Sawyer is sitting effeminately at the desk with his glasses on, with his one arm close to his chest, the other hovering over the computer mouse with the ends of his fingers. He is doing a kissy face in concentration. The pose is based on a screenshot of a parody Spock sitting at the computer in a similiar way.

Favourite long-running LOST joke between me and nami is the idea that charlie once found a gay mag in sawyers stash and is now (homophobically) convinced sawyers gay because of it + his effeminate habits and is now trying to convince everyone else
