Despite this though, he lets out a hearty laugh and takes a hold of your hand, “Alright then, I won’t go fighting monsters anymore,” his smile then curls into a smirk as he adds with a wink, “But just so you know, I’m fairly experienced at fishing, how about a match and see who has the most caught fishes?”

There is a fishing spot near the Dawn Winery and DILUC knows about it. He was silent at first about it but when you asked, he hesitatingly replied “We used to fish here too before.”

He doesn’t talk about it but it was fairly obvious that he was reminiscing about something—silent as he could ever be as he fished with you and helped you with both of your catches.

Unable to contain it, you suddenly uttered an apology to him—hesitant, you were. Turning to face you, you were faced with a confused look of your boyfriend before a gentle smile breaks on his lips, his free gloved-hand reaching to take yours. You could feel his thumb softly caress the back of your hand as he begins to say, “Thank you for bringing me here, my love. He knows how to fish, he has experience in fishing, and he’s also a great company since he will provide you with tips and advice on the activity in general.

“My, you are doing quite well, my dove, you must be a professional at this,” he chuckles as he brings in his—probably—tenth catch for the last five minutes. Even if he was doing far better than you, he still doesn’t forget to praise you for your achievements. Furthermore, he also knows a lot of fish meals and he might even cook one for you with an Adepti Seeker’s Stove. And his cooking are superb, I tell you.

“Excuse me, what?” SCARAMOUCHE hisses and raises a brow. “You want me to fish with you? Why can’t you ask other-“ he pauses, and he turns away suddenly, leaving you without an answer.

“Alright, I’ll just ask Childe if he’s free-”

His eyes pierced your soul in an instant, glaring at you with a visible frown mixed with a pout on his lips, his arms crossed as if he was hiding something so obvious already, “Who said you’re going with him? Come on, stand up, I thought you were going to fish right now? Well then? Don’t make me want to change my mind.”

THOMA is good at everything, including fishing. Definitely a rival to Kazuha, but he’s more of an expert only at the ones in Inazuma since they’re the ones that he’s used to catching.

“Now, where shall we go next, we’ve cleared this area already for now,” he pauses, “Do you need the ones in the Shipwreck? Raimei Angelfish, was it? Stay here, I’ll go get them for you, it’s dangerous there and I don’t want you to get hurt, baby,”

You were hesitant to ask VENTI to accompany you in Stormterror’s Lair, since it was part of your fishing spots, after all. He appears like he doesn't mind though but every once in awhile, he gets silent and stares off in the distance, only snapping off when his bait captures a fish or if you call his name.

You were about to say an apology to him when he suddenly beamed at you and grab a hold of another rod, “I’m not really good at fishing, so would you mind if you could teach me, windblume?”

He may not say any of his problems now but it was because he didn’t want to ruin the day by thinking of negative thoughts. He wishes that you won’t worry about him thus he shows his bright smile—but behind it is a self that he doesn’t want you to see, for now, that is.

XIAO knew that the fishing spot in Dihua Marsh has enemies near it, thus he did not bother much that you asked him to fish with you. What he did not expect is that you needed to go to various places to accompany you in the fishes that you needed to for a certain polearm that you wanted to obtain.

He’s probably the most thoughtful above everyone since he may be the only one who will pack snacks for both of your journeys and immediately assumes that the activity is a bonding time for the two of you.

“Here, dearest, have some of these,” he brings a sandwich near you, not expecting you to merely turn your face and bite on it since you were preoccupied with having your focus on the beautiful hues of the Abiding Angelfish that you had been eyeing at early on.

ZHONGLI smiles to himself as he watches you with your focused gaze, admiring you and your beauty in the middle of such a peaceful place.

𝐊𝐀𝐄𝐘𝐀 is a stinky and cunning bastard, he'll often talk, with you right there, about how mean and neglecting his s/o is, not giving him kisses or hugs, leaving him all alone and brokenhearted. You're so close to smacking him for being such a stinky smooth-talker.

He can and will blow hot air onto your ear, and pull away with a smug smirk as if he didn't just fluster the hell out of you. He'll continue this behavior, along with poking and prodding at you like it's nothing. Hell, Kaeya will even do the ' I'm not touching you ' just to see your reactions.

