(I'm the anon who asked about the 4D thing)

I don't understand what it means when people say to "act/think like you're in your DR and ignore the 3D because your 3D reflects the 4D." I don't get what I should do in order to do those things as I struggle with understanding instructions because I'm autistic

I don't know what acting/thinking like I'm already in my DR (the 4D thing) actually is or what I'm supposed to do. I also don't get how I'm supposed to ignore the 3D while also living and doing things ? 🙁

so I was wondering if you had any specific examples for doing those things, and if there's anything you recommend to avoid? I feel like I still worded this so badly, sorry if it's still hard to understand 😞

It is true that the 3d reflects the 4d,

so the goal is to shift in the 4d then the 3d have to reflect

I understand it can be hard to ignore the 3d, you don't have too btw but it can be helpful ex: *you waking up in your cr* "I don't care what the 3d show I know I am in my dr" then go on with your day, if you're bored during the day just affirm !!

When you think about how you're still in you cr laugh at the 3d for not showing you your dr and remind yourself that you're in it :

"I'm literally in my dr, the 3d is just a mirror frr it's not the true reality so I don't take validation from it"

And since you can't just affirm all day bc you have a life and have to talk to people ect...

I recommend when you have time to set a timer for like 20 minutes and just affirm over and over that you're in your dr, and another 20 minutes to think like your dr self. Don't stress abt not knowing what she'd think she's literally you.

When people say "ignore the 3d" that doesn't mean stop living. Just remembering that the law can't fail you and that if you shifted in the 4d therefore the 3d has no choice but to reflect.

If you have negative thoughts observe them don't accept them as true. If you struggle to just observe them : "I'm clearly not in my dr :(" say 3 times : "I'm in my dr I know it !!"

If you want to feel fulfilled imagine your dr

The final step is to persist in your assumption no matter what!

Be patient with yourself, doubts are okay! I really hope this helped. 😭💞

Hiii ! First don't assume that you're struggling to find them because that's not what you're tryna manifest. I would recommend just manifesting new ones, If you don't want to do that persist in the assumption that you have them, don't let the 3d tell you otherwise bc you have them !!!💕

To assume you just need to affirm, affirmations become assumptions and assumptions create your reality.

Acknowledge that eating makes you gain weight because you assume it does. "But my workout worked" yeah because you assumed it would ?

Just like skincare, if you assume it works then it does. if you assume it's horrible for your skin then it is horrible.

Acknowledge that you are god.

Assume that you barely gain weight but still are completely healthy and you will !

Just apply the law -

Affirm and affirm and affirm !!! Thoughts become assumptions and assumptions become reality.

I don't care if you don't like what you see in the mirror, affirm ! "My body is so perfect it feels illegal to look at my reflection" "having the body of a goddess is not easy everyday"

Look at yourself and say "I'm so grateful for my skinny and perfect body" or whatever tf you like.

Manifesting a dream body isn't different from manifesting anything less!

Persist -

You don't have to be positive 24/7, I know it's hard but I promise you your desire was already here the moment you wanted it.

The subconscious is the key to any manifestation. It is responsible for materializing in the physical world what you feed through thoughts, emotions and beliefs. Here is the role of the subconscious in manifestation:

1. It is the Executor of What You Believe

• The subconscious accepts everything you feel as true, whether positive or negative, without question.

• It does not judge; it only works to align your external reality with what is imprinted in it.

2. It Reflects Your Internal State in 3D

• Your external reality is a direct reflection of what is stored in your subconscious.

• What you see in 3D today is the result of the ideas and beliefs that the subconscious has already accepted as truth.

3. It Responds to Mental Imagery and Emotion

• It responds best to clear images and intense feelings, such as those generated in visualizations or SATS (Sleep-Akin State). • When you imagine something with emotion, the subconscious registers it as real and works to manifest it in the physical.

The void state

It is the state of pure consciousness, in the void state you are. You can't feel any of your senses bc your physical body doesn't exist in it. You just feel the eternal void and relaxation.

Therefore every manifestation or shift is instant there. Just thinking of your dr send you in it. You aren't attached to any reality or body so for me it's the easiest way to get your dream life :

You can either imagine your dream life and manifest it in your current reality or just simply shift where you want to !

How I did it on my first try :

I wanted to induce it to shift to my better cr, so I put on a void state subliminal to not fall asleep bc for some reason i can't fall asleep listening to something. Then i took deep breaths to relax, when I was fully relaxed i did robotic affirmations saying in my head "I am" "I'm pure consciousness" "I'm in the void state" then my heart started to race and I couldn't hear my subliminal nor feel my body. I realized I was in the voice state and got scared so i got back to my cr.

