I agree with you that Olivia being a celeb too has them milking it more. I think because they're both pretty famous, there's more maintenance required. With most of his other beards, it was more like elounor where only half of the equation is really relevant and no one knows/cares what the woman is doing, but with holivia there's attention on both sides which means they have to be seen together and doing more than other beards because people see both of their lives equally
yeah - i also think they misjudged this one a bit and they're trying to make it more "real" because people have been calling bullshit all along and im not sure they expected that.

So Olivia found a random person who is friends with a Harry fan active on tumblr/twitter and told her she was going to join Harry in Italy? Come on. It was planted, either totally fabricated or fed to the fan by their team. Either way it wasn't random.
oh i agree it was planted (which is why people were skeptical....it just sounded too fake to even be real). but we underestimated how big of a clown show they're willing to put on

with holivia, the irony is that DWD would have had SO MUCH support if they had just left it alone and let him do his acting without all this circus. I think they shot themselves in the foot on that one.

Yep, people definitely convinced themselves he was "past" this sort of thing. They saw him get that MP role and assumed that this meant he was now going to be publicly allowed to be out and queer. "If he's playing a gay role in a movie, why can't he say he's queer IRL" seems to be the logic applied. A lot of people failed to realize that taking a gay role might itself lead to the "necessity" of a beard during that project
yeah i have yet to feel like harry is coming out and this includes 2015 when EVERYONE on here thought he was seconds away from coming out. i didnt see it then either (although I didn't think we'd get babygate either).

It's like someone called them on their bullshit because the timing was so obviously wrong (knowing H is in Brighton filming), so the "anon" came back with really specific info about how they hired a private jet to shuttle them from Brighton to the Farmhouse. Do you think Harry wearing the same clothes when he’s out with Olivia (assuming again that these are all taken on different days) means something? Aside from the green jacket, I find it odd that in the more recent pics he’s wearing the brown hoodie and pink beanie again? Like yeah repeating clothes is totally normal but that exact combo? Idk it’s minor but it’s so odd to me
yes, i do personally think him wearing the same/similar clothes is intentional and is a way for him to be more easily spotted by fans without looking like he is trying to be spotted. especially after how much backlash holivia got for how obviously set up everything was at the beginning of the year, i think they wanted to get more natural looking sightings of them. but, i think it’s pretty easy to accidentally not notice a celebrity on the street when they’re in regular clothes. i look at harry styles every single day but i still think i would probably not notice if i walked by him on the streets wearing sweats and a jacket.
so if he wants to be spotted, he could always dress up like his “celebrity” self, but that wouldn’t look natural to be wearing if he is trying to look lowkey and “private” with his gf, so what would look most natural would be some form of recognizable casual clothes. the pink hat itself is eye catching enough that it would be more likely to get someone’s attention without it looking too unusual. combining that with him being photographed in the same pink beanie/green jacket combo over and over and over, any fan who has seen any of these pictures are more likely to turn their head if they see a version of that clothing combination on the street, and therefore more likely to produce “natural” sightings of them. at this point even i, who lives across an ocean from him, would probably do a double take if i saw a random dude wearing a pink beanie and green jacket because it’s been associated with harry so much, so i think it would be an effective tactic if this is what they are going for

I absolutely think the video from yesterday was to counteract the Emma kissing. I think we got the hundred zombie walks and brunch and low-key London life shit to counteract the gay sex scene and overall movie stuff. They have a holivia event for everything. It’s very much meant to be active and present during this filming. No just “sources”. They want physical seen together proof. And PR articles to back it up on top of fandom nonsense. Keeping him taken and status quo on image.

I find it so weird that he didn't even tweet hey thanks for the Grammy?
He didn’t thank for the nominations either, not sure why they decided to go with this approach. His Grammy performance is the only one not uploaded in his Youtube channel either, other artists had them up since sunday night because it’s part of the promo post-ceremony. Instead, they called the paps at a random restaurant in Malibu (???????), we got the 100th harry lambert’s interview saying the same things over and over again, 10 posts by gucci and one picture with a very robotic impersonal caption uploaded on every social media.
