Like don’t get me wrong I love when people give him pink accents and I fully support changing the canon designs in your art cuz it’s your art and you can do whatever the hell you want

And the pink coral looks very cute! I just haven’t seen a blue coral gilly in Ages I miss it. It feels like everyone’s doing the pink coral and I have no idea if that’s because they like it more or everyone’s forgotten it’s canonically blue lmao

EDIT: I may be spreading misinformation thanks to the wiki lol - it doesn’t seem like either color is explicitly canon (unless it is in fact mentioned somewhere in the campaign), more that the original thumbnails had blue and later official art had pink

I love the riptide pirates so much! Gillion is such a cool character and Charlie plays him so well - I love him so much and just had to try to draw him. I spent so long on this and I’m so proud of how it looks! 🐟🏴‍☠️

The colors are more vibrant on my tablet for some reason and I can’t figure out how to get that to transfer to anywhere else, but I think it still looks pretty cool. This was also my first attempts at really drawing metal, which I think went pretty well! 🗡️

For this new year I want to post more in general then just every few months. I havent been as active as I would have liked this year on any of my accounts, and I think I deserve a small apology even though this platform isn’t even that big. So for the new year I have made it my goal to make more art and posts on here and on other platforms too!

I finally got around to drawing him!! He's just a silly fish man with a destiny to fulfill

it's always so fascinating and heartbreaking when a character in a story is simultaneously idolized and abused. a chosen prophet destined for martyrdom. a child prodigy forced to grow up too fast. a powerful warrior raised as nothing but a weapon. there's just something so uniquely messed up about singing someone's praises whilst destroying them.
