lovely art a midsummer night's dream the fae our production of Midsummer Night's Dream opens TONIGHT and technically I forgot to do an opening night eve post but our original opening date was Thursday and we're only opening early because we completely sold out all our shows so this still counts for the ceremonial Opening Night Eve tumblr post I love how otherworldly your fae look ours aren't quite so distinctive but they do have glow paint and black lights :) but yeah this is really beautiful art. I love the softness of your color blending and the fluidity of your figures the warmth of Titania and the flower and the cold around them and the sharpness of their features... very cool fae design all around opening night's eve also I just realized how Puck's little ears match the jester's hat. so many fun details! alas I am but a mechanical (not Bottom) and so I do not know of the fae but I love the feeling here of being surrounded by their magic in any case wish me many broken limbs 🦴
