Hi! I'm new to your page, I'm curious if you've shifted yet, and if so, how many times? Are you gonna permashift to a better CR or a DR?

I see many blogs here that are shifting/manifestation ones, so I wonder why most of them are still here. There's also been an increase in them deactivating/deleting their accounts... It makes me doubt whether it's all real sometimes because no way anyone's staying here when they can shift to a much better CR/DR. The bloggers? That say they stay due to goals etc confuse me because you can just shift where you've already completed those goals etc. Do you have any explanation/possible reasoning as for why this is? I really wanna believe in shifting & manifesting, but things like this make me doubt it a little.

So for the shifting part? I've had many mini shifts but not full shifts yet, I did remember shifting to MHA for a day back five years ago (my dumbass thought it was a dream at that time until I remembered that it literally felt like I'm feeling things)

Anyways, for the deactivating part I sorta get them, you see, I used to be the same until back then I deactivated my blog bc of the toxic people there and the pressure of people around you to post and summat yk? They'd think their journey need refreshing so they will deactivate it, that's how I perceive it, but it doesn't mean it was fake and they didn't wanna do it, hell nah, they've just decided to go private instead yk?

AND BTW, JUST BC FOR SOME PEOPLE THIS REALITY IS NOT BETTER DOESN'T MEAN FOR TJE OTHER ISNT 😭😭😭😭😭

you see, they ARE already in their better CR/DR, but you only see it not that bc you're reflecting your OWN REALITY by it, yk?

And honestly? In my sense, yes I will shift and yes I will go to a better CR but get that, I still wanna stay here bc once you get to a point of life where you resonate with yourself, you already become the reality you have been trying to reach, that's why you see people here around all the time.

And shifting chooses it's people, assume it's real, then it is, assume it's not? It won't be

Hello, I need help to get out of this situation.

I know how to do void state but I suddenly forget what to do. It becomes complicated(I think). Frankly, although it is easy, doing this does not make me happy at all. I also have a problem with the time frame. I want to do it before the summer, because my family will send me to a school I don't want and they want me to experience a culture I don't want. I also have internet problems. I have an important exam this summer and when they all come together, I get stressed. I have faith and I know I will do it, but this time frame is killing me. Also, my family is extremely toxic and they always make decisions that I don't want. I'm tired of my life being taken over. Can you help me☹️

no seriously, don't wait for the right time frame, and don't over push yourself, the worst enemy is yearning and desperation, which is a huge block in your path, simply trust, assume you can enter, I mean your mindset sounds so right bc you yourself said you can enter and it's easy for you, THEN IT'S IN YOUR HANDS YOU JUST GOTTA DO IT AND AFFIRM.

literally you won't be facing any of this, simply decide to enter, and manifest, that's it!

But seriously, no matter how much of a good void state master you'll be, never try with the idea that you're desperate, hell no, if you can do it, then why time gotta dictate your results????

Because whenever we get some results when trying to get into the void and we get close but we don't enter the other times we try we think it will fail, this is happening a lot with me and I really don't know what to do, is there any solution?

OKAY SO.

don't complicate it.

Simplicity is the key, it's not "oh when I don't try I enter" or "oh when I try I don't enter".

Treat it as something you always do, do you have to overthink everytime you fall asleep saying "if I do xyz I'll sleep", no, you'll sleep, y'know? You have the knowledge that you'll definitely sleep.

Same thing, be NEUTRAL with it, let go, every attempt is an accurate success instead of a "near one". Good luck!

