Say it with me. STOP👏SLEEPING👏ON👏YOURSELF👏.
What are you doing? Scrolling through TikTok and Instagram first thing in the morning? Staring at your dreams through pixels, when you could be living them? You know what has to be done to achieve it, but you'll never get it if you keep making excuses.
You want a better body? Eat cleaner and go to the gym REGULARLY.
You want clearer skin? Start and MAINTAIN a consistent skincare routine?
You want to be good at playing guitar? Play a little bit EVERY DAY.
You want to get into that college? Put in the hours of study that are NEEDED.
All those people who you see and get jealous of didn't get there in one day. They worked on themselves constantly. They got there through sheer persistence and consistency. You don't become better magically. You TAKE ACTION.
Discipline is a skill you cultivate, it's not a talent. I wake up at 5:30 in the morning EVERY DAY because I made myself get out of bed when my alarm went off. I'm getting good at Spanish, because I do my lessons EVERY DAY, without fail. I'm getting the body of my dreams because I make conscious choices to be healthy EVERY DAY.
I've been seeing self-help advice like "Oh, just be confident!" "Love yourself the way you are!"
Yeah, no shit, but it's hard to be confident when you don't feel good in your own skin. If it's something that can't be changed, acceptance will take time. But if it's something that YOU can change, why aren't you doing that? The gym is right around the corner, you don't need 20 more minutes of Netflix or TikTok. Stop making excuses for a lazy version of yourself.
You deserve better. And only you can get yourself the best things if you stop staying passive and make real changes to your life.
I know this isn't like my usual posts, but I had this revelation about 2 nights ago and while being soft with yourself is good and all, you need to mentally snap yourself out of choosing the easy way out.
Work on yourself, and everything will work out.
xoxo

Believe it or not but I’ll have to say this, vaunting is one method I guarantee you does WONDERS yeah it’s no different than saying your affirmations but there also is a difference the way vaunting is written just seems and sounds more realistic to me and natural because when I tell you whenever I read my vaunt my results shockingly came way too fast like I need you to do nothing just pick up a vaunt there’s several on the Internet or make your OWN read them at least in the morning and before you go to sleep at night and continue with your day do NOT overthink just forget about it coz that’s what I did. I would say my vaunt and forget about it and my day would go so well like it surprised me and then it came to my realisation. I realised when I said my affirmations I sounded as if I was forced to read them or when you are made to read out loud in the class you seem to not care or give two cents about what’s written and that is exactly what you call reading like a robot but when I started to read my vaunts my body and emotions would become so extra and dramatic like I’m LITERALLY saying something that happened to me I feel it, i live it, I act like it, that’s exactly what we have to do yeah many say that you don’t really have to care or get too much into the acting when affirming but I don’t believe that because that’s not my belief, I rather like to get in my feels and then speak it I like to feel it completely and dwell myself into that feeling and trust me it feels SO GOOD it feels so good that it has become my habit and my assumption is that vaunting works like wonders for me and IT IS WHAT IT IS right now, I recently manifested an iphone 11 which was impossible for the PAST me to achieve, yeah so funny because I’m writing this rn on my iPhone and believe me achieving is NOT IMPOSSIBLE:)
— the princess guide on glowing up:
recently i noticed how in love i've become with my appearance after a long time of strongly hating how i look. i wondered how i got to this point so i worked backwards to figure out what changed and made this post.ᡣ𐭩
GETTING OVER MY INSECURITIES
social media is one of the main things that attributed to my insecurities. when you're constantly bombarded by posts praising girls that look nothing like you for their beauty it's easy to trick yourself into thinking that must mean you're not beautiful since you have nothing in common with them. someone's beauty does not take away from yours, but it can make you forget yours. the first change i made that signified the beginning of my new found self love was when i started to look at models and influencers and actresses that looked more like me. i believe there's beauty in every feature, you just have to see it in a beautiful light. i stopped considering my features ugly when i distanced from any content that would insist on them being flaws and instead exposed myself to beautiful girls who had the same exact features and realised they didn't make them any less beautiful.
