Howdy! This isn't what I am hoping will become my main blog, but i read a lot of writerblr so I think I may just be able to help.
The best way to post your stories is to create a tag that you use specifically for when you are writing stories, one for reblogging, and one for anything else you do/want to do! Then, post them to the writerblr tags you want, and that way, if people enjoy your content, they can just search your tag and be updated every time you post.
As for getting criticism, the more you post, the more people will read! Just specify you are accepting criticism. And the fastest way to be noticed is to reblog on writing prompts and other blogs with your work! Use reblogs, not comments because comments are often drowned out and have a short character limit. And don't be afraid to ask for reblogs either.

Hi, I have no idea what I'm doing, so I'll try to start from somewhere.
This is my first time on Tumblr and I know nothing about how it functions but I'm determined to show my stories to the world and gather some opinions. That's why I'm here. I want to know what people think about my work and if it's good and likable.
If someone with the knowledge of how things work here, wants to share some information, feel free to do so. And what's the best way to post original stories here?
