never thought id have body dysphoria over my boobs lmao
as a child, one of my biggest insecurities was my boobs.
not because i wanted them gone,
no, i wanted them to be bigger
my friends used to make fun of me because my lack of curves and ive always been a lover for biggest breasts so id always wish for them, wishing that throughout puberty that I’ll have like C or D cups.
but.. that never happened. my current breast size is around a like large b cup, small c cup (tried to figure it out at victoria’s secret and they said the same thing)
i used to be so disappointed in them until i started appreciating my body.
like my thighs and butt which are quite thick and where my body weight specifically only ever goes to lol
my face, my arms, my hands, my eyes,
even my skintone and my textured 4c hair
and with the help of my ex and ex friends,
over time,
i slowly started loving my breasts.
fast forward to now.
im no longer who i used to be.
i no longer am the person i was for 18 years.
and although whenever i look at myself, i feel happy with my body,
i just wish a few things were different.
i look at my face and wish it was longer, skinnier, more masculine.
i look at my eyes and wish they were smaller, more masculine.
i look at my hands and wish they were longer, slender, more masculine.
i look at my hair and wish it were longer, and healthy so i could keep it out to make me more masculine.
i look at my thighs when i wear pants that define them and wish they were hidden, that my thighs didnt inherently make me feminine.
and then, i look at my breasts.
the two pieces of flesh that i have longed to be bigger,
i now wish were gone.
ive never experienced gender dysphoria until now.
and i kind of find it ironic,
seeing how a trans med once told me that because i hadn’t experienced gender dysphoria (at the time), i probably wasnt trans.
i am trans.
i just dont experience the same dysphoria that others do or in the same way.
i feel euphoria whenever someone acknowledges who i truly am and i always feel weird whenever they dont (like when i was getting my hair dyed, my hairdresser had a daughter who called me “sister” and whenever she would, id feel weird. or whenever my hairdresser referred to me as my mothers daughter. they dont know that im out so i don’t blame them)
i am happy with the way my physical body looks, i just wish others still see me as who i truly am with them. a man who just happens to have a higher voice, curves, small breasts, and “birthing hips”.
i still plan on getting top surgery tho lol
hearing trans women talk about their love for their boobs always make me feel so happy for them and i wish i could give them mine lmao

its like they keep forgetting the fact that its possible for us to get pregnant. like i know this is a hard topic for many trans men as it causes dysphoria but its also something that needs to be discussed.
they keep forgetting that the laws that are put in place about abortion rights, reproductive care, etc also affects trans men but they never fucking mention it probably because they dont fucking care to.
if i were living in the a different state, one that has made abortions illegal, and i were to be attacked as a trans man, my rights to abortion would be the exact same as a cisgender woman. we are equally in danger.
because fun fact not all trans men get rid of their eggs. not all trans men want to get that surgery. some trans men actually WANT kids that are made using their eggs. IM one of them. why as a trans man is it expected of me to have that surgery? why do people assume that i want to? why are we never mentioned when it comes to healthcare the same way others are? why are they even BEING gendered? if it were like something someone with a certain sex organ should have then *sure, whatever, but that’s not whats happening here.
nothing should be specified to a gender as people who ARENT WOMEN can get pregnant and do not have access to abortions. people who ARENT MEN can get other people pregnant. lets go back to using gender neutral terms.
*(i also think its weird to have classes based on sex organs alone i personally think that everyone should learn about each organ and how to properly protect yourself and your loved one no matter what organ you have)

the “all men” ideology* is harmful and actively tells men and young boys that it is in their blood and biology to BE harmful people.
one thing people often say (that i agree with) is that we need to stop teaching women to accept abuse from men/defending them and to teach men to stop being abusive. the radfem ideology doesnt do that. it actively tells men that they WILL act that way since its what they always do. it actively HARMS that ideology
*this does not include the “all men” when it comes to randomly in the street, in public, etc. the ideology that you do not know that person therefore they may harm you IS valid. it ISNT valid to say that every man HAVE TO / WILL act a certain way as it tells young boys that they WILL act that way therefore telling them that it is completely fine to act that way. it is just a rebrand of “boys will be boys”

if you have to bring up someones PAST identity, the identity they NO LONGER IDENTIFY AS to defend WHY you dont include them in you ideology that has to do with the gender they currently are, then you dont see them as their current identity, only the previous one

I know the episode would have made headlines anyways given the current climate around trans people, but it's funny how by disney attempting to shelve the episode, they ended up streisanding themselves and thus, the episode got way more traction cause of it.
Just watched the banned Moon Girl episode.

