Pesto is one of my favorite meal prep foods, since it's easy to make and the ingredients are so versatile.
In this recipe, I added Basil, Garlic, Arugula, Spinach, Cilantro, Lime juice, Lime zest, pan roasted Pine nuts, a bit of salt, pepper, and Olive oil. Give it a hefty blend, and now I'm good for the next week of toast and pasta toppings. πππ
