Uh... Try to find out how to get out of it?? Touch things and feel, see if colours are bright or vivid, listen to the sound, feel yourself if you have a weird feelings in some parts, basically almost hyperfocus or idk
It worked for me tho, I woke up from dreams like three times this year after checking reality
It took me a few moments to remember to check my surroundings but I still woke up, I guess I can't wonder why I barely remember my dreams or even have a dream at all
