A crossover for the ages.
Listen, they removed "I'm Wishing/One Song" and the "One Song" reprise.
It was bound to flop, they had it coming.
I’ve got artist’s block with some CEC OC redesigns at the moment so I made some Descendants OCs because I got back into my Descendants phase after watching Rise of Red! ^^
Sonya White (Daughter of Snow White and Prince Florian) is a spoiled princess who loves to gossip. If there’s something embarrassing or if there’s drama Sonya will spread it around like wildfire.
Phoenix Flynn (Daughter of Phineas Flynn and Isabella Garcia-Shapiro) is very nerdy. She’s a huge know it all about robots. Phoenix and her dad would always build robots together during summer vacation.
Hope you like them! 😄

One major mistake people make when looking at Snow White is assuming that they were trying to create a Disney Princess role model for little girls to emulate, when actually they were just trying their darndest to create an animated character that audiences would care about.
When we see pure and innocent Snow White being mistreated by her stepmother and later driven into exile, it's supposed to activate parental instincts that make us want to protect her. It shouldn't matter if she doesn't do anything to save herself, because she shouldn't have to. We're supposed to feel the injustice of it, feel sad and angry that she's treated this way, fear that she's going to come to harm. We're not supposed to want to be her, we're supposed to love her, and want to see her get the love she deserves, so we remain invested for the entire runtime of this 80-minute cartoon that they're afraid audiences won't sit through. That's what mattered to the story while they were making it, so applying Disney Princess expectations is ridiculous.
Tried at some of the Dwarves.
"Ate all the sugar"
Also am I the only one who thinks Doc is hella buffed?
"Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss ✨"
My second favorite dwarf is Bashful. My cutie patootie💖
And here's Dopey!
I drew him during my lunch break.
there is something SO funny with like. okay so listen i know a major criticism of the original 1937 snow white is that our titular character is very passive in the film. she just kinda lets things happen to her. which i understand as a criticism despite that kinda being the Basic Fairytale Structure. i get it. i do. esp since her main thing is wishing for someone else to come get her. which i've defended in the past as not explicitly anti-feminist since she's literally an abuse victim child who has been made to take care of an entire castle solely by herself and blah blah you've all heard me fistfight for this movie before
all that to say. it's really funny to me that the snow white reboot that nobody cares about has given her a new #feminist anthem but called it "waiting on a wish." in contrast to "i'm wishing." they changed it from the active tense to the passive. they made it more passive than it was initially. and again i know it's just a Title thing, that the og "i'm wishing" is also her being passive. but it's so funny. and so lowkey symbolic of the disney reboots' failed Updating™ of the source material. that they changed the active tense to passive. in trying to make her more #girlboss. am i making sense
If Grumpy hadn't been dropped into the tub, he would have looked like this during dinner.
Sketches with Grumpy during a break
It would be better if Disney made a remake where Snow White falls in love not with the prince (or the robber), but with one of the dwarves (especially Grumpy one). Give the well-deserved love to the little men!
