I need a wrong number fic but instead of it being Reg and James or Sirius and Remus, it's Regulus and Sirius re-uniting years after not talking since Sirius ran away.
I think sometimes people forget that Peter was the youngest of the four so therefore he was the youngest person to become an animagus.
Stop making my guy stupid he was as equally as smart as James, Sirius and Remus.

Mistigris by Calypte on Ao3 acc has some sort of hold on me. This fic is amazing. Regulus? Amazing. Evan? Amazing. Barty? Amazing. James? Amazing. EVERYONE acc has like traits and a personality its amazing.
AND BLACK BROTHER BONDING. Omg i could go on for YEARS why i love them in this fic, the dynamic they have. Its not emotionless but its not all cutsy either. It's AMAZING. I love this fic and everyone should read it :)

omg so i had this thought right, and like sirius and james out on a aurors mission yoke and james casts his patronus, but its not a stag like usual. nope its (whatever you headcannon reggie having as his or like reggies anamagus) and james is frozen in shock cause he and reggie had been dating in secret for aaaaages now and like reg is in his last year at hogwarts so james is falling even more in love with reg cause he realises his patronus has changed to match regs meanwhile sirius is sooooo fuckin confused like my man has every theory going through his head trying to figure out who has stolen his best friends heart and its not until reg sends him a patronus message and he connects the dots. but he doesnt tell them he knows, oh no. he fucks with them as much as possible until it gets to like james just blurting it out.
Ive seen a lot of people say Steve Harrington is a James Potter Varient but no i think its more like
James = Robin
Nancy = Remus
Steve = Peter
Eddie = Sirius
Okays, So. I don't think Harry would have been named after nobody I feels as tho James and Lily would have named him after a family member or something. So I always kind headcannoned that James had and older brother named Harry.... but he was a still born. So James would have never grown up with him but he knew he had an older brother and his parents always said that Harry was looking over him, so yeah I think Harry was named after James older brother.
Ima firm believer that Peter, James and Marlene grew up together and act like siblings. Marlene is obviously the oldest, James is the middle child and Peter the youngest. And that Peter and Marlene team up to bully James on things like crushes. Or the Marlene is protective over Peter and James. And Peter and James gave Dorcas the shovel talk but Dorcas just nodded along amused cause she's heard all the embarrassing stories about these two from Marlene.
So like hear me out but for a Marylily ship name you could obviously have like Lily or Flower for Lilys but but like what about Lamb for Mary's, cause like Mary's little lamb??? Like maybe LilyLamb?? Actually no that's stupid. Just all the guy ships or straight ships have cool names. Like flowerpot or Wolfstar or Starchaser or RoseKiller, like why can't wlw get cool names like that.
Evan, Barty and Reg gaslighting Slughorn into believing that there isn't a snake in their dorm is honestly just 🤌

Okay but like imagine Remus reading during a thunderstorm and Sirius coming up to him like "watcha doin?" And Remus staring at him thinking "Holy shit I never knew pads looked so hot during a thunderstorm" and the Sirius staring back thinking it was a staring contest
the mauraders fandom is just a big group project where we keep going of each other's ideas and making it bigger and bigger while all simultaneously ignoring the teachers instructions cause we hate her

this is going to a very niche audience but if any marauders fan has read the shapeshifter series by ali sparkes, thoughts on an au???
remus as dax obv, sirius as gideon, james as barry (bc invisibility cloak??) and then maybe lily and marlene both taking on a mix of mia and lisa. peter as clive too i reckon. snape as spook (and then tie in his friendship with lily as spook's friendship/romantic interest in mia!!)
book 1 with dumbledore being the villain (as the og headmaster, i dont remember his name but the guy who charms people) then minnie (as the lovely french teacher) stepping in as headmistress (she might also have to take on owen's role too bc i cant think of who else could tbh)
OR poppy being owen because the bond she and remus have is so perfect as owen and dax, then have minnie take on the role that tyrone has in one of the later books
then book 2 bringing in regulus as luke and he and james bond over the fact sirius is too busy with family member 3 (i was thinking maybe bellatrix as catherine even though theyre cousins not siblings, but she gives the vibes yk)
i could 100% write this once i finish my current wips and include all six books plus the spinoff series unleashed. if yall wanna know more please say i could talk about it forever