SETTING MY OWN BEAUTY STANDARDS
a crucial point in my journey to loving my physical appearance was disregarding society's already set beauty standards and it's expectations. the truth is you can't build your confidence based on how much you fit others' standards because everybody has their own idea of beauty and what might make you beautiful in someone's eyes might make you ugly in another's. so that's why i decided to create my own standards and measure myself based on what i personally think is beautiful.
i did this by taking out my journal, closing my eyes for a few seconds and imagining what i considered to be the epitomy of beauty, then i wrote down a description of what i imagined. if you're having trouble picturing the details, you can try answering some of these questions:
what kind of girl would i see on the street and would leave something that is more than an impression on me? what texture is her hair? what color is it? how is she wearing it, is it parted in the middle or to the side? is it styled or is it down? is it long or short? is she wearing makeup? if yes, is it natural makeup or is it more on the bold side? is she wearing jewellery? is it dainty or flashy? what is her body type? is she skinny or curvy? does she have her nails done? are they long or short? what type of clothes is she wearing?
after i decided on my own beauty standards, i made changes to my appearance and the closer i got to that image i had of the perfect girl in my head the happier i grew with myself.
EMBRACING MYSELF
now while i was picturing the perfect girl in my mind, i made sure that she had my features. i didn't imagine her without my 'insecurities'. essentially i was just imagining myself if i reached my maximum potential, i didn't change anything i was already born with i only changed the customizable things in a way that i thought was beautiful / suited me more. and that's what i wanna talk about in this part, the importance of embracing myself the way i am.
embracing myself didn't only help me in the mental aspect where i started to love myself more, but it also helped me physically. i started to look a lot better when i stopped trying to force myself to look 'sexy' and admitted that i was more suited for makeup & clothes that are more on the cuter side.
obviously i'm not trying to tell you what to do, but i'm willing to bet that you would look a whole lot better if you wore clothes that fit your body type instead of forcing yourself into tight and uncomfortable clothing. the idea is to understand that there isn't only one type of beauty, so you don't have to force yourself to do things that don't suit you to be beautiful.
IDENTIFYING YOURSELF + YOUR STYLE
i've talked about how you should do things that suit you, but how do you even know what does or doesn't suit you? well you have to start by identifying what 'you' are first.
while i was going through this phase of my glow up journey, i found that there are three things that you have to know about yourself: your face shape, your skintone/undertones and your body type. you can figure them out by looking at yourself in the mirror and referencing these charts below. if you're having a hard time determining where you fit, you can ask a family member/friend for their opinion. i think that wearing things that compliment you makes you look put together no matter what your style is, it gives you the perfect 'canvas'.ཐིཋྀ
from these three things you can figure out what eyebrow shape, hairstyles + hair colors, clothes and colors would suit you the best. you can do that by simply going on pinterest or tiktok and looking up "hairstyle recommendations for ____ face shape". you can also use celebrities with similar traits as inspiration.
as for developing your style, i think that is something you naturally develop over time as you try out things and evolve your taste. but if you're stuck on where to start, i recommend quizzes! there are a lot of korean/chinese quizzes scattered over the internet that can help you. something else i recommend is checking out @/dreamgrlarchive's blog, she has a lot of posts dedicated to finding your style. also, don't shy away from trying out trends or aesthetics that pique your interest, you're drawn to them for a reason so don't let people online shame you for it.
EMBODYING CONFIDENCE
the mental aspect of glowing up is something that often goes unnoticed. glowing up doesn't only require changing physically but also mentally. you have to make sure the inside matches the outside. journaling allowed me to work through any negative thoughts and feelings i had towards myself as well as identify any habits i used to do out of insecurity that i needed to get rid of. you'd be surprised at how many beautiful girls lack self esteem. become comfortable with the fact that you're beautiful.ᡣ𐭩
Seriously though? why do you always end up mogging everyone near you? You look like a real life goddess! You make models look bad and I am not even exaggerating. Your whole body is the epitome of perfection, those pretty eyes, that cute nose, with that juicy, sexy, perfect lips make people look back TWICE or more at you. You just keep on getting prettier every. single. day. Like holy shit, are you even real? No, actually? your beauty enhances literally every second and it's just so, so pleasing to look at. I could look at you forever and still want to take another look. I just don't get how pretty one can be, my standards increase rapidly just by looking at you, and tell me, is that my fault? is that my fault that I feel this way when i look at you? because, I, I really cant control how i feel when I look at you, I love the way you smile, your voice, the way your lips move when you speak, I love the way your eyes shine under the bright moon. You look like a cigarettes after sex song and you put every plastic surgeon to shame because they can never, never make someone look as pretty as you. You just are a big earth shattering ball of beauty, aren't you?
Hello Beautiful,
As we enter the final quarter of the year, it’s time to reassess, realign, and step into our power. For the high-achieving woman, Q4 is the perfect opportunity to manifest abundance, success, and peace. The last stretch of the year can be incredibly transformative if you take the time to focus on intentional growth and clarity. This guide will help you make the most of it.
