as someone with autism, i never really reflected on how “odd” ena’s dialogue seemed while playing dbbq. it just… made sense. and if it didn’t, i simply accepted what ena said and moved on.
i see all these posts of “this is what ena meant when she said "miss could you please keep it down, the delivery worker is right here"”, but i just kind of got it when ena said it. taski is being loud and disturbing, and ena wants her to chill out because she’s just trying to do her job.
a bunch of the other oddities of the game were glossed over by me too. froggy levitating and glowing while getting a call? sure, that happens sometimes. everyone being surprised ena has a job? i’d be surprised too if i just saw the blue and yellow one and now this new one is inquiring about wages. leg blood vivarium? that’s their natural habitat, obviously.
anyways… just a ramble. maybe i should play dbbq a third time from a more literal standpoint?