I'm not at all surprised this didn't get past the censors but I'm so mad that it didn't, because this could've been something really special, and the fact it was canned after being fully finished is downright painful. This episode was wonderful and I'm grateful to all the people who worked on it, and angry that their hard work was wasted. Disney did not deserve you.

As of the 19th of December, 2023, there is new transgender guidance for education in Britain. To put it bluntly, it’s awful.

The first alarming aspect comes under changing pronouns. According to this, schools are allowed to simply decline a change in pronouns. This is completely unacceptable, considering that adding or subtracting a single syllable from a sentence is not a chore. In a society, wherein female teachers can very easily go from being referred to as Miss to Mrs, it is hypocritical to deny someone the right to be referred to correctly.
Secondly, what are the ‘other options’ referenced here? Does that include denying the child of preferred pronouns, or maybe educating them on why there are not who they say they are? This non-clarity raises important questions that are conveniently ignored.
The third concern comes under the physical education and sport section, as seen here. What concerns me is the implied idea that it would be dangerous and unfair for two children of opposite sexes to interact in a sport together. At all. That a 12 year old boy and a 12 year old girl would come out of a game of football together permanently damaged is such a common idea is barbaric. At this point, it is not only an issue of transphobia, but sexism, as well, to insinuate that - most likely - a girl will be terrorised by playing with a boy. Furthermore, it suggests that they must be kept apart for their safety!
All in all, say what you really want to say; either you don’t think girls are the same as boys, or you don’t want transgender people to live happy lives.
I genuinely don’t know how to end this. It’s just insane to me that this is a society that preaches equality and freedom, and yet treats its population like we’re back in the 1900s. Get a fucking grip.

Okay so incase anyone is not aware, I'm being let go from the military. I was told this past week. Ive been sitting with it and i wanted to share my thoughts.
No misconduct, no insubordination, no defying orders. I am being separated because I am trans. No, I'm not simplifying it down. It's because I'm trans, full stop.
I thought when I joined, I'd be protecting the country to which I call home. But it seems that country has betrayed me. This also doesn't just affect me. My freinds and coworkers are being forced out of their jobs. And all this isn't even a quarter. The orange shitbag in charge has been done.
He and his moronic VP had the audacity to insult the Ukrainian president to his face. The pure idiocy of letting an arrogant nazi meddle with capital funds. The bs of cutting off aid to vulnerable countries who have already been suffering for years. Aiding and abetting the invaders of those said countries. I mean this truly fuck this country.
And this all isn't only gonna affect our foreign allies and the "woke" but also the people who voted for the Toupee Tyrant. We are already seeing it with the loss of Medicare and medicaid. Trump voters in red states can't afford their medice or they're having to pay an arm and a leg for it.
The new S.A.V.E. act basically states that if you try to vote but ur current last name doesn't match the one on your birth certificate, you can't vote. Who will this mostly affect? Conservatives who believe the woman in a hetero marriage should take the man's last name.
Oh, and you also won't be able to vote showing ur State id/drivers licence. u need ur birth certificate and/or your passport. And an interesting fact, a study shows that a majority of republicans/conservatives don't have passports. And passports cost a decent amount. So have fun trying ngl to reflect him if u misplaced ur birth certificate.
Oh, and though it is to a far lesser extent, college students who voted for him. Their student financial aid is being cut if it isn't already.
What they, and by they I mean Donald Trump, VP Vance, Elon Musk(for some fuckin reason) and all the other rich 1% oligarchs, are doing is keep the masses uneducated, un medicated, and rivalled against each other.

I just had an argument with my brother, because when I mentioned the fact I’d be at a far higher risk for being jumped now he didn’t believe it; said people in our area weren’t capable of that.
People in any area are capable of bigoted violence, so remember to warn your family of the dangers you’ll be facing and to be safe and well equipped to defend yourself when going out.