Summary: how to induce

Relax, affirm, detach from the 3d

That's literally all you have to do. Void state is so easy to induce, don't put it on a pedestal !

You can detach from the 3d by just daydreaming too and wake up in the void state using the law of assumption !!

Affirm that you have it because you do, it could be robotics affirmations or mind saturation both works. Then these affirmations will become assumptions. Assumptions make your reality!!

Persist !!☆

Persist in the assumption that you have your desires! Even if you feel like it's never coming or you have doubts. Trust me it will come faster than you think.

Ignore the 3d !!!!

The 3d does not make your reality the 4d does! Getting validation from the 3d is useless. It's not your job to change the 3d, it is yours to change the 4d !! The 3d has no choice but to reflect what you assume eventually.

Stop overcomsuming

This is all you need to know to manifest yet you're still here scrolling like a loser instead of applying the law ? Waiting for a miracle isn't going to manifest sh*t. Go live your dream life already.

Other tips !! ::

Don't be too harsh to yourself ! It's normal to have doubts or constantly check the 3d.

If you're too lazy to affirm or just don't want to : subliminals !! You don't have to do anything but listen to them and you can do it overnight <3

Make pause if manifestation feels more like a chore than an actual fun thing to do to improve your life.

Y'all the way i asked for proof of manifestation actually working like in a not usual way, and 2 days later I got into a stranger things hyperfixation(i had binge watched all 4 seasons earlier last year and never ever interacted with any community)and started seeing posts about Will and Mike creating their own seperate reality.

Like this just reinforces how much of a God you are in your life. I straight up did NOT specify at ALL. I forgot thinking abt it, help tbf i was more like hey, wonder if something would turn up ;) LMAO it would be fun!

And guess what? It did. First time going down byler path and then reading So. Many. Posts about realities, subconscious manifesting into reality, everyone having their own realities and obv more and more quantum mechanics and theories( i am paraphrasing)

You don't even have to be specific. Your subconscious knows wtf you want. Crazy shit yo

hi everyone! today I wanna talk about how we create false gods in our lives, how that harms us, and the importance of directing our focus! this is a topic that has been on my mind recently as I think it is foundational to everyone who wants to work on their mindset, mental diet, and manifest better life outcomes.

p.s: I do believe in god but I believe this post is still helpful from an loa/spiritual persective. so, with that being said, let's discuss!

✿ part 1: ways we create false gods in our lives

I'd say there two main ways we do that: making ourselves smaller and making others bigger.

when we make ourselves small, we victimise ourselves becoming paranoid about the world and thinking that others have this special advantage over you. I see this a lot in the loa community where some believe that others have some kinda special knowledge and power that they don't posses, when in reality it is just them being more disciplined, more consistent, and more trusting of loa.

it could also be about feeling insignificant in the face of your circumstances. like thinking that the 3d (physical reality) is what is ruling your life and not ur mind. also believing in conspiracies and secret society theories or ideas that are designed to instill fear within you, making u think that someone is out there to get you.

as for making others bigger in your mind, this happens a lot in celebrity and fan culture when you start seeing them as more than human. also when you idolise other people's attention (for example: analysing others behavours around you and ruminating over negative meanings of it). and also you pay wayyyy too much attention to other people’s lives like your peers and worrying too much about competition, not realising that there's no competition when you are your own life's creator.

essentially, when you start worrying/thinking too much about something or someone outside yourself, you have formed a false god in your mind.

✿ part 2: the harm of false idolisation and victimisation

so what's the harm in that? well first, it is such a waste of time and energy on something that won't serve you. also it will only create unnecessary worry and anxiety within your mind. you start to see yourself as powerless and your life as out of ur control. you might also engage in behaviours that cause you to lose yourself in the process, such as people pleasing.

your life will become vapid and shallow since your focus is shit that really doesn't matter. you will also start to associate this great amount of omnipotence and power with something other than god (if u believe in one), bankrupting you spiritually. like you are some insignificant string being pulled along by someone more powerful than you or god, or by circumstances that you believe you cannot change.

small tip: whenever you start to worry too much remind yourself that you are starting to create a false god in your mind. this works wonders for me to quickly disengage from unhelpful thoughts and remind myself of my power.

