Just some random au idea: I thought about a rebellion AU for Autodale. So, not everyone would rebel from the town because most still would want to stay safe in the walls. But there's a small and secret group in Autodale who has this whole operative to break free from the town because they knew the atrocities that would happen to them if Autodale found out that they knew the truth. Shadow did have a part in this operation too but he couldn't leave the town because he needed to stay to protect the other citizens in Autodale. He helped the small group escape and got severely punished by hive. The group finds out that the outside is habitable and debate whether they should go back to save everyone. Uhh that's all I got so far for this au, ik david said there wouldn't be a mass rebellion but thought of it is fun. Would the group become as corrupt as autodale is or would they strive to be a better town? Idk I'm just thought dumping rn.