When you crack and eventually hold him close, Kaeya will have a very smug smirk as he hugs you back while ruffling your head. Don't try him, he'll just turn the tables on you. He knows damn well what he's doing after all.

𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐄 is quite the touchy and handsy young man, always having his hands on you, not caring who is watching. He loves having his hands all over you and is constantly giving you kisses as well. So he doesn't take it too well when you stop paying attention to him.

He can and he will drape himself on you, whining about how cruel and heartless you are, and clings onto you. He rubs his cheek against the top of your head as he squishes you close to him. Childe is acting likeーwell, a child.

When you get tired of his whiny ass, he will refuse to let you go, demanding payment for making him go through that hell. You deadpan at his demands, but go along with it as you ruffle his hair and press a kiss on his nose, while he eagerly smiles and soaks up the attention.

𝐓𝐎𝐇𝐌𝐀, similar to Childe, is also quite the touchy and physically affectionate man, loving the feeling of your skin against his hands. He loves holding your hand as well, as it lets him keep you close to him. Tohma also loves giving and receiving kisses as well, so you know that he's going to act offended should you not pay attention to him.

Tohma will act like a damn widow, fake sobbing and whining about how his s/o isn't giving him the love he deserves, and how they've neglected him so much. If you don't want the entirety of Inazuma to hear his whines, then you'd better drag his ass back inside. Even then good luck, since he'll continue to be a drama queen about not getting your attention.

You finally had enough of his whiny ass and kissed him, hard. Tohma was frozen for a very long time, even after you've pulled away. Then it slowly clicks in his head, and he starts getting redder and redder and hides his face in his hands. He refuses to look in your eyes and ends up being the flustered one instead.

𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐔𝐂𝐇𝐄 is such a brat about your affections; he'll hiss at you to quit it and swat you away, but later attempt to cling to you as you're busy doing your business. He may act like a brat but he's your brat, and he's the only one who gets your kisses. So he's pissed when you stop paying attention to him.

He'll give you the death stare the entire time you're not paying attention to him, and you're just deadpanning while he burns holes into your very soul. Archons forbid you to pay attention to anyone elseーhe's practically seething. Scara will march right over, and yank your hand and slap it onto his head.

You're pretty irritated because of how moody Scara is, but you just go along with it and begin to rub his head. His once irritated face has now turned into one of soft happinessーit's almost unnerving. But he's like a cute kitty, so you'll let him get away with itーthis time.

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒 𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐒𝐄𝐓

𝐀𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 is such a sweetheart that melts under your touch and kisses, and he lives for it. He also loves returning these affections as well, wanting you to know how much he loves you as well. But you really must not know how much he craves your affection because if you stop your affections, he gets antsy.

Aether is understanding if you're not in an affectionate moodーwork does take a toll on people so it's not far-fetched that you haven't kissed him in a while. But he starts to overthink, concerned if he did something wrong that upset you, and it starts to echo around his mind. So he begins to become more and more worried and has the saddest face everーlike a sad puppy.

You feel so bad that your lack of attention and affection hurt Aether in this way, so you spend a nice majority of time reassuring him and pressing comforting kisses all over his face. He's such a kind baby.

𝐀𝐋𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐎 isn't as physically affectionate or just affectionate in general as some would like, but you don't mind. You like giving him a kiss before he's off to his lab, and another to his cheek when you come to visit. He hums whenever you do so, as it feels nice and he appreciates the gesture.

At first, Albedo isn't all too bothered without the presence of your attention and affections. He does have the habit of staying up in his lab for extended periods of time after all. But if it continues, even with him being physically present, then he gets a bit salty. Not in a rude way, but more so that he just wants your attention after all that harsh lab work, and you're not sparing him a glance.

He's pretty blunt about it too, but even you don't fail to notice to subtle hurt look in his eyes. He's satisfied with your frantic answer that you didn't mean anything by it, but he won't leave until he gets your attention. You award him with a sweet kiss that lasts a few good seconds then pull away and smile.

𝐗𝐈𝐀𝐎 isn't all that familiar with affection, especially that of the physical kind. Particularly the hugs and kisses that you've introduced him to. Of course, you make sure that you're not pushing the yaksha beyond his limits and gauging how comfortable he is. He doesn't say it often, but he enjoys the gentle brush of your fingers against his cheek as you kiss the tip of his nose.