✿ part 3: the power of focus and attention

obviously, if you practice lao, you know that what you focus on is what you create. if you dwell in other people's lives or opinions, you're then not dwelling enough in the life you wanna create. focus is like a currency to what you wanna see play out in your life: what you pay attention to is what you prioritise and is what you will get more of.

in my case, when I started focusing on the life I wanna live, that's when opportunities, successes, etc. started flooding my life.

and that also applies to what you consume cos your mental diet is hugely shaped by your media diet. basically, what you consume (see, hear) and create (say, think) creates patterns of belief in your mind, materialising in reality.

ofc, you can always engage something outside of you that entertains you but don’t lose sight of your own live’s vision. really consider whether what your're watching is adding to your life somehow. make sure you’re using it, not it using you.

a big example of that is social media: you can either curate the perfect fyp to see posts that make you happy, remind you that your dream life is possible, serve as loa tips/reminders or you could consume content that is designed to suck you in and make you angry, anxious, or hopeless.

you decide.

another related term to focus that I wanna talk about is presence and how it is essentially the key to living a happy life.

when you focus on what truly matters, you find excitement and passion again, creating a life you're proud of. being present and focusing on yourself also allows you to practice intentional and mindful living. so you take your time to do the things you care about, you connect back to your spirituality, you realise that you’re more than a physical vessel, and you find yourself again beneath all of society's chatter.

this ultimately builds confidence and trust within you: you become an inspired creator instead of a powerless victim around the people who you look up to and also with 3d circumstances, which you now understand are just past relfections of old beliefs and are easily changeable.

and I think holding such mindset is beautiful :)

LETTING GO

i've talked about this a little bit in one of my other posts, but I realized this was a very important topic — especially for people like me out here, who might've had a hard time with this concept, and so I wanted to expand on it and give my own two cents.

the concept of "letting go" has been taught to most — if not all — of us by life long ago before any of us even found shifting. if you don't like a situation, "let it go". do your best, and "leave the rest and don't fixate on it". if someone you love doesn't respect you, "let them go". anything that doesn't serve you, "let it go". this is the one advice that got many of us through different situations. but everytime I ever came across a post saying "let go of your desire and watch it come to you", this quote always came to mind.

LETTING GO

honestly, I couldn't for the love of God even think of letting go of shifting. I simply didn't want to. it felt like a betrayal to all the people I wanted to shift for, to myself, to my dreams — everything. I would think to myself "how do I not care if i'll shift or not? how do I not care about all these people in my dr I want to meet? I want to care. I have people I love, people I want to see, so how can I not care?", and it would make me so upset because I would see people talking about how they let go of it and it came to them. it almost felt like it was wrong to love, to care, to cherish this opportunity, and to want to be excited for it. I didn't want to "let go" and wanted to keep on holding forever. but then, I realized what the problem was. it wasn't my loving too much, caring too much, or anyone else's "letting go" of their desire to shift. the problem was my idea of what "letting go" means.

in any "normal" situation, "letting go" would mean "not caring" or "not giving your energy out where it isn't respected or celebrated". but. and a big but. when it comes to shifting, "letting go" has a totally different meaning.

LETTING GO

• "letting go" in terms of shifting

to me, when it comes to shifting, "letting go" isn't about having an attitude of "if I shift, I shift. if I don't, I don't". while this can help some people, it's fairly hard for others to follow, because some of us WANT to shift and not even think about the "don'ts". so what letting go meant to me was being content where I am, because I knew that sooner or later — I will have what I want, because it is mine, and to stop trying to "make it happen" and simply just let it happen. because i'm a staunch believer that anything that happens, only happens for my own good — always, and if I found shifting, it was for a reason.

now, one could argue that both are the same, and I cooked nothing (lol). and yes, they might be. but. and a big but again. the difference is you CAN care about the people you want to shift for. you can be chalant, you can be obsessed with your dr, your s/o, anything — everything, and still shift. the point is being content. and you, yourself, have to give yourself the closure that whatever you want will be yours. because the feeling of being content always comes from within. don't force it, and take time to give yourself this closure. and care, and be excited, and be assured. you can be all of these things at the same time.

and if you're afraid of it being "not meant for you", then my dear friend, if it wasn't meant for you, I promise you, and I swear to God, it would've never found you. not in this lifetime, not in a million others. never. not EVER, okay? so rest assured that it is a hundred and ten percent meant for you. so, you don't have to grip it so hard you leave claw marks on it. it's right next to you, and that's how it'll stay. and if it "wasn't meant for you and still found you", it would've gone by now. it wouldn't have stayed. so "let go". be at peace. your dr awaits you, and you're going to make it.

I realised something today...

(first post go easy on me)

If u can't stay positive during wtv u r manifesting, it's fine to stay negative. Your subconscious doesn't differentiate between positive and negative emotions. Read that again. It doesn't. Differentiate. Between. Positive and negative emotions. What does ur subconscious manifests? It manifests the things that u have give emotion and energy towards.

