Hi! It's #KidLitArtPostcard again!
I'm Anna an illustrator from Barcelona who loves nature and drawing stories with lots of animals. I'm looking for exciting projects, mostly games, picture and board books!

My art vs artist 2024. This year I have no photo in the center (you all must know I’m quite camera-shy) but a cute self-portrait. I was always a little scared of drawing humans and especially myself, but, for me, this year I think it has been the year of illustrator and self-portraits.
Thank you for all the love and support and for sticking around with me despite this algorithm that seems determined to hide all my posts. I can’t wait to share more of my illustrations, stories full of nature and adventures with you in 2025. Wishing you all an incredible and wonderful year!🤍
✨Reshares are greatly appreciated!!✨
EN|| This rabbit is not a mermaid, although it’s very close to one. The most adventurous rabbit in the world, after traveling to space to meet the planets and stars, he is putting on his wetsuit and fins and going out to explore one of the most unknown worlds on planet Earth, the ocean. All the drawings are inspired by real marine animals, can you recognize any of them? If I had to choose one of these little animals to see up close, I think I’d choose the blue whale, the turtle or one of the puffer fish, although all the creatures in there seem quite interesting to me and the marine world, in general, is impressively rich, I still surprise myself by discovering fish of colors and shapes that I did not imagine possible and, furthermore, we are still discovering new species. 🐋🐡🐠
ENG || This past June 8 was the #worldoceansday and it has been all about reducing plastic consumption, a necessary gesture that should be taken to our day to day. One week a year is not enough for the health of the planet earth and above all to save marine life. Every year up to 12 million tons of garbage reach the oceans and seas. Plastics represent between 60% and 80% of marine waste. All these plastics seriously damage the health of aquatic ecosystems and the survival of the species that inhabit them. The microplastics are fragments of plastic smaller than 5mm that can be generated from the breakage of large pieces of plastics or manufactured directly like this, as in the case of microspheres present in hygiene and cleaning products (exfoliants, toothpaste, etc.). this type of plastics are particularly harmful since when ingested by marine animals it causes gastrointestinal blockages and alternations in their reproduction and feeding patterns. In addition there are studies that show that these microplastics are being transferred along the food chain. Between 21% and 54% of these particles in the world are found in the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore macroplastics (fragments larger than 25mm) such as plastic bags, fishing nets, bottles, etc. also impact marine life including marine mammals, seabirds and sessile fauna (corals), as they cause entanglement, suffocation, strangulation and malnutrition. It’s noteworthy that, approximately, 17% of the species that ingest or become entangled with marine waste appear on the red list of endangered species of the international union for the conservation of nature. When art conservators in the United Kingdom were cleaning a 17th-century Dutch seascape, they found a surprise: an image of a beached whale that had been hidden for at least 150 years.
Oh, You never expect a whale!
Néhány extra kép a behancen.
I drew this Treasure Map illustration for YKRA, a Hungarian backpack company. The illustration is silkscreen printed onto yellow canvas. This collection is made for children, or for adults who have never grown up. I wanted to make a world full of places waiting to be discovered, like the plains with nice places to camp, the swamp with giant frogs, the pine forest and the island with strange rocks and a cloister. I hid many little details in the map, you can also search for the buried treasure if you follow the letters Y, K, R and A. And I can also tell you that the names of the towns are might sound strange but this is not just mere coincidence.
Thanks to YKRA for the comission! Some extra illustrations and photos on my behance. The scout backpack, the gymbag and the pencilcase are available at YKRA store.
A screen print I did for a 'Tourism' themed print fair. Nothing says 'I love you' like carving someone's name in to a whale shark.
I'm selling a very limited number of these in my Internet shop:

I also stuck this one on toyhouse, because I like writing about creatures and such.