At first, Xiao just thinks that your lack of attention is just due to you being a troublesome human and seems to brush it off. But the longer he goes without your affection or attention, the more his thoughts begin to blame him. Xiao begins to wonder if he said something particularly harsh that hurt your feelings and begins to think that it's all his fault that this happened.

When you noticeーno, see how down Xiao has become, you worry that his karmic debt has become too unbearable today, so you begin to worry and fuss over him. When he finally tells you that it isn't his karmic debt, but rather, he thinks that he's pushed you away because you haven't paid him any mind. You blinkーonce, twice, before hurriedly reassuring him that it isn't his fault before you hug him close and kiss his forehead.

Xiao's pretty cute when he pouts like thatーcomplete with his blushing too.

𝐊𝐀𝐙𝐔𝐇𝐀 is such a sweet and kindhearted man, quietly accepting your physical affections with a soft blush adorning his cheeks. If you didn't know any better, you'd think that he'd almost purr, like a content cat. He rests his head on your chest as you play with his hair and whenever he wants to be embraced.

The ronin isn't visibly upset by the lack of your attention, as he keeps his usually emotionless expression on. But to those who know him best, they can see that after some time that he starts to look a bit dejected and sad without your usual kisses. He just looks like a dejected puppy at this point.

But he won't idle around, so he'll stride up to you, and softly ask if he did anything wrong, or if he hurt you in some way. You blink before you apologize for accidentally neglecting him, and offer to make it up to him. He perks up excitedly at the thought of getting lots of kisses and head rubs.

NOTES. hello! this is a little late because it got longer than i anticipated i hope you will like this one! this is just an idea that i came up with before and listed it in my checklist so i hope that i was able to do it with justice! i’m officially out of my break now so i’ll try to post one daily (if not every other day~) so yep hello again!

ALBEDO had rarely gone home before. But now, he was always in Mondstadt and the Church, where you were being taken care of by the Sisters while he momentarily leaves and comes back soon anyway. Word got around soon that his lover, you, had unfortunately fell ill and couldn’t wake up. So that’s why the genius Alchemist had gone down from the cold paths to his laboratory on the freezing mountain, everybody thought. They rarely see his face in the streets and now, they would frequently see him on a daily, carrying a bunch of flowers neatly wrapped in a bouquet on one hand while the other holds a sketch book.

When you woke up, he was beside you. There was a distant look on his eyes as his gaze was focused on one of the windows, looking afar outside. The light of the sun draped over his beautiful face, hair messily styled as usual. Everything was silent until he turned back to your form and his eyes met you. You could see the way they widened ever so slightly before it softened when he smiled, prompting himself to stand and walk by your side. He traces his hand on the side of your face and you could barely let out a few words, breath taken away by his appearance. What you didn’t know, he was feeling the same way.

“You had your beauty sleep for far too long, darling, but I know you’d come back to me.”

CHILDE is a mess. Ah, how did this come to be? He already went and gave revenge for you, but why are you still not awake? The wait is slowly eating him up from the inside; bags under his tired eyes, hair even messier than usual, shoulders slumped over, his confidence completely dropped down to a notch. He had gone sloppier, his subordinates would whisper around—always making the job quicker, taking care of it by himself as to be able to go home with you faster. Poor lord harbinger, they’d say, and he'd usually hear them. It didn’t help.

When you woke up, he wasn’t there, but one of his subordinates was. Nadia panicked when she saw your state and immediately called the others, hearing her shout that they should call Dr. Baizhu and their boss, Childe. He was the only one you saw despite the doctors and nurses that entered the room, appearance looking more disheveled than usual.

“What… happened…?” you tried to ask him but he only smiled and reached for the hand that you raised to attempt touching his cheeks, kissing it and holding it tight with both his hands.

“Don’t worry about me, baby, I’m just glad you’re awake now.”

DILUC rarely goes out on his night rounds anymore. He made sure that he hired the best doctors for you and he let the maids take care of you whilst he was momentarily away. Even they will sense the new schedule that their young master circled on the past few months. It was then that they truly witnessed how much he loves you.

When you came to be, it was one of the maids who stopped by that you saw first. You were already sitting on the bed, gazing out at the window and letting the sunlight bathe you gently. Moments later, doctors came and it took awhile for him to come home. He was out at that time but it was a good thing he was on his way home when Elzer came running and told him the news.