Yes we all know u don't have to believe it to work for it, once u assume its yours and everything, but bfr... We have an extreme difficulty believing that right? We end up disbelieving and like uk giving up many times etc etc

The thing is, people can manifest during the most desperate times. I have done it myself, telling myself no it won't happen and all. Yes i used to visualise it happening then telling myself no that it really won't happen. Subconscious doesn't under no. It just manifests that thing!

People know it as Neville' s NOT method... It's your reality, u make the rules. You can try this and do have some grace with urself. Don't skip into toxic positivity if you think u can't do it❤️

✧. This message is to those who feel a lot of resistance about their desires .✧

Resistance is your brain's nasty way of trying to protect you. It keeps you small, stuck in your comfort zone, because you don't want to experience any more heartbreak and disappointment. You've been hurt so many times in the past and you have no clue how much more you can take before you completely break down and give up on life. What if you fail again? What if good things can't happen to someone like you? What if it'll all be taken away anyways? It might be easier to stay in your comfort zone, even though your circumstances aren't ideal, because at least you know what to expect. You've adapted yourself for your survival.

You work so hard. The fact that you're part of this community, deciding every single day that you want to create a better life for yourself, is honestly such an admirable thing to do. You believe in a better future for yourself, you believe you're worthy of great things. You claim ownership of the desires that are rightfully yours. And yes, they're already yours right now. They will always be yours, they've always been yours.

You just need to let go of control and align yourself with your desires, embody that state of abundance bravely and fully.

You need to stop fighting this war with yourself. Find peace within. Tap into that source of unconditional love for yourself, because that's when you realise the Universe is like a sugar daddy (lmao). Opportunities will come falling from the sky, you will meet the right people, you will align with all the riches in the world because you know that's what you deserve. You are aligned with what your soul yearns for. That's why these manifestation gurus with high self concepts live their dream lives. They believe fully and wholly that this is what's meant for them, that this is what they deserve.

And while you can absolutely manifest everything that your heart desires while experiencing resistance, you're just making yourself suffer very unnecessarily and you don't deserve this. :( It doesn't have to be this way!!

Now, how can we heal our relationship with resistance?

There's lots of reasons why people feel resistance, and I implore you to sit with yours. Think about it: why are you so afraid? Do you not feel ready? Do you feel like you're going to mess up? Are you scared of what will happen when you do succeed? Think about it. If you don't feel ready to experience your desires, they will show up delayed in your 3D. And every day that you wait for your desires to show up, you get more and more insecure and lose hope. This is a cycle that needs to be broken. You need to make peace with the idea that you already have what you want. It's through this peace that it will come to you effortlessly and instantly.

Identify limiting beliefs and take a hard look at your self concept. You can do this through journaling or just talking to yourself out loud when no one is around lmao. I wouldn't just think about it, because when you think too hard your brain often gets too scattered and chaotic and suddenly you're spiraling into an anxiety attack and a dark pit of self hatred. Saying things out loud (or writing them down), helps you organise your thoughts and be more concise.

Ideally you're sitting with yourself right now and you have a lot of realisations about your fears and what's holding you back from living fearlessly. Now I want you to have COMPASSION with yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself for having resistance, again: it's your brain trying to protect you from all that feels unfamiliar and dangerous. Thank yourself for all that you did in the past to keep yourself alive. But you don't need to keep yourself small anymore. You don't need to hide from your desires. You're safe, secure, and confident. You allow yourself to be seen and take up space, you allow yourself to CLAIM what you rightfully deserve.

Trust yourself and be brave. You got this, you can do this. Don't let your fears keep you small and limiting.

In the past I would really beat myself up for having such a bad self concept. But you cannot hate your way into loving yourself... You need to be gentle and kind and understanding. You need to fall in love with yourself. When I realised how mean I've been to myself all these years, how I've been my own worst enemy because of my limiting beliefs and insecurities... I just cried because I realised I didn't deserve any of this bullying from myself. I looked inwards and realised I still identified with a scared little girl because I felt so incompetent. All I craved was acceptance and love from myself. So I sat with my demons and looked them in the eye, held their hand and hugged them. I thanked them for protecting me and that I'm the one who will protect them from now on by shining brightly. By living my dream life.

Currently I identify with my dream version of myself: I am her, she is me. And this is powerful. I'm in a state of pure love and peace, I stopped fighting this war with myself and embraced myself fully. And guess what? All my manifestations are popping up in the 3D, one by one! I know what I'm worthy of and I manifest from a place of peace and confidence.

Again, you don't have to be in this state to manifest successfully, that's a limiting belief. You can manifest in any type of state, I did this before too. I was just so tired and insecure, I nearly burnt myself out trying to manifest because I was spending so much energy trying to convince myself I'm worthy of good things. Whenever I got a manifestation, I would fall into the habit of self sabotage and self doubt. And I realised this isn't okay.

