Kraken Monster x Chubby Reader 🦑

CW: Age Gap [Reader is in her late 20s while Sebastian is in his early 40s.], brief mentions of death [Not Reader].

🎐✩｡ It was a normal day honestly.. It was a hot day, a good day to be either chilling in a watery environment like a pool, or a lake. Heck, even the ocean was a good place to take a swim. You were feeling confident so you decided to wear a two piece tankini to show off your figure and assets. Your friends had to decide to go on a boating trip last minute. You happily accept the invite cause you felt like you were melting your ass off in your house.

🎐✩｡ You guys rented a small yacht for the day and headed out to sea. As you were boating around you and your friends looked around for any fishes or dolphins. You guys spotted a few fish but then everything was quiet. There weren’t any more fishes and the coral seemed duller than normal. Suddenly out of nowhere some tipped your boat over and you and your friends tumbled into the water.

🎐✩｡ Once your bodies hit the water you all noticed something in the water. It was too fast to distinguish what it was. You then felt a long thick tentacle wrap around you. It slowly started squeezing you. Your friends swam over to you and tried to free you but to no avail. More tentacles came and wrapped around your friends.

🎐✩｡ The tentacles squeezed your friends tightly before pulling them downwards into the depths. You however stayed near the surface of the water but you were slowly losing oxygen it became hard to keep your eyes open and your lungs burned. The last thing you saw was a flash of red.

🎐✩｡ You then woke up and gasped for air. You looked around and saw you were in a grotto of some sorts. You looked down and saw that your swimsuit was still intact which made you let out a sigh of relief. You were about to jump into the water but stopped when you saw a pair of sharp eyes staring at you. You squeaked in fear and sat down on the rock that you had been laying on.

🎐✩｡ You noticed the pair of eyes getting closer. Your heart started to race at the prospect of being eaten or killed by this creature. You close your eyes waiting for the pain but it never came. You opened your eyes and saw a man with red hair with a few gray streaks in it patting your head. “Stay..” His voice was slightly raspy probably from not using it. His lower half was submerged in the water. He was very handsome despite being probably so much older than you.

🎐✩｡ He nuzzled his cheek against your chubbier one. His stubble tickled your skin, making you let out a small giggle. He lifted hand showing his webbed fingers and he put them up in a surrendering gesture. “Not gonna hurt ya.” He rasped out. “T-Thanks but what are you and what happened to my friends?” You questioned him. You noticed the way he stiffened when you mentioned your friends. “Friends.. gone.” He told you. It seemed like he didn’t know that much English.

🎐✩｡ He then pulled himself out of the water. His lower half was pure tentacles.. This shocked you no wonder he was in the water for so long. Sensing your shock and confusion he slowly explained what happened. Saying that his older brother took your friends to the bottom of the ocean where he resided but he managed to save you just before that could happen to you as well. You felt slightly suspicious but decided to push that feeling aside. I mean you were still alive so that’s something.

🎐✩｡ When you asked again what he was he hesitated for a few minutes before telling you that he was a kraken. You obviously panicked a little after hearing that which made him a bit nervous but he reassured you that he wasn’t going to hurt you. That kinda made you a little less anxious. You asked him what he wanted and he just responded that he wanted a friend because he was lonely and that he thought you were pretty.

🎐✩｡ You blinked in surprise but didn’t question it. If a handsome half kraken man thought you were pretty then so what at least he wasn’t trying to kill you.

🎐✩｡ After a few months you two became really good friends. You had learned that the Kraken’s name was Sebastian and that you both had a lot of common interests with each other and you taught him the English language so you two could communicate a bit better. He also brought you food when you were hungry and sometimes he’d bring you treasure that he found.

🎐✩｡ He knows he should’ve drowned you but every time he imagines pulling you down into the depth of the dark ocean. He can imagine the fear on your chubby little face and for some reason that makes his heart ache. Not to mention he’s so much older than you. You’re such a sweet little young thing. He’s glad that he met a sweet little thing.

🎐✩｡ He also couldn’t help the growing feelings that started to flourish whenever he was around you. He immediately feels guilty about it; he shouldn't be feeling this about you. Sure you were an adult but he convinced himself that you wouldn’t want to be with him but secretly you had been crushing on him as well. He made your heart flutter in ways you couldn’t explain. You two seemed oblivious to the mutual pinning.

🎐✩｡ But mating season was starting to rear its head. Maybe you could show him how much you want instead of telling him.
