Magic Lemon Pie Sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and lemon juice are combined and poured into a graham cracker crust. Egg whites are sugared, beaten into a stiff meringue and spooned onto the lemon filling. The pie is then slipped into a hot oven until the meringue turns golden.
