ok. so. sometimes i do use tge term physically disabled for mu ADHD and i do have a good excuse for that No. I don't have a diagnosis of a physical illness. but the anxiety that came with my ADHD is so strong that it makes me physically dispable I often have mental fever. which is when your body is not sick. but your brain is sick and it affects you physically. I have to deal with horrible headaches; severe and uncontrolled nausea; high fevers; muscle pain and weakness I don't have a physical illness. I have a mental illness that is so problematic that it prevents me from doing other things. My own therapist and doctors say that I have many of the same problems as people with physical disableness. the only diference is that i can still have treatment and get better over a really long time Unfortunately is easier to say i'm physically disabled than to explain how my mental illness afects my body so gravely. Yes i have ADHD and that happen to bring me another illnes that makes me disabled PHYSICALLY and constantly makes me go to the hospital (somebody kills me please- ill give you a whole manual telling how not to get caught)
