Happy disability pride month to all my fellow peeps with disabilities.
As a bitch with an inherently political identity imma be voting for Kamala Harris this election season.
Additionally 468 motherfucking house seats are up for elections so showing up for that is also helpful.
I understand how hopeless the political climate can feel, and how there have been systems put in place that prevent marginalized people from voting but I urge you try to get out and vote.
P.S. I’m very happy Biden dropped out as I felt genuine dread over the idea of voting for him. The fact that so many politicians are so genuinely shitty sucks and I understand feeling trapped and powerless like even if you vote it won’t do anything but please I think we should at least try.

I’m finally checkin out the artfight tag to see what everyone else is up to here on tumblr. I love seein everyone’s artwork it’s all super interesting to look at and there’s so many different types of artwork and styles floating around.
The mother fuckers who have dozen of art fight attacks have my utmost respect cause I’m like averaging one art piece every like four days, and y’all are out here making multiple a day. They scare me a little bit but in a good way, they scare me like an elephant scares me. Love these lassies
The girl on the left is a half orc monk named Rokara, she follows the way of mercy and worship Chauntea. On the right is Skye who is a half elf warlock who has a contract with a fiend she’s hunting down a group of criminals for revenge.
The two met and went on a short adventure in this time they became quite close Rokara inviting Skye to travel with her as her partner. Skye declined stating she had to get revenge and had no time to slow down even for Roka, who told her she would wait for her for as long as needed.
Roka hopes one day Skye will find her again and begin to heal from her anger and allow Roka to stay by her side, she knows for Skye to heal she must be willing to and is willing to wait the rest of her life for her to be ready.
Skye both wants Roka to wait for her while also believing she can only exist within her own anger and believes she will ultimately have no future beyond her mission for revenge.

The way my autism presents means that the way I’ve learned to socialize is via fiction as a kid I would frequently repeat lines of dialogue I either read or heard in a show in response to situations that matched the scene I was referencing. This works fine and dandy and as someone whose older now I use far less refrences as I’ve learned how to do my own thing. That said every single fuckin time I’m in a situation where I hear something unfortunate ranging from I stubbed my toe to my loved one died my instinct is to say
“that’s rough buddy”
I have at this point learned to only use such default responses for light tension situations, because as a child I eventually realized my quotes didn’t always land and I’d have to learn to socialize more independently.

I’m trying to remember the narrative issue where someone keeps raising the stakes till there’s nowhere else to go within fiction except to undo character progress. I’m not super certain what I’m thinking of but I’m trying to look up how to avoid raising the stakes so high that there’s then no where to go from there story wise. Idk if there’s a word for this lemme know if y’all have any input.
It hath been completed. I gotta go finish up the character pages on the offical art fight site but I got my roster done!

This was one of the first charcters I thought of grabbing for artfight last time I worked on his was ages ago. I’ve got all the others sketches done so imma just work on color mostly.
Side note I chose each of my characters from different stories I’ve worked on and am enjoying going over some of my older writing stuff.
I’ve gathered all my star themed characters for art fight! It’s been a lot of fun redesigning my old characters for this.
Side note I don’t think I’ve ever posted art here so be prepared for some very ok art.

Here are some of my most controversial opinions.
1 - I like pineapple on pizza
2 - I pour the milk first when making cereal (with the exception of frosted mini wheats)
Side note it took me ages to realize that people were not genuinely upset with me about these things and that for the most part it’s a universal bit.

I was lookin for more silly little divisive things like this and found something about socks in bed and as someone who sticks out there foot when I get to warm at night I choose to not wear socks.

I just finished the rescue bots caveman episode, and at the end it looks like there’s another ship frozen in the ice! I’m hoping this means more bots!
Morocco did not decide child murder was ok he was simply trying to do his shenanigans more subtlety. Also side note I’ll probably talk about a few episodes from season 2 that stood out to me.

Rescue Bots -
I grew up watching this show granted I only had access to the first season, so imagine my excitement to find out I had more episodes to see as I began my rewatch.
I’m at the beginning of season 2 so no spoilers, I just finished the episode with the iceberg and the ship.
The family is saved by Doctor Morocco’s submarine and then the family portrait is left at there door. That said I don’t think it’s Morroco I’m thinking the submarine is a bot of some type. That or Morroco has suddenly decided that child murder is bad either way I’m enjoying the show.

