Ok so when I first watched tssm I thought that electro had a skull head similar to ghost rider. As a ghost rider fan I couldnt pass up the opportunity to draw that. 7 total add (glow) layers were used lmao. Also Big shout out to all the free 3d skull models out there a lifesaver of a refrence 💕
