Info dump, share if you want or rephrase, etc: Up until today, I’ve been hearing suggestions that people who have changed/are changing their names and gender markers apply for as many official documents as they can esp if they’re in a friendly state. As of the 22nd, it appears that has changed with respect to passport applications, where the Colorado Name Change project is now reporting nationwide officials have been instructed to deny passports and confiscate supporting documents (I.e corrected birth certificates, SSID, etc). Which is to say DO NOT SEND IN YOUR PASSPORT OR OTHER CORRECTED DOCUMENTS FOR A PASSPORT UPDATE REQUEST in the US. However, currently issued documents are not currently expected to be retroactively withdrawn so if you have a corrected passport HANG ONTO IT.

My name is mahmoud mohammed jaafar jaafar i studied computer engineering and graduated from university in 2023 i worked as a software engineer in a local company here in gaza unit the war started, then the company got destroyed and became unemployed and our house is destroyed partially and became inhabitant to live in but nevertheless we stayed in it because we do not else to go i currently live in north gaza where is a scarcity of food and i have 3 brothers and 4 sister one of them died while he was trying to find food for the family so i am the eldest in my family now i have to provide a living for them

Punks/alts/emos/goths/grunge folks of tumblr, when you boycott mcdonalds and starbucks and disney, reminder that pepsi-cola is also being boycotted; meaning monster isn't compliant with the boycott either. BUT there is an alternative: alani energy drinks are compliant. I haf been thinking about it, personally i prefer black tea w/ sugar, but some of my alt friends needed an alternative drink, hopefully this helps!!
