The genuine delusion when it comes to bakudeku is CRAZY.

And Twitter is choking everyone UP thank u bird app. Idk i find it so shocking that people genuinely thought bakudeku was going to be canon or even like hinted at, especially considering the entire show we've had moments of deku and uraraka together and obviously hinted at.
Like.. uraraka had an entire arc focusing around liking deku, and she literally hid her feelings.. no wonder the final is centered around how deku and her have wanted to talk to each other.
I love the new final because it shows off how her arc of hiding her feelings and how she doesn't need to hide them anymore..
And bakudeku.. they are literally fine I fear. Like their still friends, and of course, they would never be canon. That's just obvious stuff. But just because deku rejected JUST HIS job offer doesn't mean they hate eachother or anything.

Respect tagging etiquette and take your cope out of the izuocha tag. Why should we be unhappy. It doesn't matter that he didn't catch her. Bakugo caught Izuku after apologizing yet Izuku never thought about that moment or acknowledged it, he only thought about Ochako cheering him on which made him emotional in the same way he was when All Might allowed him to have his dream.
Omg if my thoughts upset you that much sorry but I was just sharing my thoughts, of course you dont have to be unhappy😂 I never even said "izuocha shippers should be unhappy". I said "if *my* main ship was izuocha, *I* would be disappointed".
Also if I gotta talk about "the same way Izuku being happy just like when All Might allowed him to have his dream." thing, I'd say I think you are wrong.
And if you really are an izuocha shipper, It's funny how you equate Ochako (the love interest) with All Might (his idol and he kinda looked like a dad figure in the last movie). 💀
When All Might said "You can be a hero" Izuku had nothing. He gave him hope. When Ochako cheered Izuku; I think he felt extremely happy and blessed to have a really good friend.
He didn't have any time to think about romance then so I think that we can say he never thought about that moment too💀 Now this doesn't come to you so logical too, right? After Katsuki apologized to him, he cried while running to him dude, lmao.
I think Izuku thought about both of those moments. I put izuocha tag there because I talked about izuocha too and as long as izuocha shippers are respectful with me, I would love to listen and talk with you too. Care to explain to me how this is not respectful please?
One of the izuocha shippers in that post's comment pointed an izuocha moment I forget and I thanked them. When I wanted to answer them, I put that pic there too so any other people would see that too. I've never said izuocha shouldn't be canon, I said "if izuocha is gonna be canon, it should be better than this" because Izuku and Ochako deserve better than this. How is this not respectful, please tell me 😶🌫️
Also if you are gonna be like this, PLEASE read whats written there carefully before jumping to anonym asks, you might hurt someone's feelings like that while harassing people like this💀

First of all, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me! I was remembering that moment like Deku was holding her hand with two hands and so I didn't think it was the same one here, thank you for reminding us! Im gonna put the prev hand holding moment here
However I still can't think this moment as romantic because at the prev moment, she was thinking about Himiko Toga, not Izuku. She was thinking about the girl who loved her. And again, when Deku came right in front of him she was still thinking about Himiko Toga. That's why I can't find this panel romantic. It felt more like just hurt/comfort to me. She literally thought Toga was alive and pushed her for a moment so she stumbled (I still think if horikoshi was gonna make izuocha clear, izuku shouldve tried to hold her and then he couldve hold her hand🫠 but anyway). She was still thinking about Himiko Toga.
Yes, she should move on bc she is dead. She has to live with that but she should move on but she still couldn't. I want her to confess her feelings, I want them to talk with each other but if they are gonna date, I don't want them to start dating like this. Izuku made his move to her with Katsuki's advice's, not with his own pure thoughts. Ochako still thinks about toga even when she is with him and I really think they should get therapy first😭 (I wrote this better in my prev comment but got deleted hhhhh)
Lets move on to the other subject
Do you remember when they were child and following bakugo with "bakugo agency" song? I was referring to that :) Izuku wouldn't do something he doesn't like even when he was that little and if I gotta show and example that would be when he was trying to protect someone against Katsuki and the others.
You can also see the pic I send in the first comment. He was asking to bakugo after all this years, about the agency thing. He doesn't need to ask him at all, he could ve ask anyone but he asked Katsuki. Even Shoto got curious and ask them if they are gonna open an agency together and they didn't refuse it so maybe Izuku was actually still thinking about working together even though if it may not be the "Bakugo agency".
Also I've never said Deku is obligated to tail Katsuki, can you please tell me why you thought it like that so I can edit my prev comment? Also I already said he could still be a teacher and be a hero in Katsuki's agency. I thought it was odd for him to reject him without even thinking for a moment. Because this doesn't feel like the same boy that said "Its not like I could just go and refuse him" when Katsuki wanted to fight with him.
Don't you think that rejecting katsuki could've another meaning too? Because what Izuku said in the chapter doesn't feel like a good excuse to me.
Katsuki wanted to be closer to him than before. Izuku whos the one who chased him for his whole life, acted like he is just an old classmate of his is normal for his character? I don't think so. And even if it is, I think Horikoshi should've make that more clear. Thats one of the reasons why I thought Izuku looks so blank in this chapter. Just like you said, they have come so far so thats what makes everything weird.

