Literally. This plot driver is so f stupid it makes no sense. It is in itself a motherfucking plothole. Everytime it pops up somewhere I just laugh cuz it’s do fucking stupid.

I always laugh when vampires plan to block out the sun and make it eternal nighttime because... what are you going to eat? Humans, animals, and plants require sunlight to survive. Soon enough, everything will die, and what will be left?

Do you ever think about what would have happened if Greta had never sent that letter to Adrian? Or if Sypha and Trevor had never returned? Adrian would be all alone in that castle, coping with the weight of his parents deaths and the murder of two people who he trusted enough with a piece of him so sacred. How they now took that piece of him to their grave. He would rot in that castle with nothing to live for except for the promise he made to people who will never return. Years have gone by and he’s forgotten how to speak because what use is it talking to ghosts? Years have gone by and he’s weakened from a lack of food that he’s too saddened to bother to hunt anymore. He would curl up waiting for when he’s needed again knowing that day will never come, until Vlad and Lisa have finally chosen to see their son again. A son they chose to abandon for the sake of seeing the world. A son they left to die who will know have to deal not with the weight of his parents deaths but with the knowledge that all these years he was overlooked by two people that loved each other more than they loved him.