Thanks you a lot for your supportive reply lord you’re so nice, I know some people will say "it’s your fault if you’re being that miserable and don’t have your desires and blabla" sound like I’m getting bullied honestly like just don’t help me if you don’t want to I mean free will i guess? (Okay I sound mad sorry) But whatever right now im feeling good and made a list of things I genuinely want without restricting myself.. Heyy i really need an advice. So whenever i start getting into void i fall asleep even if i am not sleepy or it is afternoon .what can i do about it?? It's ben 2,5 year since im trying to getting into void ,i finally changed my mindset but i still can't my mind keep awake

Okay so, if you really fall asleep and get tired with awake methods and seems like sleeping is your best friend?

someone once said if your desires take more than a week to manifest you're doing something wrong, so my question is there a limit of how long desires shouldn't take to reflect? this scares me to death, what if my desires take a year to reflect? i would never stop crying

Anyways, there's NO limit on how much something can take you, you can make it appear in a day, in a year, in a month, you see, time DOES NOT exist in manifesting, once you persist, it follows, that's it, nothing with "a week is the limit", the person who told you that is already set on THEIRRRRR belief that if things don't follow in a week they're doing it wrong, it's not necessarily right for the same person bc a) you're different and b) YOU'RE DIFFERENT.

and nope, if you assume it takes a year, it'll take a year, if you assume it takes one hour, it takes one damned hour.

hello starlight!! i have a little question regarding the hypnagogic state. so, i typically listen to some kind of ambient audio when i am usually falling asleep, but i was wondering if i want to induce hypnagogia, should i listen to that since it normally puts me to sleep, or should i listen to something else like music to keep my mind awake? thank you so much :)

THAT'S ACTUALLY SUCH A GOOD IDEA.

ok so, actually don't change the music, why? Bc you have to have your body try and fall asleep.

You see, hypnagogia happens when our body goes to relax itself and get ready to sleep (shutting down the body) the process that takes some 10 mins or such for the body to fully shut down is hypnagogia, I honestly think listening to the same music that helps you fall asleep can make you get there faster.

HOWEVER, it can also lull your MIND to sleep bc of how you associated the music with sleeping (mind shut down body shut down), now we can mix two, listen to some hype up music BEFOREHAND then go with the ambience, y'know? And during the ambience music, try one of the methods I put in my post on how to keep awake, like maybe the arm method, maybe imagine you jumping on the ambience's music notes? (I'm creative ik 🤭👏🏻)

Is there a difference between SATS and the hypnagogic state?

It's a VERYYYYYYYY small difference.

SATs is a calm meditative state where you are in peace with yourself, your awareness is tethered still to your body yet your mind is OPEN to words and affirmations, it's usually before hypnagogia.

Now ik some will ask : BUT YOU SAID HYPNAGOGIA IS BEFORE SLEEP, HOW CAN THIS BE BEFORE SLEEP TOO COCO?!

sats is actually a state where you're not sleeping, hypnagogia? A state where we miss most of the time because the usual average person who can be aware in it is just a few seconds before you knock off and sleep (unless you keep yourself awake by the posts I did yk?)

Anyways, sats is your mind being open to suggestions, but your body is still awake ofc, now hypnagogia? The state where your body is ABOUT to shut down, but it hasn't shut down yet, bc if it did shut down you have two options:

If you managed to keep your mind awake = void

If your mind is asleep same as your body = sleep

Either way, hypnagogia is a state best for more OBE experiences, meanwhile sats is more for the mind.

Both are good for manifesting though, and even for the void or shifting.

I decided to take accountability for my reality and not to put the circumstances at pedestal. Some bad things happened, but it's still ok, I'm trying to rant a lil and coming back to my positive awareness self, but I'm reading books not to put so much so much attention on social media.

But when I'm reading, I think I started to relate to a character remembering my past situation and getting attached .

It's not called wavering or anything else.

This is totally fine to remember your past, relate to it and such and such, but the key is, not to identify your present self with your past.

There's a reason it's called "past."

i've tried so long to enter the void, it's been 4 years....., i tried it all : script,sats,subliminals,robotic affs, meditations, morphic fields, lullaby,wbtb,working on my self concept until i fully believed i can enter ,detaching ( i genuinely detached from all of the manifestation stuff and i got close sure but never entered)

here’s the gentle truth: the Void isn't something you earn by doing enough. It’s not a prize for perfect technique. It's your natural state girly,the one you already know how to reach, even if your mind has been convinced it’s something far away.

