I'm gonna be real it was fucking weird for Marvel to insinuate that Bucky was SA'd as the Winter Soldier in TFATWS and then never fucking address it again. Like? It was so obvious how that scene was meant to be taken. From Sam's concern and confusion to Selby's instant understanding and delight to Bucky's painful embarrassment to the way Zemo touches his face and speaks so knowingly it's just. Ugh oh my god. They never should have had that scene if they couldn't address it properly.
