I love my pet rabbit. She's the best part of my life. Sometimes much so that my students thought I was out of school for a month because she died (??) I had to show them a recent picture of her today to prove that she's still alive.
My students keep asking for me to bring her in again, so maybe it's a long-con.
But it's nice that they understand my love for her is integral to who I am. Sometimes I feel like my bunny has Stockholm Syndrome tho like she probably wouldn't pick me if she had other options 😭