And I know that sounds frustrating after all this time. But sometimes, we get so caught up in the journey to the Void that we start believing there’s a distance, which btw, there isn't, the void is you and it's literally in you.

Now What if:

You never had to do more to get there?

You’ve actually been closer than close every time you felt stillness, silence, even that ache for it?

The Void isn’t waiting for your effort y'all, but your surrender to the fact that YOU ARE ALREADY IN JTTTTTTTTT.

Try this: instead of asking “how do I enter?” just affirm gently, “I’ve already been there, and I’ll return when I’m ready.” No pressure. No ritual. Let your nervous system rest. That’s often when the shift finally happens, go with the flow, worried how to do it? Do it like me, whenever I get a bit anxious ab the idea I just throw it off and tell myself I'm already a natural at it.

Just remembei the Void is not counting the days it’s already yours.

HIII i have a question so basically, i keep thinking of things to manifest when i enter the void, but i'm already affirming that i have those things. is it like...contradictory to do that?? like why would i prepare to manifest those things with the void when i already have them?

I saw a post yesterday and I wish I reblogged bc I don't remember the person but credits full to them, the void is manifesting in itself, so if I affirm I have blonde hair and attempt for the void for the blonde hair they don't go against each other at all! Remember, void is a method, it's your awareness, it's just like affirming.

And besides it's actually YOUR choice which way you wanna manifest them, don't like the void? Then affirming is literally as effective, don't like affirming? Go for the void, y'know? But you can do both at the same time bc in the end, it's not "how you did it" it's "I got it".

Girl, it's been three times that I reach a state where everything is black, I don't feel my body nor my surroundings and affirm for my void list but when i wake up nothing happened. I know it's not the void because my wishes don't become true, and also while there I couldn't feel peace or happiness or whatever.. it was just black. But, what was it? I'm tired.. everytime I try to enter void I end up in that space...

First, the peacefulness has to come with it honestly, even if it's not peacefulness at least it feels comfortable, y'know, anyways, first of all YOU'RE EXTREMELYYYYYYYYYYYY close.

Like, too close maybe.

The fact you get EVERY symptoms under the sun for the void is a clear sign you're actually 🤏🏻 this close for it, but I gotta ask you one thing.

Do you there there's a block in your path? Like is it fear? Or anything else? You have to see what is it about, y'know? Bc once you're actually there everything manifests when you affirm for it, if it's not that then I have one other possible explanation, false void dreams, they're common with lucid dreaming, so you could have been fallen into a dream then in a false void one? Because I had that two times before and it was "false" bc it felt trippy even though it was looking exactly like the void, either way, check it out deeper and see the problem of it, one thing, how about trying it in midday or when it's not night? I wanna see if it's dreaming or not, y'know? Some cases can say it's also sleep paralysis but I don't think it is given how you won't see or feel anything.

Let me know how it goes alright? And I'm so sorry if my knowledge on it sounds limited.

That's entering hypnagogia, but sounds are not necessary in the hypnagogic state, only visions are though, you were entering the hypnagogic state.

(don't force yourself to see shapes or stars, if you don't see them that's totally fine too! Just rely on feelings instead, if you feel so peaceful and drowsy and trippy? That's it.)

Nah we don't, we simply exists normally here but our conscious awareness goes to that reality that we shifted, the one we shifted for.

Awareness is when it gives you the ability to look around and tell yourself "oh this is green" or "oh this person is xyz" you get me? That part of you transfers to the reality you want, hence reality shifting, your "CR" body is still the same there, your soul is still there back home, but, the awareness is shifted somewhere else.

People back then used to call it "clones" Because you can't really be them once you get out of there, yes it's still you, and it's still your soul or whatever else but the awareness exists to your other one, and once you shift, you come back here and your awareness leaves the other body to come back here.

Hello, I met void a while ago, and I intended to use it to review my life and go back to January of that same year, but I feel like I'm in a procrastination cycle, I'm always postponing to induce. and I'm starting to despair because next month my classes go back and I don't want to go back to school with my current life :(

Do you have any advice for me to stop procrastinating or stop being afraid?

