((I'm good! I'm so sorry to leave this and Virgil's blog for so long. I got so caught up in both a new relationship and a new job that i just didn't have time to keep up with any of my blogs anymore. I'm trying to get back to tumblr, though, so it's just a matter of time before you hear from the boys again!!!))
Admin: Sorry I haven't done anything for Logans birthday. This election has me stressed out and I had a nine hour shift at work today and tomorrow. We'll do something Thursday when I'm off.

If it is any consolation for Roman, Julian is very excited to meet him. He wants to meet all of my housemates, but he is particularly interested in Roman. And Remus, though I believe that is only because of Remus's...eccentricities

I believe he has a fundamental idea. I have always been honest with him, as much as one can be with a seven year old without causing too much mental strain. He was rather happy by my return, but he is familiar with my life back home. He alone in my immediate family knows about Roman. As far as I am aware, at least.
It is him who helps me get on here from time to time as well. I would say his presence and assistance is the best thing about this situation.

I love you very much as well, and I hope you are correct in the notion that we will be together again soon.
But please take care of yourself, love. While this situation is not ideal and is rather a lot to deal with, I am unharmed and well. I am concerned about your wellbeing, however. I know your fears and what must have been going through your head and while I don't want to put such vulnerable things on such a public website, i want you to rest assured that my love for you has not and will not cease. Greetings everyone. I must make this quick, as I do not have too much time.
I see that my absence has been noticed on here. Roman my love I am so sorry. I am very glad that you found my phone. Please keep it safe for me.
This is what happened:
I received a message that I thought was from my aunt asking to meet for brunch. though I am weary to go out to a public place with the current events, she assured me that it would be at an outdoor space at a rather quiet time of day, so I agreed. This was the night before, when Roman was already asleep.
I left rather early in the morning, as I had wanted to read in the park adjacent to the restaurant for a while. Roman, as well as the rest of the household, was either still asleep or hadn’t gotten up for the day yet. I had full intended to send a message to you, Roman, telling you where I was and that i would be home by the afternoon. However I did not realize until I had arrived that I had forgotten my phone. Very unlike me, I am aware, however it seems that it is a good thing now.
When it came time to meet with my aunt, i was surprised that she was not there. In fact, the restaurant in question was closed on Sundays. What I did find there was my mother, whom i have not seen or spoken to in months. You can imagine my confusion.
She told me that she was there to bring me home. That she knew I would not agree to meet with her so she posed as my aunt. When I told her that I did not intend on leaving--my studies, my boyfriend, or my friends--she responded with saying that I did not have a choice.
i do not remember what happened after that. All I know is that one moment i was there and the next i was waking up in a car and I was already a state away from home.
My parents seem to think that locking me in isolation will “remind” me of who I “really” am and so I have hardly left my childhood bedroom, let alone my house. I only found a way to post here because they finally granted me to take Julian out for a short while, most of that on his part I’m sure.
I do not know what I will do. I do not know what I can do. All I know is that I am very homesick and I miss you very much, Roman. I love you, please do not forget that. You are not to blame for any of this.
I will try to return here to speak with you--with all of you--as soon as I can.

A History of Logan
Admin: Alright a bit of a explanation/reminder of Logan’s relationships with his parents for those of you who don’t know/don’t remember.
Logan grew up in a very conservative family. His parents are in the upper-class and they have a lot of high expectations for Logan. He’s been pressured to be perfect his whole life--perfect grades, perfect speech, perfect health, perfect everything. they are also pretty controlling. they make Logan do what they want him to do, and they don’t take his opinions or wants or needs into consideration. they’re very much “i know you better than you know yourself because i birthed/raised you.”
When Logan got into collage (on a full scholarship, of course) it took a lot of convincing for his parents to let him go all the way across the country, but this school has one of the best teaching programs in the country, so that helped his case.
Everything was fine until Logan started sharing a house with five other people. that was when he was “corrupted” (aka shown that he didn’t have to live exactly how his parents wanted him to). When Logan agreed to be a stage manager on one of Roman’s shows, they kinda lost it. It wasn’t what “they” had “agreed” on and it was unacceptable behavior. this is really what put Logan at odds with his family. they pressured him to transfer schools, and he eventually gave in and agreed. He couldn’t just tell them to shove it because he couldn’t risk them disowning him and leaving his little brother, Julian, at their expense.
Logan’s housemates did not take kindly to the situation and worked very hard to figure out a way to help Logan stay. He told them about his aunt that he barely knew at the time, who was more than happy to meet them all and get to know her nephew more (she was never allowed in his life before then). when she found out what was going on, she promptly yelled at her sister and brother-in-law and made them agree to let Logan stay for the rest of the year.
Summer came, Roman and Logan were officially a couple, and Logan’s parents wanted him to come home. He promised them a month, basically, and went there more out of obligation than anything else. During that trip he convinced them to let him finish out his bachelors degree at his current school and he was able to go back home to his boyfriend and housemates (friends. they’re friends).
He’s hardly spoken to either of his parents since then, aside from short and careful conversations. He’s very fond of his aunt now, and he was (in the background) in the process of trying to get Julian into either his or his aunt’s custody.
the how and why his parents basically kidnapped him is what you’ll have to stay tuned to find out

it seems that Roman has been having rather vivid nightmares and that’s what’s causing this sudden behavior. It is a relief to have an understanding of what has been going through his mind for these past few days, however I am rather concerned about his reaction to these nightmares.
Some anxiety can be understandable, but this has been very extreme. Perhaps I should speak with him about talking to a professional about it.
Admin: okay that oneshot of Logan and Roman's talk is gonna have to wait till morning. I've had a long day 😅
They do talk tonight, though, but updates will have to happen in the morning.

Patton is helping, yes. He has been a comfort to Roman, I believe. He certainly is better with handling these intense emotions, and he seems to understand them better.
However I do not want him to misuse Roman’s trust. I do not wish for another in house feud, so I have not pushed Patton to tell me what he knows. All he has told me is that I should approach the subject in a more gentle way with him and try to dedicate more time to for us.
I’m not entirely sure what he means, if I am being honest. I have been doing my best to balance everything I have going on, and Roman is far from being at the bottom of my priorities. Quite the contrary. As to approaching the subject more gently, well...I do not really know how to do that. I thought I was being gentle, but I suppose my techniques were not correct.
