[Image description: a social media post from user "Jennifer Adcock, RPG Designer" (@JenKatWrites) reading: You know who doesn't get imposter syndrom? Cats. Not only does every cat know they're a cat, I think every cat believes firmly, with conviction, that they are the best possible cat, the prime example of a cat, the most cat a cat could be. Yes, this is true. All cats are the best cat. Every single one. And I love that they know it. I love that they love themselves so much, it is the actual best thing.
My favorite thing in this fandom is how everyone drools over this look. Because it's the most boring outfit imaginable, and yet she's just glowing. Compared with how she was the entire rest of the series, the difference is night and day.
I also love that they kept her looking kind of windblown -- her hair's messy, her clothes are a little rumpled, something about her belt is just slightly off-kilter/cattywompus. And I love that she's still a bit shy or something, that even though she's happier and more alive now she's still recognizable as the same gorgeous awkward weirdo she always was.
Ugh. This was just really well done and I love it.
watched the finale of Deadloch and my main takeaway is this lookโข๏ธ
How much is too much detail to get into for the sake of a fanfic? Asking for a friend. (Please note, I do not have any insider knowledge of this set's floor plan. I have reconstructed this from what we can see in the series.)
how to not be a perfectionist by Molly Brodak
Ohhhh I really like this take.
What I see over and over is that almost all people want to be participants in storytelling, in some way. People don't only want to be passive. Everyone is an artist, everyone has feelings and wants to share them.
I love that we're like this. <3 <3 <3

Did you know you can make apple syrup by using a steam juicer then reducing the juice by 6x and viola syrup?
Whoa! That's neat. This is actually my first time ever hearing about steam juicers. After I got your ask I went and read about them on Wikipedia. Where I come from we just squash apples in a cider press. It's fast and messy :-)
Fannish things, writing, other stuff. Often NSFW. My pronouns are they/them.