One advice:

YOU stop the fear and the procrastinating, have you tried to see what is it that's scaring you?

Let's say it's from the deadline, this is again one sign of desperation and fear blockages I had explained on my posts if y'all remember, anyways, I suggest you look at my post about it, either way, first, who says you HAVE to go back to school in your current situation of life??????

You decide if you go or not.

And don't postpone, it's the worst mistake ever, actually an advice from my mom ab it, if you postpone something, nothing will follow, tomorrow is not guaranteed, do it NOW, use opportunities.

Time by time tell yourself "I know I'll enter, and I know I'll do it."

Just do it, don't wait for a specific time.

(for better tip I suggest writing down a list of things you will do in a day and tick them off, then slip in "enter the void" as one and tick it before you sleep, this can help you know you have to enter and possibly enter.)

Anyways jk, when you're in hypnagogic state, now it's the perfect state for shifting/ void/ lullaby methods or whatever else you need, if you want to shift:

Feel your five senses as though you're in your Dr and maybe a couple more affs for it

If you wanna enter the void:

Either visualize the blackness or just affirm a couple of times, it'll immediately throw u back in the void.

Honestly both take maximum 5 mins when in hypnagogia, but one key? Don't think how much have passed just trust it's quick.

nah it's okay to be curious, anyways, when someone shifts, this doesn't mean they'll necessarily never come back (UNLESS THEY ARE PERMASHIFTING!!!!)

Treat that as any other Hogwarts shifter yk? They go, they come back here, they say they stories, it's really nothing about the timeline on how they existed or not.

But let's say someone wants to relive through the some years ago, aging themselves down and going back to let's say as the anon said 2015 or close or anything, they wouldn't be able to let U KNOW now as it was another timeline in their DR, they simply shifted back.

What do you mean by holding your body still to enter the void? For how long? Or how?

I actually said still body DOES NOT MEAN you're in the void, but it is A WAY of entering the void, so yep, you can still your body and lower it's movements, distract yourself from sleeping and watch your body take over.

And for the "how" long part? Your assumptions, I usually think it'll take me 4 minutes and that exactly how much it takes me, if you believe it'll take you an hour, then it'll be an hour.

Assume that you're gonna shift once you daydream to "xyz" reality before trying.

Sit somewhere or lay down.

Daydream and let your mind wander.

I’m a maladaptive daydreamer so I use it to my advantage and I connect with my desired reality and that gets me so motivated howeverrr whenever I actually want to shift, I end up feeling clueless or lazy and I don’t know how to overcome this…How can I get past this and shift more effectively?

Here’s the thing: that drop in motivation often comes from one of two things ml, ABD BELIEVE ME I'VE BEEN THERE.

1. Pressure = Your daydreams feel natural and flowy, but when you say “okay, now I’m going to shift,” your brain flips into effort mode. It starts thinking there's a right or wrong way, and that pressure blocks the very ease that makes your daydreaming powerful in the first place, because believe me DAYDREAMING? best gift ever.

2. Overthinking, You’re probably so good at vividly imagining and building your DR that when it’s time to shift, your brain tries to micromanage how it’s supposed to happen… which can make you freeze or mentally check out, literally IGNORE how to do it.

So, COCO HOW??? how do you fix it?

1. Stop "trying" to shift, start being in it.

Instead of thinking of shifting as a separate “event,” melt into your DR like you do when you daydream. Let it feel like an extension of that state, not a test you need to pass, daydream for your Dr, make it your method, daydreaming is a method in itself.

2. Shift in the daydream.

Literally. While you’re daydreaming, instead of trying to stop and "shift consciously," imagine you already did. Picture your DR self being like, “Yeah, remember when I shifted? It was so smooth.” That alone can collapse the mental wall between you and the state.

When I was little, I would make up scenarios before going to sleep or stare at the blackness behind my eyes.