I want you to be kinder towards yourself and give yourself some grace. You're a divine being in a human body. Some people carry this whole bag of trauma with them and aren't able to just decide that it doesn't exist or never happened. It feels too hard for them, too overwhelming because they've been carrying this demon on their shoulders for most of their lives. For some people their pain and insecurities are hidden in dark corners of their brain and they try to sneak up on them in very unexpected ways, completely derailing them when they thought they were doing fine. If you struggle with this, I hope you know that you CAN heal from all you've been through. You CAN have a divine connection with yourself. You CAN have all your desires instantly. You just need to choose yourself. Step into your power and surrender. Know it's yours and love yourself enough that you don't feel like you constantly have to prove to yourself that you deserve an easy and abundant life.

Many of us, myself included, spend our lives searching for a savior, an epiphany, or something external to rescue us: a book, a speech, a mentor, a sign. We think that this one thing will open the doors to a better life. We cling desperately to small details, convincing ourselves they’re the confirmation we need to keep going: mirror numbers on a clock, a fallen feather, a butterfly crossing our path. We say, “It’s a sign from the universe, I’m on the right track”—all while staying trapped in a cycle we hate but find so hard to escape.

We often become slaves to the material world. We buy talismans, books, or listen to subliminal audios on repeat, seeking immediate results: “Why isn’t this audio working?”, “How many times do I need to listen to it to see a change?” We even sleep with headphones on, hoping it will speed up the process, yet the change never seems to come.

I understand you because I’ve been there.

It took me years to escape that cycle. Years of feeling lost, stuck, tied to my own thoughts and patterns. I spent months not knowing what to do, always ending up back at the same point. I turned to religions where I never felt truly at home. I prayed in churches, temples, and altars, waiting for miracles that never came. I lived believing that something external would change my destiny, but each attempt only led to disappointment. The reality? Nothing changed—or worse, things got even harder.

Then I realized: the only salvation comes from within.

We are the architects of our lives. Our minds are the most powerful tool we have. There are no limits beyond the ones we impose on ourselves. Imagine something unimaginable—a dream, a reality that seems impossible—and yet, you have the power to manifest it! But here’s the challenge: you must truly believe it. You must understand that you are in complete control.

If you want to be wealthy, you can achieve it. If you desire perfect health, unconditional love, travel, or anything else, it’s within your reach. Nothing is too big or too small for your creative power. But first, you must let go of limiting ideas like, “I wasn’t born rich” or “My life would have been different if I had better advantages.” These thoughts are just chains you’ve placed on yourself.

The first step to change is to take full responsibility for everything that has happened in your life. Yes, everything. It’s difficult, but that’s the key: accepting that you created your current reality, which means you also have the power to transform it.

If you’re tired of living the same way, PUT AN END TO IT.

Dare to change. Break free from everything that limits you. Rebuild your story from scratch. One of my favorite phrases always reminds me:

"When you see no way out, remember: the end is the beginning of everything."

Did you know there are scientific experiments that prove the incredible power of our minds? The CIA has documented studies on practices like remote viewing, where individuals can perceive things beyond space and time. These studies are not theories or pseudoscience—they are real evidence of our infinite potential.

There are also studies about how our thoughts impact matter. Researchers like Masaru Emoto demonstrated how our emotions and words can alter the molecular structure of water. If our words can affect something as tangible as water, imagine what they can do to your life, your cells, and your entire reality.

The limits don’t exist, except in your mind.

Life is as malleable as clay in the hands of a sculptor. And you are the sculptor. The question is no longer “What can I achieve?” but “What can’t I create?”

The time you have is precious. Use it to build the life you truly want, because the only obstacle standing between you and your dreams is you. The key is to believe and to act from that powerful force within you.

Remember: nothing is impossible. The moment to transform your life begins now.

cause you can say "i'm homeless" and u still got a house ❗❗ like give it a try rn, say it and you'll see your house's still here, it's the same for your stuff, you HAVE it and exept if you choose to identify with another mindset you STILL have it, it won't run away !

Knowing.

If you know you have perfect hair and then say to someone "but urgh i don't like my hair it's ugly asf" while knowing you have healthy and beautiful hair nothing's gonna change. The reason you said that just could have been modesty or idk what. I'm sure you already did that in your life, denying something you know very well you have!

Literally the whole point is knowing. So yeah if someone asks you "have you shifted" and they're not into LOA and stuff, just say them no. Only 3D matters for them, they won't understand. so say no and smirk in your head cause yk it's a lie lol