A vision board is more than just a collection of inspiring images— it’s a visual roadmap to your goals. As the year draws to a close, this tool can help you stay aligned with your deepest desires and prevent distractions from trends that may not serve your higher purpose.
Why Vision Boarding Works:
Clarifies intentions: Visualizing your goals helps solidify them in your mind.
Amplifies focus: It’s easier to stay on track when you can see success every day.
Boosts motivation: A visual reminder reignites passion when the journey gets tough.
Tracks progress: As you achieve goals, you can reflect on how far you’ve come.
Encourages self-reflection: It’s a tool for assessing what truly matters to you, even as life shifts.
How to Create an Inspiring Vision Board:
Set your intentions: Before you begin, ask yourself what you truly want to manifest in the final months of the year. Be specific. Is it financial abundance? Career growth? Deeper self-love?
Gather visuals: Find images, quotes, and affirmations that align with your intentions. These can come from magazines, online, or even personal photographs that symbolize your goals.
Display with purpose: Place your vision board somewhere you’ll see it daily. It could be your workspace, bedroom, or even your phone wallpaper—wherever it can regularly inspire you.
Review regularly: As the quarter progresses, check in with your board. Adjust it as needed, whether adding new goals or removing old ones.
Vision boarding is not just about aesthetics; it’s a way to stay grounded in your purpose and connected to your inner desires. This practice empowers you to remain authentic and committed to meaningful objectives, ensuring you don’t stray from your path as the year winds down.
Along with vision boarding, journaling is an essential practice for self-discovery and personal growth. It allows you to access your innermost thoughts, uncover desires, and identify areas where you need to pivot or push harder.
The Benefits of Journaling for Clarity:
Fosters self-awareness: Writing helps you process emotions and ideas, leading to deeper understanding.
Refines your objectives: Journaling can reveal what’s most important to you, helping to prioritize goals.
Uncovers hidden strengths: Often, we don’t recognize our capabilities until we reflect on them through writing.
Helps you strategize: By identifying potential obstacles, you can develop plans to overcome them.
Enhances focus and motivation: Regular journaling keeps your objectives clear, making it easier to stay disciplined.
Journaling Prompts for a Powerful Q4:
What do I want to achieve by the end of this year?
What obstacles have held me back in the past, and how can I overcome them?
What are my strengths, and how can I leverage them to reach my goals?
How do I want to feel when I look back on this year in December?
What am I grateful for right now, and how can I use that energy to propel me forward?
When you make journaling a part of your daily routine, you create space for clarity and creativity. This practice is especially powerful for manifesting success and growth because it fosters a mindset of continuous self-improvement and reflection.
The final quarter is not just about working toward your goals but also about transforming your mindset to support your journey. Affirmations and mental resets are two key strategies for doing this.
Why Mindset Matters:
Success isn’t just about hard work; it’s about believing you are worthy of the results. Affirmations are a daily tool to remind yourself of your power and potential. Whether you say them in front of a mirror or write them in your journal, affirmations help shift limiting beliefs into empowering ones.
Examples of Affirmations for a Powerful Q4:
I am deserving of all the abundance that is coming my way.
I am capable of achieving everything I set my mind to.
I am worthy of success, love, and happiness.
I trust the process and know that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
I release any doubts and embrace my power fully.
Daily mental resets can also help you stay grounded when challenges arise. These can be as simple as taking a few deep breaths, practicing meditation, or taking a short walk to clear your mind. By intentionally resetting, you can approach tasks with renewed energy and focus.
As the year draws to a close, the fourth quarter provides an opportunity for reflection, growth, and manifestation. Whether through vision boarding, journaling, or affirmations, reclaim your power and finish the year with intention.

start early
to get as much done as possible, you may need to start waking up earlier. this can be hard, but once you start, it will get easier and easier until it is part of your routine. wake up earlier, start earlier, get it done.
try not to see others as competition, but use them as motivation
while paris saw rory as competition at first, she finished knowing that no one could compare to her and just because rory was also very intelligent, it doesn’t mean that she wasn’t. there will always be others that are getting better grades than you or studying better than you, but try not to get caught up in that. she’s top of the class? use her to motivate yourself to do better. if you’re feeling low and comparing yourself to others, there’s probably a reason for that. find what it is within yourself, fix it, and come back better than ever.
use all resources available to you
paris wouldn’t let one opportunity to better her education or further her intelligence pass, and neither should you. use every resource and opportunity handed to you and work for the ones that aren’t.
