuffies nose and eyes? What about a cute little tail?
How about coloring? Color a beautiful picture from your favorite coloring book. When you’re all done, name off all the crayons you used to make your masterpiece. If you’d like, tale that masterpiece and put it right on the fridge for everyone to see. Such a lovely piece shouldn’t go unnoticed.
Go to the bathroom and run a nice, warm bath. Get your favorite bath toys and bubble bath or bath bomb. Get into the bath and play and splash as long as you need to. I bath and so relaxation might make you feel a little better. After your bath, dress in your most favorite pajamas and slippers/socks.
Snuggle up in your warmest blankets. Grab a few of your favorite snacks, favorite movie, and your favorite stuffie. Don’t forget your paci and your sippy/bottle.

To anyone thinking of major changes to their hair or brows while stuck at home...
the hair on your head grows an average of 1/2 an inch (1.27 cm) per month. Some people's hair grows a little faster or slower but 1/2 an inch is the average. Good to know for anyone wanting to shave their head or cut their hair very short.
Eyebrows are a little less predictable but you can usually expect any shaved eyebrows to grow back completely in 6 - 8 weeks
There are a lot of hair cutting tutorials on YouTube and they are your friend. Free Salon Education is one channel you can check out. Hair cutting is not as intuitive as you might think and watching a video before cutting your own hair is not a bad idea.
Plucking has the potential to "kill" a hair follicle so if you're worried about eyebrows not growing back, shave instead of plucking/tweezing
As a hair stylist I have to reccomend against bleaching your hair at home, especially with non-professional grade lightener, unless you are prepared to have: dark bands of uneven color, yellow and orange undertones, breakage, dry brittle hair that turns the texture of overcooked rice noodles when wet, hair falling out, or burns on your scalp. It could turn out fine but those are the kinds of things that can go wrong. If you simply must bleach your own hair, have a friend help you, follow manufacturers instructions exactly, dont use anything over 30 volume developer (peroxide) and maybe watch some youtube videos by professionals beforehand.
(Honestly I wouldnt go over 20 volume if you havent been professionally coloring hair for years but I used to be a DIY hair stylist so I know this is a lost cause. Just dont touch the 40 volume. Dont do that to yourself.)
Avoid bleaching your hair twice in the same week. Deep condition after bleaching if you can.
Manic Panic and Arctic Fox are better than Splat by a wide margin, but no semi-permanent dye can hurt you unless you are allergic to it.
Do not color your hair with koolaid unless you're okay with it never ever fading even with bleach.
Do not put bleach intended for your scalp on your eyebrows.
Just do your research, at least a little, on any chemical you want to use on your hair.
Have fun, be safe
