super important! also stay hydrated! it's important, especially if you have a mental illness, to stay hydrated because sometimes we forget to do some simple things to take care of ourselves, and staying hydrated can be one of them. you are loved 💕💕
- try to enjoy the sun as much as you can!! even if it’s to open your window to let some daylight and fresh air in!
- try to get dressed every morning, even if it’s to change from your pajamas to a hoodie and leggings. believe me, it does make a change
- make a list of activities that usually keep your mind busy
- being close to your pets helps a lot
- try to meditate everyday, it’s super beneficial
- i know it’s hard (specially because our bodies are way less tired) but try to go to sleep at the same hour everyday and keep a concise sleeping schedule
- don’t force yourself to be extra productive just because you are at home, let your mind and your body rest
- try to keep contact with your loved ones and talk to them regulary (keeping a list of people you want to text/call everyday also helps)
- trying sensorial hobbies help a lot during this time, specially if you suffer from dissociation or if you feel out of touch with reality lately. embroidery, playing an instrument, painting, gardening... you name it!
- writing a list every single day of things that happened that day that you are grateful for helps a LOT
- if you are too tired to exercice, yoga helps
- try to be kind to yourself. you deserve as much love as anyone else

- put stickers on your furniture if you’re allowed
- add a canopy above your bed
- make a permanent blanket fort/reading nook
- glow in the dark stars!!!
- christmas lights
- lots and lots of stuffies
- cute throw pillows
- fluffy rugs… make the floor comfy to crawl around!
- foam puzzle piece floor mats work great and are cheap
- disney posters
- get cute bedding and if you can’t do that just get a cheap kids blanket from walmart and cover your bed with that
- add cute details like an animal shaped lamp
- or a snow globe!!
- don’t forget a nightlight
- display some kids books on your book shelf
- consider having a toy chest
- put a “keep out” sign on your door or whatever you want
- try peel and stick wall murals
- try a beaded curtain
- paint glitter on things
- display any pictures you coloured

How to make an edible version of Frozen Treat Set from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Careful not to use it as furniture though, unlike the in game version it WILL MELT. Watch it in action here.
What You Need:
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 TBL milk
Pinch of salt
Scant ¼ tsp blue drink mix, I like raspberry lemonade
½ cup heavy cream
1 drop blue gel color, optional
In a small bowl, combine condensed milk, milk, salt and drink mix. Mix thoroughly until it thickens, that’s the citric acid reacting with the milk. Set aside.
Whip cream to stiff peaks. Add a dollop or two of the whipped cream to the sweet milk mixture to lighten it. Add the mixture to the cream and lightly fold it in. You can add a little food color into it at this point if you want.
Put mixture into your desired ice pop mold. I like silicone ones, but you can use whatever you like! Freeze for 30 minutes, put in popsicle sticks then freeze for another 2-4 hours.
Serve straight from the freezer.