He was already reaching out to you as the others gave the two of you a moment to spend some time together. An overwhelming surge of joy came to him that he couldn’t stop himself from kissing the crown of your head and pulling them to his chest, cradling you ever so gently.

“Thank you, thank you for coming back, love.”

GOROU saw you as his peace. Whenever he seeks to take a rest and have a moment of silence, he visits you on Watatsumi Island, where the Divine Priestess herself promised to have you greatly taken care of.

By the time he entered the room, he was surprised to see you already speaking to Kokomi, who briefly smiled at him and stood up to walk out of the room and leave the two of you behind. When she was gone, he was frozen in place for the meantime until you held out your arms, “Are you not going to hug me, cutie?”

There were tears in the corner of his eyes but with a call of your name, he was already buried in your chest for you to see them, arms clenched tightly on your waist, carried away by emotions.

He said no more words as you played with his ears and he leaned his head more into your touch, clearly missing the way it was before. And now, you had came back and his sense of peace only increased.

From afar, KAEYA looks really fine. He acts and works as he would before and will always say that he’s alright. The pitiful stares, however, it’s getting to him. He didn’t like them, but he could do nothing else but pretend that everything is okay—he is okay. He drifts off into Angel’s Share often, stays overtime more, volunteers in more missions, just to get his mind off of things.

And when you woke up, he was racing back to the Church as fast as he could. It had been awhile since he visited you, and he felt embarrassed by it.

“I’m sorry,” were his first words, letting you embrace him as he hid his face on your side, but nonetheless wrapping his arms on your waist. And as you whispered to him affirmations that everything was going to be okay, the tension in his muscles relaxed and there, what he appeared to be these past few months all came true because of you.

KAZUHA never left your side ever since. Beidou lets him nurse you and also visits you frequently when she can. He receives pay from her even if he wasn’t in the Crew for awhile and he’s grateful for her. He dedicates himself in another undemanding side job and in taking care of you daily. He makes sure he makes haiku and poems for you and he’s in the room with you while he’s in the process of making them, reading and thinking aloud for you to hear his voice.

When you woke up, it wasn’t a surprise for him, but it surely made his heart swell in joy. Leaning on to you to press a kiss on your cheek, he says, “The gods might have heard my prayers, and I knew you’d hear me as well, dove.”

SCARAMOUCHE is snappier than usual, his subordinates would complain. Yet, there is only one time and place when and where he’d be silent and be in peace—your house.

He actually brought a home for you when you fell into a coma, for you to rest on and for him to visit. He of course did not tell this to anyone not because he was ashamed of his actions, but because it was for your safety. If any of his enemies come and inflict any sort of harm to you, he would never forgive them.

He only has his few, selected and trusted lackeys there so he has no need to worry. When he received the news that you woke up, he was immediately up and about, going straight to where the house was.

To say that you were surprised was an understatement for not only did you get to know that he brought the house himself for the both of you but when he came bursting in the door to your room, he immediately went straight to you and embraced you; both arms wrapped protectively around you, the side of your head on his chest, where you could hear his heart pounding in probably the rush of going here.

“Who told you you could do that?” he begins to rant, but despite his words, his tone was of the opposite, “You’re so selfish when you want to be. Why…” he sighs, pulling you away gently and leaning down with his fingers on your chin, landing a soft kiss on your lips, his gaze far different than his usual ones, “Don’t ever make me worry like that again, understood?”

THOMA hopes for a miracle. Everyday, each and every second that passes is a moment without your smile; your laugh; your voice, he misses them. He does everything in a breeze, silently waiting for your return. And even if it turned days to weeks, weeks turned to months, and even after a year, he waited.

Until that day came.

He was doing his daily duties as usual, running around Ritou only for Ayaka herself came and told the news, which he immediately left what he was doing and went back to where you were in the Kamisato Estate, where the Kamisato’s themselves promised to take care of you whilst you were in your unconscious state.

He took one long breath before sliding the door to your room open, making eye contact with you as soon as he did so.

Your smile welcomed him, and he couldn’t stop himself as he went and embraced you. Even with his surge of emotions, he was careful in his touch, still unbelieving that you were back and okay.

“Thank you for never letting go, I knew you wouldn’t. I… Thank you, just-” you pull him away only enough for you to peck him on his lips, effectively shutting him up and for you two to embrace each other even more.

