As a rontoto shipper I have to admit that I have a bunch of crazy rkdd headcanons and aus which have nothing to do with canon universe (partly because I still haven't catch up on manga)
But I guess the au and headcanons make fandom stronger💪 so hope to see more of it
I have a bad habit of mashing my current hyperfixations together. So yeah. Last night, I ended up thinking of multiple AUs for RKDD until I passed out.
So, in the greater Nasuverse, I'd like to think about how both Ron and Toto would end up meeting and then setting up their own detective agency and they just solve mysteries together. 😂

Ron getting kicked out like Touko Aozaki did, but he didn't let it bother him that much. he still ended setting up business in Japan instead of London.
Ron had the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception which let's him see the Lines and Points of Death which means, if something is alive, he would know how to kill it(sounds OP but it's got limitations actually. Also, Ron is not the type to just kill someone.)

He's very well versed in Mordern Magecraft and that was what he tends to use, but is also familiar with Runes.
another angst factor: ron has multiple personalities like most people with mystic eyes of death perception and totomaru loves all of them uwu. Those personalities are very distinct from each other and like in the series, Totomaru Isshiki would be the one that would keep his feet on the ground
Totomaru Isshiki is a practitioner of traditional Japanese magecraft. His family was actually tasked with the protection of Japan and his family had contracts with the Deities and he'd be able to evoke their Authorities if certain conditions were met. Regularly, he uses Omnyoudou. Because using the Authority of the Gods will whittle his life force, he doesn't use it that much.