1 - TMNT - love this show I’ve seen mutant mayhem all of rise and am rewatching 2012.
2 - The Owl House - this show means a lot to me and I really enjoyed it. I don’t know why the shows I like get cut but either way this show is awesome.
3 - Transformers - I like the movies and am watching some shows. I grew up watching rescue bots so that’s the one that I feel the strongest attachment too.
4 - Tangled The Series - I haven’t interacted with this show in ages but I remember liking it and am always disappointed we didn’t get Vat7k
5 - Ducktails - Watched the originals as the kid and watched the remake love Both of them.
6 - Sonic the Hedgehog - I’ve played the games and watched Sonic X, Sonic underground, the sonic movies, and sonic prime.
7 - Ninjago - I watched it as a kid and have continued watching it. It doesn’t always make sense or stay consistent but it’s fun and exciting and really nice.
8 - Monkie Kid - Love this show its so awesome and I can’t wait to see more. I went to a Lego store and they had zero LMK sets I was sad but not surprised.
Favorite Characters from each
Rottmnt - Donnie with Leo and a close second. That said I love all the characters in this show a lot.
Tmnt2012 - Raph, with Casey as the runner up.
TmntMM - Raph and April are my favorites right now but that might change once I get to see more of the characters.
TOH - Gus and Hunter are my favorites.
TFRB - Cody and Heatwave. Love these two this show makes me happy.
TTS - Varian is my favorite.
Ducktails - Louie is my favorite and Lena is the runner up.
Sonic - Tails is a character that I like across all iterations. Shadow can be a hit or miss but I love him I’m the games.
Ninjago - Lloyd and Kai. Love these two big fan of Cole as well.
LMK - Macaque, and Sun Wukong are probably the ones I find myself the most interested in but Mei is probably my favorite character. I love all the characters in this show.
Slight Mutant Mayhem spoilers
CASEY JONES! WHERE ARE THEY. They are one of my favorite characters so where the fuck were they.
Okay anyway my friend took me to see mutant mayhem and we talked so I figured I’d share a few fun Casey intro ideas we discussed.
1 - Athletic rivalry - Ralph is shown to be doing athletics and while I don’t think they’ll be on the same sports team since Casey is a hockey person and Ralph is more a wrestling guy so I’d like to imagine that there rivals but like there is no way to settle it because they play completely seperate sports.
These two are going at both claiming to be better than the other but there’s no fair competition since they are playing to seperate sports.

“I slammed every guy I fought!”
Casey and Raph are a duo that means so much to me and I really hope to see them
2 - Mutant discourse - I know it’s not uncommon for Casey to meet the turtles via them fighting so I’m thinking Casey may either A just pick a fight cause he’s a gremlin or B have a distrust of mutants this wouldn’t work well since we see that the Turtle teens are fairly well liked in school that said I think it’s plausible we still got a few people who aren’t a fan. Option C is he’s associated with the shredder. I’ve only seen this done I’m rise but it’d be interesting to see another iteration of Casey where he fights against the turtles for a bit.
April O’Neil - I loved her she was amazing and I understand Leo’s crush. I was really worried 2012 Apritello haunts me so I was scared it’d be like that but it wasn’t. It was just Leo having a cute crush on a cute girl.
I felt like all the turtles while having certain distinct moments mostly blobbed together as a character. I’ve only watched the movie once and I plan to watch it again that said I hope for the future stuff in this timeline the characters get fleshed out more.

True meaning of LIFE-
Have you ever thought that whether are we really living a LIFE, like we should?
For me the answer is “NO”. Our daily lives today are bound to offices, schools, studies, jobs, computers, mobiles and so on, but it is not what it should be. We humans are able to express our feelings like we want to, but, we are not using that power are we?
In our daily rush we forget to take care of things that are far very important than things like mobiles, computers, X-Boxes and televisions.
There are things more worthy of our valuable attention like, nature, animals, birds, etc. but do you think that are we doing our part? Our life has become a play, where we HUMANS act like dummies who have forgot about feelings and relationships completely. I believe animals would surely say, “Humans please behave like you should, because we also don’t act like sometimes you do!” Faking emotions isn’t right, is it? Of course it is not, it is just like fooling yourself,wearing a mask on your face. I think we have done enough for technology an now it’s time for ourselves, family, friends and all others. Enough of playing MINECRAFT and ROBOLOX and all the other games, let’s play what we used to in an open airy ground. I think it’s time to cuddle a living being, whether it is a pet, an animal or a human. Because of technology people became close but their hearts went very far away from each other, let’s bring them back. We are just becoming enemies of our own eyes exposing them to such radiation and bright lights, let’s give them a break, a treat with a beautiful view of nature, that comes free. Why are we being so greedy!? Even a lion never attacks when it’s not hungry, then why are we so greedy for everything? I suppose our lives are going on pretty well even without a PALACE or a BMW. Humans are social animals, let’s not get caged with things that worth nothing. Let’s socialize again, not on social media but a in a real society.
The problem is that we try to seek happiness in money and promotions and we completely neglect that the best things we can get out of life, are all free. They are provided to each and everyone of us. We just too busy to notice them maybe. Remember when you last admired the starry night outside? No?
Let’s pause, just for a second, think that are we really living a LIFE? Take a deep breath look around and you’ll soon get to know that the best things never left you, they were there, all this time and you just never noticed. Neglect the things that deserve to be , not your life.

Being a Human.
It's not our body which is considered as a Human, but our soul or spirit which lives in it. Body is just like a machine, and it would not work if there will be no soul. Once your body gets old and is now no more in condition to be used, the soul leaves it and it is when a person is said to be dead. If we were not having soul inside is, we would have been just a puppet, who doesn't feels emotions whether it is being happy or sad, angry or cool. The life would have been pretty boring. This is something beyond our understanding but we can still get an idea, and that is that the body is made of muscles and bones, organs and all sorts of veins but, a human is when there is capability of feeling emotions in that body.
Humanity is what makes us human. It's a great boon for us to be humans, to be able to express ourselves like we want, to do what we like. It's an opportunity like no other to make this world a peaceful and a beautiful place. So, let's not do something that will only disturb the image of "Humanity", because we will be guilty if we do not use this time, up to the fullest as the results will be bad for us and equally bad for next generations too.
I need to stop blaming myself for my teammates not talking to me. Their past experiences, misconceptions, and pre-existing biases are not my fault.