VENTI visits you frequently with a smile on his face. He’d be carrying his lyre, a bunch of apples, and maybe even Cecilias that he carefully picked—a present for you, he’d say. He spends most of his day with you and only goes out when he would want to take something home for you. He had gotten used to it, even if it sounds absurd even in his mind.

“Windblume~ I’m here!” he’d chirp, used to hearing silence afterwards, only for you to call back like you would usually back then at your home.

He sprints off to your bed and you could see the tears on the corner of his eyes, throwing himself to your waist and sobbing, which prompted you to also do the same.

“You came back! I knew you would! I… I was second guessing earlier and I…”

“Shhh…” you held him up with his cheeks and kissed his forehead, smiling assuringly at him, “I’m back now, I won’t leave you ever again.”

XIAO had lost all hope. Even if he consented having to wait for you to wake up after that night of being attacked, he knew in himself that he shouldn’t believe in the false hope that you would.

He took his mind off of ‘unnecessary worries’ and was usually out to slay demons on his own. His fellow Adepti and Verr Goldet herself was worried about him for how he was acting so detached with you, but when you finally woke up, Verr tells you to call for his name and he was there in an instant.

He stood frozen afar from you for a long time, fingers gripping tightly on the pole of his spear until it vanishes into thin air, his whole body easing up at the same time.

He looked at the ground as he walked slowly towards you, only to sit on the side of the bed and facing away from you, looking shameful.

“Xiao? Wha-” however before you could continue what to say, he was reaching for your hand, both of his gloved hands cradling your own. You were silent as he places soft kisses on each of your knuckles before he bows and presses them on his forehead, still holding onto them as gently as possible.

“I… I thought I lost you,” he says, slightly muffled with the way he was positioned, “Thank you… Thank you for coming back to me.”

ZHONGLI lived like you were still there with him. He willed himself to talk to you even as you were asleep—‘asleep,’ he’d think, pushing all negative thoughts behind. It’s much easier this way, he believes.

And as he was in the middle of telling a story to you, just as he usually would, your eyes were fluttering open. Of course, he immediately stops and sits upright, only leaning a bit to place a hand on yours, letting his warmth somehow get to you.

He was known to be a calm man, and he was the whole time that you were coming to be—keeping as calm as possible.

“Welcome back, darling,” he sits beside your form and carefully reaches out to the side of your face, “do you want me to brew you your favorite tea?”

When you shook your head, he only smiled and nodded, leaning in to press a gentle but long kiss on your forehead. “I’m grateful that you came back. I missed you dearly.”

“Dearest” is when ZHONGLI soothes you when you’re stressed over a vendor who was scolding him after he came out without a wallet, hand rubbing on your shoulders or wrapping themselves on your waist, trying to usher you away for the fight not to escalate further. But when it does, one look from him is enough for the others to cower away at the intensity they hold despite not knowing his true identity. While “sweetheart” is whenever you two were on bed, relishing each other’s presence and letting the dream world embrace you both. Even if he doesn’t need sleep, you are the one whom he needs—much more than you could’ve ever imagined coming from a divine being such as he.

“It’s time to close your eyes, sweetheart,” he smiles at you lovingly, “I wish you a goodnight, dearest.”

XIAO slips a “(my) angel” whenever he thinks you’re asleep. There are times that you hear it but mostly it’s late at night and you couldn’t wait for him anymore. With a brush of his bare hand over your hair or your cheek, or whenever he was in a moment of being afraid to unconsciously hurt you, he places them above your leg, covered by the blanket where he knows he could not unconsciously cause you harm. Longing, such an unnecessariness for an Adeptus, but it was the very same picture on his eyes, glittering beneath the glow of the moonlight where he knew only he could see these emotions he says he failed to have.

“Go sleep, my angel, I’ll be here,” he brings his hand on top of your skin—bare, ungloved, just as how he is with his feelings, “May your dreams be of peace and the dark shall leave you be.”

VENTI calls you by many endearments. He’s called you “windblume,” “my love,” “my darling,” “my sweet flower,” and a variety of others even if it was just in one sentence. You might even hear him often call you “Hey there, lover!”. However, his favorite is when he calls you “my muse”. There is something rather special about that call—as a bard himself, and also as someone who appreciates you from the inside and out. He thinks you save him just by existing—you are his inspiration, and he wants you to know that each and every time he calls you his muse.

