Background: Kakyoin and Jotaro indulge in a cheat day, of course this cheat day becomes suspiciously more when Jotaro loads them up with pastries.

Eventually, Kakyoin's numerous bites turned into the inevitable devour of one pastry, two pastries, three, and soon, the whole tray. Kakyoin downed his frappuchino so that his dessert went down easier, and not without a brain freeze. Full and content, Kakyoin thought he was finally finished until Jotaro stood to order some more sweets. "Wait — you're getting more?"
"It's not a full cheat day until you really indulge in your comfort foods, yeah?" Jotaro responds, and continues toward the counter, of course Kakyoin subconsciously glues his eyes to the shapely figure of his trainer, and decided: yep. he was definitely being fattened up.
Now that the brunette is getting another order at the counter, Kakyoin takes in the damage the cakes have done on his body, how the preface of his abs on his chubby gut were long gone, replaced by the much familiar soft rolls of his past (Kakyoin frowned at this realization). He felt so stuffed, and he didn't think he could hold anymore, but as Jotaro returned to the table with more sweets, he felt obligated to, especially as Jotaro took a creamy donut of his own.
He takes one in his hand, practically nursing it, because if he forces anymore in, he was certain he would feel it later. Kakyoin didn't have the energy to fight an oncoming nausea wave afterall. Jotaro however, is in no means nursing his donut, he's practically devouring it, even with his tiny mouth.
It almost seems like it was more than pure coincidence that the donut stuffing, white and creamy — with the conspicuous appearance of something else — had dropped onto his trainer turned friend's perky man tits.
With such a detail noticed, Kakyoin is no longer nursing the sweet in his hand, he's swallowing it whole with the vague want to purge all of the sinful thoughts from his brain. Kakyoin very obviously tries to look everywhere but there, the spot right on his sternum between the slight formation of cleavage. Of course it's harder to avoid when Jotaro makes a surprised noise and finally meets his averted eyes.

And by the way, Jotaro is most definitely trying to seduce Kakyoin..
