The Drawing App I Use Is Medibang Btw - Blog Posts

I just did some regular cell shading and set the blend mode to multiply. I also duplicated the shading layer and colored it blue and set it to multiply as well. I also put the duplicate layer under the original and set it's opacity to a lower one.

Not sure if the drawing program you use have some of the features which was in the explanation tho and I apologize if my explaination was a mess, I'm not really good at making explanations but I hope this helps!
