Sorry if this is overstepping but congrats on the baby!!!
not at all, I'm very happy! exactly 3 months old since yesterday (technically 2 adjusted) and since a few days they've finally started to socially smile. they're a joy. I am tired and all but I don't hate the newborn phase (tho I am more excited for the actual interactions now! I like to see them becoming aware)
when people say it's pure survival and not pleasant etc. I believe them, everyone's experience is different, but my baby is not the reason. (I have an easy one I'd say) what I find more annoying and exhausting is all of the people that are suddenly expert parents with 50 child psychology degrees trying to tell you what to do and what not. so I mostly really just stay inside for now except for the pediatrician visits
I rarely post selfship stuff (but there is... more than I ever made of paperhat actually) but here's one of those anyway
the dynamic is a lil fucked up and weird (it's pretty much like shipping Flug with himself) so idk if anyone's interested in that, just gonna use this as an opportunity to ask into the round