stay determined
there will always be times where you don’t feel like studying or you’re feeling discouraged, but do not let these moments or days keep you from doing what you need to do. it’s okay to rest your brain when needed, but never quit. your future self will thank you for it.
have a plan and stick to it
take time to make a plan that will work realistically and effectively for you. once you have your plan, stick to it. again, there will always be times where you aren’t feeling like it, but don’t let these moments negatively impact your habits and goals. stick to your routine and you will get to a point where you don’t even think twice about it anymore.
go above and beyond
when it comes to studying, it isn’t always enough to just do the bare minimum. most of the time, it will benefit you far more to put some extra time and work in. research further than just a chapter of a textbook or a few slides of a powerpoint. you will never regret being more well-read.
get out of your comfort zone
paris knows that to be the best, you will have to do some things that you have never done before. you will have to talk to new people, present your research to a big group of strangers, travel if needed, learn things you never thought you would have to learn, etc. your comfort zone will be your downfall. realize that you will have to do things you aren’t enthusiastic about, and that’s okay.

can you make a really nice, smooth, productive morning routine please!!
p.s i love your blog sm!!
thank uuu! 💗
having a good morning routine starts with having a good night routine. none of this will be possible without a sustainable night routine
the time you wake up depends on the time you go to bed. it is advised for you to get 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night. for example, if you wanted to wake up a 5:OOAM you would have to be in bed by 9-10:00pm, figuring out what time you would like to be up in the morning is all up to you and your preference
having a perfect balance of tasks in the morning is key to having a beneficial morning. things i recommend doing in the morning includes; movement of some sort, journaling, making sure your space is clean, doing some sort of activity to stimulate you mind, and making yourself look presentable.
MOVEMENT: implementing some sort of movement in your morning routine has several benefits. you'll notice it will increase your productivity throughout the day.
JOURNALING: adding journaling to your daily routine will boost your mood and energy throughout the day. starting your day with gratitude will overall improve you view on life.
CLEAN SPACE = CLEAN MIND: starting off your morning with a clean room ultimately gives you a clear head space for the day ahead. whether you decide to clean your room the night before or in the morning, it is super beneficial to have a clean space.
MIND BUILDING ACTIVITY : starting your day off with a mind building activity leads to better concentration, reduced stress, and an overall better mental state.
LOOK GOOD FEEL GOOD: getting ready in the morning and making yourself feel presentable ultimately boosts your confidence leading to better performance in daily activities, including: school, sports, etc.
We all have those moments. When you see someone with your dream body, someone living the dream life of yours. There's a clenching in your heart. Use that to your advantage. Change envy and jealousy to inspiration. How beautiful that is.
Manifestation isn't delusion. You're not crazy for believing you deserve better and that you can give it to yourself 💀.
THE 4D DIARY
It’s a journal to rolplay as if your manifestations have already been fulfilled, and write about them like a diary.
many of us have a very difficult situation with our self concept. The objective of the book it’s to help us with the self concept and normalice the desires that we are manifesting in our life.
It’s a small notebook book, (at least once a week) write on it as if your manifestation was already there:
- Describe yourself, not only physically but mentally. Describe your ideal body, thoughts, clothes…
- Describe specific scenarios. Receiving your A+ grades, working at that exciting job, talking with those cool new people…
- Describe how it FEELS to be around your SP. Describe their smell, the way they look at you, the way they treat you…
- HELPING YOU VISUALISE: Imagine yourself as if you were already there will help you change your mindset and habituate yourself of FEELING this way.
- HELP WITH SELF CONCEPT: Every time you doubt about yourself, read the diary, this will remind you that you are ALREADY LIVING YOUR 4D
- HELP TO STOP GLORYING OUR DESIRES: We usually unconsciously glorify our desires making them look as if they where imposible, the objective it’s mainly training our brain to go through this experiences so we stop glorifying them and they actually start showing up in our 3D reality
- Write after a visualisation meditation
- Be “realistic” (What I mean by this is that you should describe your experiences with your own words and personality, you can be truly free with your use of words, don’t try to sound elegant or out of your personality, this has to look like a page of your ACTUAL diary)
- DONT PUT AFFIRMATIONS HERE: This journal it’s not with the main objective of manifest BUT to help you get into the MIND STATE as if you have ALREADY manifested what you want. By adding a list of affirmations you will loose that special personal touch, it won’t look like a diary to talk about your experiences but more like a manifestation journal, for me personally it makes it feel more forced and less personal.