“Have you got any other else to do today, my muse? Care to join me for a trip in Dadaupa Gorge?”

THOMA is rather convinced he’ll marry you in the future. His favorite endearment to call you is “honey.” However, he also thinks that when you two have gotten married, he’ll want to call you “wifey/hubby” just to joke around with you, or tease you whenever he wants to. But what you don’t know is that these are actually what he truly feels on the inside—he wants you not only for now, but if you’d give him the freedom to choose, he’d choose a life of eternity with you on it.

“Honey, can you pass me the salt, please? Yes, this is Dry-Braised Salted Fish. Do you want me to cook anything else?”

Very rarely does SCARAMOUCHE ever call you an endearment. The most he’d call you is “mine,” probably, when he’s feeling extra possessive due to stress or being pushed into the corner. He mutters it in between his kisses or when he nibbles on your skin, trailing his lips where he deems anyone could see just so he could not only prove it to you but to others as well. When he’s feeling confident and teasing, however, he calls you “darling” with a smirk on his face, knowing full well he has caught you off-guard and loving the way you fluster beneath him.

“Hm? You tired, darling? I thought you’d like to take me on top of Starsnatch Cliff?” he smirks, “What? Want me to carry you or something?”

KAZUHA calls you by the things you remind him of. “Dove,” “angel,” “flower,” “sunshine,” or even “butterfly.” It varies, most of the time, for the lips of a poet is something to be wary of—sweet, like a teeth-rotting candy or a chocolate bar you receive in a Trick of Treat. He makes it his mission to make your heart flutter even as seasons pass by, or when you both grow old. He hopes that it would be enough, at least, for you to stay, flying on the winds with him, high above the clouds, soaring like two love birds fated for each other.

“What must be on your mind, dove? Care to share it to me?”

KAEYA calls you “babe” most, if not all the time. It’s been like that probably even before you two had gotten together. It’s something that both he and you had gotten used to that it’s quite difficult to even imagine if he calls you with anything but “babe,” especially in moments that he surely knows he will. Perhaps, this is what he wishes for—consistency, to stay as it is and never falter away. He wanted it not to.

“You coming with, babe?” he muses, “What now? Are you neglecting your own boyfriend-Ow,” he chuckles, “Alright, alright, groceries first before Angel’s Share, as promised.”

“Love” is when GOROU and you were still a couple, but he dreams of calling you “honey” when he settles with you in the future. It’s sort of traditional for the people of Inazuma to call their spouses with “honey,” based on what he’d observed. He’s fairly affectionate, not afraid of showing them to you even if others are present. His tone, his voice, his eyes; how different they were whenever he calls you “love.” He is certain about this—this relationship that is deemed to be everlasting and boundless. “Love” is what he feels for you, forever, and probably always.

“Love, there is no need to worry,” he softly says as he reaches and presses a kiss on your forehead, “I will go back home safe. I promise.”

“Must you really tempt me away from my work, honey?” he smiles as he pulls you on his lap and lets you encircle your own arms on his neck while his were on your waist, “Perhaps I may take a short break for my dear. What is it that you’d like to do, hm?”

ALBEDO has a knack of whispering “darling” next to your ear and seeing what your reaction would be. He has a small smile on his face and maybe even a release of a soft chuckle, his breath fanning themselves on your skin below your ear before adoringly pressing a chaste kiss on them. Physics is when an unconscious pull brings him to you and Chemistry is when he finds himself amused with whatever you do, even if they’re not what he expected them to be most of the time.

“Busy, darling?” he does it again, his hand carefully placing itself on your shoulder as he lands a kiss on your temple, “Always the hardworker. Can I really not persuade you to look at me for a little while?”

AETHER, at first, refuses to call you with an endearment, in fear of you getting attached to him and you both hurting in the process. He cannot handle falling for you and losing you again. Now, however, he tends to call you “beloved,” never failing to always look you in the eye and communicate his love and care for you. Home was where he and his sister were before, but now, he found another person who could truly understand him no matter who he is, was, or will be. You will stay with him, he knows you will.

“Feeling alright, beloved?” he caresses your cheek, eyes focused on yours, always holding the same care as it did to any other he feels them for, “Tell me what you need and I’ll give them to you. Anything.”
