The first panel notes that they are listening to "a Jmart compilation." From their headphones, awkward dialogue is given by Jonathan Sims from the Magnus Archives. "Martin, you're not, uh..." The artist, amused, thinks "He's gonna say it!"

They imagine the scene, Jon and Martin in a room together. Jon immobile on the floor, Martin on lookout. Jon says to his companion "You didn't die here did you?" where the word "die" is underlined for emphasis. They pause their audio at this moment, expression blank.
