One my favorite painter Robert Bechtle has passed away today. :( His paintings of the sunset district are time capsules that will always remind me of my early memories growing up near Ocean Beach. Although his paintings are about San Francisco’s landscape, neighborhood and architecture; it’s hard not to feel the nostalgia of the life lived there as well...