One of them might have confess their feelings and then they would fall in love literally and that would be actually something meaningful.
I don't know how you guys feel but if izuocha is really going to be canon, I think it shouldve been like this, not with dabbing lmao.

Im sure even Shoto wanted to be in their agency, my baby boy will be frustrated when he hears all of this😭

Nah Katsuki made Izuku confess to Ochako bc he wanted him yo be happy and thought he deserves better, better than himself. Izuku and Ochako dates for a while but since both of them always just tries to be nice, after some time they start to understand they don't have romantic chemistry.
Ochako understand this first and then she will realise how Katsuki and Izuku feels to each other, she's gonna help Izuku to understand all of this bc my boi is always the oblivious one.
Bkdk will kiss and hold each others's hands and thank Ochako. She will say that she's just happy to at least some of them can find the happiness. Izuku and Ochako will hug each other. When Ochako goes to her home, she will see Tsuyu, the one who always listen her sad, happy and angry times.
Tsuyu will ask Ochako how she feels and hug each other, she will fall right into her arms and the door will nearly bust open. She will see another Tsuyu and both of the Tsuyu's words will be just "uh oh".
Even though I didn't like the end too much, or when there was a bkdk implied art published, I never tried to be mean to other shippers and I'd like every shipper to be respectful to each other. This shouldn't be that hard.
If I think izuocha is not the best logical ship in the manga, I try to explain it with reasons while still trying to be respectful. Doing this kind of things shouldn't be that hard to any shippers (not just izuocha shippers but all of them).
If I want to think Izuku and Ochako dated a while but then they thought they don't have the romantic chemistry, I can. But I wouldn't do this while trying to be mean to izuocha shippers, I would just have fun on my own. If I want to think Izuku and Ochako get married, I can. But I wouldn't do this while trying to be mean to any shippers.
Please try to be respectful, it shouldn't be this hard.

This is a really common argument, but it’s also kind of shallow when you actually think about it. Horikoshi making queerness “obvious” with characters like Magne or Tiger doesn’t mean that every queer character has to be labeled or confirmed in the same way—especially in a shounen series that’s always walked a careful line around anything not explicitly straight. Queer coding, subtext, and emotional dynamics do exist, and they’ve always been part of how queer fans engage with media that doesn’t make it easy to see themselves in canon.
And like—saying Izuku is “clearly” into women because he blushes around Uraraka is kind of proving the point. That’s literally the bare minimum for a straight ship to be valid: one or two awkward blushes and boom, no questions asked. But when a queer-coded bond like bkdk is built over years of growth, rivalry, trauma, mutual respect, emotional vulnerability, and physical sacrifice… people say “they’re just friends” and act like it’s crazy to interpret it any other way. That’s the double standard folks are tired of.
Also, blaming “insufferable fans” for the hate doesn’t hold much weight when every popular ship has a loud side of the fandom—including Izuocha, Tododeku, and Kacchako.
As for the “never said I hated them” line—you don’t have to. The way you dismiss valid queer readings, brush off the ship as having no basis because it’s not on a character sheet, and reduce fan excitement to “insufferable behavior” kinda speaks for itself.
Let people have fun. Let people ship. And if you really believe their friendship is “superior,” maybe stop trying so hard to convince others that any deeper interpretation is invalid or laughable.

Lil vent
Something people never want to talk about is how bad the hate for bkdk gets to the point where shippers feel like they have to pretend they support other ships—especially Izuocha—just to avoid harassment. Like, do you realize how messed up that is? Imagine not being able to openly talk about your favorite ship without getting dogpiled, blocked, or called slurs, unless you throw in a “btw I also support Izuocha!” as a shield. That’s not normal fandom behavior, and it doesn’t happen at this scale with almost any other ship.
Bkdk shippers are constantly told they’re delusional, toxic, fetishizing, or “forcing a queer narrative,” and then when someone claps back with “if you’re homophobic just say so,” everyone loses their mind like that’s the worst thing that’s been said. Meanwhile, people have literally had to delete accounts, private their art, or stop talking about the ship at all just to feel safe online.
So no—it’s not that bkdk shippers “can’t handle disagreement.” It’s that they’ve had to build walls and disclaimers around themselves because the level of hate isn’t just “I don’t like this ship,” it’s targeted. And if you’re ignoring that reality and only focusing on one sentence in a post that calls out toxic fandom behavior, maybe take a step back and think about who’s really ruining the fun here.
