Late/afternoon-ish on January 31st to Early on February 1st Depending on how much sign ups we have it can take a hot minute. Right now we have 33 so I'm going to say sometime on the 31st is the most likely right now.

Welcome to the first (I think. Don't quote me) RTC Valentine's exchange!
Essentially it's like a classic gift exchange (like rtc secret santa) but during Valentine's! Forms close on the 31st of January and gifts can be posted on February 14-15 (until that point please don't tell people you are their gifter!)
