***Y'all the Ninja Creami machine is the best thing EVER. I've been making protein ice cream and froyo in it every week and I'm genuinely so obsessed. I love having a lil sweet treat without ruining an entire day's worth of progress 🥹🤍

HUNGER

I visited a friend in the hospital that was diagnosed with ana... not fair. Why can't that be me? To be so frail, thin, pale, tired, hungry. I was starting to get better eating habits because I was feeling better, but to know she went 17 days with no food makes me envy her. I love her, I hope she gets better, I really do, but I wish I was sicker than her. I want to be on that hospital bed. I want to be clean of all food, only water. I decided to go on a streak, see how long I can last before I'm forced to go to the hospital. I hope I last longer than she did. Today completes the first day of my water fast, it was hard. The first 3 days are the hardest. If I can just make it through these three days then everything will go smoothly. It was hard, but I managed. Every time I got hungry I'd drink water. My hunger pains weren't too bad. Since I'm on my period I've convinced myself it was cramps and not hunger pains. I'm going to visit her again tomorrow... wish me luck, and wish her a speedy recovery!!

hello lovelies! today is thanksgiving and i'm so scared because i have to eat so much. if i eat hardly anything then my family will get worried that im not eating again (which they'd be right but i don't want them to know!!). i'm at my aunts house but im still gonna try to purge as much as i can because im finally at my lowest weight (158lbs or 71kg which is still huge but im so proud of how much i've lost!). a lot of people my height (5'7/5'8ish) weigh what i weigh and they look skinny but the way that i carry my weight makes me look like a whale. i carry most of it in my hips and ESPECIALLY my thighs oh my fucking gosh i just look massive.
